The wings are terrible. Too soggy. Service is ok--but nice to look at. their philly steak and fries is pretty good. Beer selections are very limited.

Went here with my roommate and his friend before a concert in Mokena. As always, the wings at Hooters are delicious - and probably about 50,000 calories each. Personally, I prefer medium wings in ranch sauce. Extremely fast service at this location, unlike the last one I went to. My server was awesome - very courteous, funny, definitely had a 'presence'.

Disappointed by the lack of green beer on at Patrick's day, the ice cubes in my frozen margarita (is that the new thing), and the wings that were only half covered in sauce. The chicken cheese dip was also cold and wasn't anything special. The chicken was in prices that were to big to pick up with the chips.

Although my order was just a wings pickup, Paige was fantastic. She came from behind the bar 3 times to check on my order, updating me each time and was extremely friendly and polite, throughout. I tried the teriyaki wings, which I hadn't had before and they were amazing! Overall, 100% impressed by the visit.

I got real trashed here on the frozen margs, they're great. Someone clogged the sink!

I have been going to Hooters for a very long time. Me and my buddies used to go there every Thursday in Park Ridge. I moved to Orland Park a year ago and have been getting take out a lot. No real problems there. My buddy, his daughter, and I had to escape my house full of women and we decided to go to a place known for women. I've always been attracted to hooters because of the music (park ridge used to play oldies all the time), decently price beer and wings, the great tv views, and the overall look of the restaurant. People laugh when I don't mention the girls. I always felt the service was pretty good. We kinda got blah service. We had asked for a different table because my buddy had recently had some back problems plus his little girl probably would have been squiggling in a high stool. We kinda got the old " oh c'mon, just sit here. I'm busy and now I have to wait to seat you" look. Anyways, I actually look forward to going back with some friends. The place is pretty big and has a decent bar area. I wish they would play UFC ppv events. It would be the perfect place to watch them.

Things started off good. Quickly seated and waitress was nice and in top of her job. The curly fries where Good but when i got the wings and tots they tasted like pure grease and the wings where over cooked.

We went yesterday for a late lunch and boy were we disappointed. I've been going there since they opened and it seems like it gets worse every time I go there. We ordered hot wings and buffalo shrimp. After trying a few shrimp, we asked the waitress if they changed the ingredients. She told us they use another type of shrimp than before and that there have been similar complaints to ours. We also disliked the taste of the hot wings. Maybe it was just an off night, but this was the worst experience with the food I've ever had here. Service was good though.

Okay, first off if there is nothing going on that allows seven waitresses to stand around joking and playing nipple tickle by the front door I fail to see the reason that I have to wait more than a minute or two -not the ten I did- for somebody to at least take my drink order. But with that said, my time spent at Hooters wasn't that bad. When my waitress did show she was very attentive and courteous, and the bar ACTUALLY did carry the beer I wanted: Dos Equis. You would be surprised on how hard it is at times to find that beer at bars...but I digress. Went with two orders of the 20 Shrimp appetizers: one medium, the other Chipotle BBQ. Found both light and tasty, then went with the large order of Roaster Oysters. This was the first time I've had them cooked, usually eating them raw but my wife has never had them and wasn't quite up for that yet...lol, the Oysters were very melt in your mouth good, which surprised me that it came out the kitchen of Hooters. Typical bar crowd: loud and rowdy, there to watch the boobs walk by in-between with whatever game they were pretending to watch on one of the multple televisions that line the walls. All in all not bad. Not great, but not bad.

Have been coming here since they opened . The must of lost some long time kitchen staff food took over a half hour to get . There was also a lot of tables not being bused so the wait was much longer than usual .

All Hooters' have their "off nights." In general, however, I like this one. This was actually my main Hooters spot when I lived closer. I like sitting at the bar, which is not the bar that you will find at the Schererville, IN, Oak Lawn, IL, Joliet, IL, Riverdale, IL and near O'Hare, locations. You know, the bar that faces the fryers? The bar is large and is stationed in the center of one side of the restaurant. This location seems to notice and honor its frequent visitors. They remember you which is always good for customer service. If in the area I will definitely go back to my spot!

Haven't been to one in about 10 years or so but tried it again with a coupon. A basic chicken breast sandwich that shouldn't be too much trouble was really nothing special. Ordered oysters as an appetizer ... how stupid can I be (this is a Hooters after all but I had a taste for some) ... they actually came out warm on a bed of ice and tasteless (both times after being rejected the first time). Service was merely passable at the bar.

Great food! And good location! I like the Hooters menu much better than Buffalo Wild Wings - I get confused with all their sauce options!! I just love the Hooters menu: crab legs, wings, loaded tots, shrimp, fish tacos... I really don't like the sexism though.... Let's get some hot shirtless guys how 'bout?? Get the ladies some eye candy too?! It's a fabulous idea I think... It's a shame the ppl who eat at this particular location kind of rot.. I have a friend who's a server and mentioned once that ppl rarely tip appropriately. Bummer.

My experience with this hooters went something like this, Sunday at 5pm I called to place an order for pick up, immediately after I said I'm calling to place an order I was placed on hold....for 12 minutes! I wasn't much in a hurry as we were driving back from the mall, finally when they answered the phone I was asked the same question and once Again was placed on hold before I could even say anything more. Thanks for wasting almost 20 minutes of my time, I'll take my money somewhere else.

Real bone in wings. Please do not offer me boneless wings (those are breasts sliced up dude). Growing up a wing hater (pre teen years) I really have come full circle. Between the tap beer specials and the fresh fried wings Hooter's does it right. On a previous occasion my wife mentioned the bathrooms were not up to par, but I have good news to report. They were remodeled and she said they look great. Congrat's Hooter's on responding to customer concerns. A must try, if you can get over the fact that the place is filled with 20 somethings year old women dressed in well you know...wink wink. Enjoy!

