Great food. Manager seems to be very involved. My family and I came in and the manager asked if we had ever been there. I advised him not to this location but its been about 2 years since I had been to a chilis. That must have raised a red flag as it should have because we almost gave up on chilis but thought we should give the Oswego Location a try. He gave us a free appetizer, checking on us quite a bit, and gave us free dessert. Im sure he did that to keep us coming back and it worked. I appreciate that he paid attention to detail. It felt nice to finally enjoy some of our favorite foods with out it being cold, and waiters being rude, and not being ignored like the location on rt. 59.

¡¡ asi asi !! Its always real busy, but you typically get seated right away. The menu is safe, meaning you can usually find something to not disappoint, but you'll probably not find anything that will knock your socks off either. Descent place for us when we decide to not cook and just want to shoot out for a good meal.

I went there with my family, foods were okay but some of the foods were way too salty such as chicken pasta. But the staffs were really nice. Prices were okay too.

I had literally the worst dining experience of my life at this Chili's. I wish I would have filed a major complaint, but that's not really my style. Let me start out by saying I was a server for 8 years and have worked in 3 different restaurants, including a chain. The management here has their head up their ASSES!!!! We went to dine here on Veterans Day (not realizing there was a special offering FREE dinners to veterans). We were quoted a wait time of 45 minutes for 6 plus a high chair. This group included an 8 year old, a 3 year old and a 1 year old. We were apprehensive, but didn't want to load the kids in the car again. We waited in the bar area, where over half the tables were empty. I asked if we could sit there, or why the tables were not seated, and they said they were under - staffed...on a night with free specials...awesome. Also, half of the tables in the dining room were open due to not having enough servers. Not good planning in my opinion. After an hour of waiting, I went to check on our table. They said it should be open any minute, and not to worry. In the meantime, a couple enters the restaurant and sits in the bar at an empty table... the bar server explains that there is a wait and all tables should be seated by the hostess, but that she would check. I see the manager (who is helping behind the bar) tell her to just let them sit. Meanwhile there are at least 30 people waiting, most with children, at the front waiting INCLUDING MY FAMILY. I am getting really heated now.. Another half hour goes by, so I check in again. They told me they buzzed our buzzer and called our name in the bar area with no response. I heard names being called, anxiously awaiting to hear mine. Let me tell you, no one called my name. So now they make us wait another 15 min to sit down because we "didn't answer when called." We have now been waiting for 1 hour and 45 min and are seated at 7:45pm (15 min before my son's bedtime). As soon as we sit down we place our order because our kids are cranky and starving. Another 40 min goes by. Surprise surprise, our food was not rung in. I am now at my breaking point. After speaking with management, they finally get the food rushed out to us...but somehow they forget my entree, a California Flatbread... so I wait YET ANOTHER 15 min for an undercooked, rushed flatbread. I obviously call for management again and explain that this night has been absolutely awful with one thing after another. She apologizes and brings me the bill. All that she did was comp the flatbread. Like, are you kidding??? I'm telling you how fricken awful this is and that is your way of apologizing? I do not expect things comped, or even want it, but I was just blown away. I left the restaurant at 9:30. Exactly 3.5 hours after arriving. Needless to say I will not be going to Chili's again, no matter how good the food is.

I thought this Chili's was great. I haven't been to one in years and this was a good one to go to after so long. My boyfriend and I walked in and the hostess was really friendly and told us about the electronic thing on the table and a few specials they were having. Then our waitress was also really friendly. We shared a burger and the waitress told them to cut it in half for us which was nice. So now the food. We got the TNT burger which had fried pickles and a coleslaw on it and it was amazing! It wasn't to big which was a good thing cause we both don't eat much. He so got the Texas Mac n cheese and I got loaded mash potatoes. All was delicious and it wasn't that expensive. Overall great place with great service and good food.

After a day of shopping I decided to catch a fast meal the server was great. I ordered the shrimp tacos, it was not the best but the soup was very tasty. Not sure if it was me but I had too much cabbage on my tacos and could not really enjoy the taste of the shrimp. Next time I visit I will try something else on the menu. Prices could be better as well

Every time that we go here, it is a great experience. Jim is an amazing server. Very attentive and helpful. We have 5 Chili's locations that are closer in proximity to home but still go here.

