Best burgers ive ever had. I always eat a Mickey with bacon topped with lettuce tomato and my mayo packet on the side. Delicious hot fresh irish nachos to compliment any of the burgers is a perfect way to dine. It is in a food court so no wait staff but the counter help is exceptional. You get to top your burger with as much or little of the rest of the condiments they offer on the service counter. The crispy edges of these burgers are intimidating at first but i urge anyone to try them. Those edges are what keep me coming back! DONT KNOCK IT TOLL YOU TRY THEM. Im usually a rare steak kind of girl but these burgers are perfect well. I seen a complaint that spoke of no seasoning being a joke. Well when you have excellent meat you shouldn't have to season it i love knowing my food isnt hiding natural flavors with seasoning. No thanks on the msg. I will frequent this eatery often.

I love the signature crispy edge burgers! Prices are a bit expensive, but you're paying for a made to order all beef burger (I think they told me its around 7oz.). I'd rather pay more for better quality. The employees were very friendly and helpful, when they were not handling orders they went straight to cleaning, I wish more food places had employees like that! Kudos to their manager for training them right.

Ever since the Schoop's in Chicago Heights closed down, I had decided to give the Orland Square Mall Schoop's a try. After all, I was in the area, the food court had been remodeled and thereby had an excuse. I had the single cheeseburger combo with curly fries and a pop. This was basically the same cheeseburger I remembered from the old one, but without the veggies (which is fine by me). A little section of the counter held the mustard, ketchup, sliced pickles, and chopped onions, which sufficed my cheesepatty and bun. They gave a you an ample amount of fries-shared amongst friends because I could not finish it all. And although there was a line, it moved along and the woman behind the counter was very nice. I second Jeff A. Will be back.

The cook tonight cooked my bacon cheese burger past well done; it was crispy! this is my first time here, not really a hamburger fan I just have to possibly get a craving for one and today was not the day nor with the results of my cold order!

At face value schoops is overpriced for a sub par product. If there was any other option for a burger in the mall there would be no reason to ever go to this location again. Somehow they managed to make the burgers greasy, but dry. The fries are tasteless. Everything is way too expensive. The worst part though? The service. Rude slow staff. You never get what you order, a mistake is always made. It takes far too long to get your food. I wish there was an option for zero stars

The food is okay nothing special. What really got me was the horrible service. All the people who work there are extremely rude. They got my order wrong and gave me serious attitude when I asked them to fix it. I work in the mall and eat in the food court often. I would rather starve than eat here again.

Overall, this place should IMMEDIATELY be shut down. The food was horrendous and the service sucked. There are people out there giving this place 4 stars? Orland Park has some of the best restaurants in the world, get the hell out of the mall. AND they make you put your own condiments on, it's like going to freakshow instead of a baseball game.

Always did like Schoop's - been to the one in Calumet City and the one in Schererville - and now this one in the Orland Square Mall. Very good hamburgers and fries. My daughter really likes the fired chicken breast sandwich too. So what's not to like. Want a quick and fresh little burger and fries at lunchtime - this is your place.

Probably one of the most unappealing and disgusting looking burgers ever. Waited way too long to get served, and then looked so disgusting I asked for my money back. They refused. What great customer service - NOT. DON'T BOTHER!

I can't remember where the original Schoop's was because I was there only once so I'll just review this one which I have frequented more. This location is in the Food Court of the Orland Square Mall so it's not really where you might bring the family out for the night but the burgers are still the same as I remember them at the original location. I've always found Orland Square to be a clean and well-flowing mall to visit. It's probably my favorite in south Chicagoland. If you've never had Schoops the burgers are rather large with an emphasis on the crispy corners of the meat patty. It might not sound good but they are delicious. Anyone who's never had a Schoops owes it to themselves. Diet be damned.