This is just my personal opinion of the food. It taste like frozen, reheated, cheap food (but you pay 9.00 and up a plate). Sooo much salt. My husband and I go here and then always question why we did. The food is awful. The service is great but I know the managers are awful to the employees. The wait staff also has an alcohol quota they have to meet each week and that's why they push their terrible drinks on you. If you like the food at chilis then great but for the price I am going to olive garden, famous daves, really anywhere but here.

I've eaten at Chili's plenty of times in the past and have never run into anything to complain about, but an experience at this particular restaurant will make me never go back. My wife was a few months pregnant when we decided to stop in after a softball game. She ordered the sliders and made sure to ask the server to make sure the meat was cooked well done because of her pregnancy. When the food came out, she cut in to make sure it was in fact cooked properly. The sliders were most definitely not well done. They were actually bleeding. Now I've never seen the woman take anything back at a restaurant, she's just not picky. But she was not taking any chances because of the baby. She politely asked to have it cooked a little longer, which the server was happy to have done. The burgers were returned by the manager and she checked once again, only to find the burgers were still very pink in the middle. The managers response was, "I had them put them back on the grill." He couldn't understand why she was unhappy with the food. Needless to say, she didn't eat the sliders. We didn't have to pay for the food, but the shear lack of understanding of how to prepare a small burger to "well done" makes me want to never go back.

My buddy Steve, runs the best place in town! Go out of your way to stop in for some great food and the most comfortable atmosphere! Service is always above expectation and of course, Chili's meals are always hot! I have eaten at this Chili's for over eight years and have always been happy with the service!

So, it is starting to turn into the go-to "we can't really decide on anything we want but we don't feel like cooking and need to get out of the house" type of place... and I'm okay with that. Chili's is a good option for exactly that situation. Their menu changes often, the variety of food is extensive, but not overwhelming, the price is right, and it is close. From my other reviews, I am not the biggest fan of chain restaurants, but I feel like this location specifically just gets it. The servers are all nice, the manager is actually talking to every single table, making a connection and trying to get to know you, and the care about what they are putting on their plate. So far, it looks like I am all about their southwestern eggrolls, the Cajun Chicken pasta, and the cast iron cookie. Also, their margaritas are on point. One thing though, the portions are very big, and I always finding myself walking out of that place with my pants button undone. Ha

Ok my fellow deal seaking Yelpers, got some Chili's deals just for you. But first a review of this particular Chilis: food is usually good and same with the service. Often times the place is full, but you usually don't wait long. Friendly people eager to please. Now the good stuff: Make sure you join their email club. I only get 3 or 4 emails a month and they all contain a free food deal. Mostly for a free appetizer or dessert. It seems that my email is not full of junk due to my Chili's email club membership. But then again, I created an email just to give out when I sign up for things so my real email does not get full of unwanted stuff. If you have kids, come on a Tuesday cuz KIDS EAT FREE! Not only do kids eat free, but they let you use your free appetizer email in addition to them eating free. In order to get 2 free kids meals one adult must purchase 1 entree.....and the soup and salad combo discussed below does not count. Order the bottomless soup and salad for dinner or lunch. For $6.99 you get an order of bottomless chips and salsa for the whole table. Plus you get bottomless salad and soup. You can switch your soup flavor if you want on your refills too. This is a great deal considering the chips and salsa regularly costs you $4.99, a bowl of soup without refills costs you 4.49 ($3.49 with a purchase of an entree) and a salad will cost you $4.49. All three will cost you a total of $13.97 separately....a savings of $6.98 or 50% off. So, with the bottomless soup and salad deal, kids eat free Tuesday, and my free appetizer email I was able to feed my family of 4 with non-alcoholic drinks, 2 kids meals, chips and salsa, boneless wings, soup and salad, and a Flatbread pizza plus a 25% tip for $31. A savings of $26.95 if all bought separately. Not to bad, plus since we had so much food, the boneless wings came home along with a fresh order of chips and salsa for a snack at a later time. Enjoy my Yelper friends.

First time here. Walked in & handed a pager. Empty tables everywhere yet people standing around holding pagers waiting for tables. Don't understand this. Asked manager what gives here. His answer "it's good customer service". Makes no sense but I left and went elsewhere.