Our server, Jennifer S, has been fantastic. She has stopped by our table frequently and asked if we were good. She has filled all our requests. The host, Melissa, is two weeks in and was very friendly. She even came by to check on us as well and answered our questions. The other servers look to be friendly and constantly working. On the other hand...the manager, is micro-managing. She is making the environment very uncomfortable by standing in places while she just watches all the different staff members instead of actually helping out by doing the work. She has been staring very strongly at the back of our servers head while she was helping us and answering our questions about the area. The manager needs to be retrained on how to make a friendly environment.a good beginning would be to watch the Hidden Boss episode about Hooters. Thanks.

I have been to Hooters many times before and had good experiences. This was however different. They sat both of us promptly and a waitress came by to take our order. She was friendly. We ordered naked wings with Caribbean jerk and Thai honey spice, blackened chicken salad and baja burger. It took forever to serve our wings. I know it takes more time for naked wings than the regular ones, but 20 minutes? seriously? The wings finally came and they weren't good. The dry rub one's had no rub on them and the thai wings had very little sauce. I had wings at hooters before and they were quite flavorful. Then our salad and burger came along, both of them were pretty good.

Not that pleased about this place. The weitress was very nice in the bigining so I assumed everything else was going to be great. To my disappointment, the food took over 20 minutes. We didn't get plates until after food was served. The kids food was very hot, even hotter than our wings. Our waitress kind of forgot about us. It didn't seem that busy eather. The only thing I liked was the margarita. I think people come here more for the girls than the food. I didn't think the quality of food is that good for the price.

I've been coming to this place fora very long time. In fact, I dated a Hooters girl for about 4 years while she worked here. So I got to know the staff, the way the management works and which supervisors were nice or a pain the arsh for the girls. Well all of that was a long time ago. Now there is an entirely new group that works here. Not much has changed. The wings are still amazing! They make their own ranch and blue cheese which seriously is what makes me love this place that much more. The beer is always ice cold and refreshing. If there is anything I could change, it would be some of the people that come here. Some dudes are creeps, some are drunks, some just have zero respect for the people around them with their trucker mouths. Just ask to be seated either at a quieter booth if possible if you see those weirdos slithering around.

It's not always about the wings. Love the shrimp and the blackened mahi fish sandwich. Great cold beer and excellent waitresses. Nice beer specias. Get the Hooters calender Well worth it!

Seriously disappointed with this Hooters experience. We've been to Hooters in Long Beach, CA, Hollywood, CA, Washington D.C. and different ones around the Chicagoland area. Three out of four of our orders were wrong (ordered all drums but got all wings, ordered medium sauce but were served mild). The waitress, Jackie, was very courteous and honestly apologetic and called over the manager for us. He comp'd us a beer. Just an FYI, they gave us a side of "medium sauce" and I don't recommend EVER throwing that on your wings. It was just a little tub of oil. Halfway through our meal, the person who ordered the drums was counting his wings and recounting his wings and all of a sudden started looking at us accusingly. He was only counting 9 out of an order of 10. Lmao, he counted the bones/wings about 5 times and after asking us seriously, realized he had been jipped. We called Jackie over, she again apologized and brought out a few drums. By this time, we were ready to G-O. Got the check and paid - and realized we had been charged for the all-drums that we didn't get. Uhmm, 'scuse me, Jackie! Jackie came over again and fixed the check. Waitress was on top of her game no doubt but something between her and the kitchen just fell apart. I expect much better from a joint in Orland Park maaaaaaaaan!

Hit or miss... For some reason they always try to seat us in the back corner... Worst seat in the place! They should put a juke box there instead of a low top table in the room of all high tops.

Garbage ate there twice food poisoning both times so that obviously means they don't handle their food well or sanitize their kitchen or dishes very well, I've ate at hooters in other locations that were good it's just this particular one is disgusting

OK please never eat at Hooters in Orland park. We went on Sunday and after waiting for our food for 1 hour it came out cold. The wings, shrimp, the chicken sandwich and all the kids plates. the only thing that was warm was the fries. They were not busy at all everyone except our waitress was standing around in the front area. As pleasant as our waitress was we could never find her. To top it all off we all got sick! I have come here many times and the last 3 times I had the same issue.

This is one of the better hooters around. Sometimes the service can take awhile but the place is usually packed. Foods good, nice environment, cute girls, about all you could ask for. The only bad thing I can think of is the one way out parking lot (atleast in the front) This is always on my default list when I'm in the areas and can't decide.

I did an order for pickup. The girl who answered was friendly. And the people I came in contact with were very nice when I came in. I ordered their "ginormous" quesadillas, they weren't very big. And expensive for just chicken and cheese in a tortilla. Luckily the rest of the food everyone had was good, I will not order this again. I guess I'll stick to their wings.

First of all, I come to this Hooters with my Best Friend after our Shopping trips almost every two-three weeks. Have been coming here for the past year or so and at first the place was amazing, food was delicious, service was excellenct, everything was served perfectly. The past few times we have come it was the complete opposite and slowly deteriorating. We always ask for our boneless special double dipped. Not only do our boneless wings come back extremely dry and not double dipped at all, but our half order or fries isn't even a half order.. It's more like a half of a half order of fries.. And they weren't even all the way cooked through.. This is more than one time by the way.. The waitresses completely forget about you at times and it's not even busy they are chit chatting most of the time. But the worst of the worst happened this past Thursday I went to this Hooters, I was eating the Boneless(only because I had to take medication and because we were starving) and as I was chewing on a "boneless wing" I swallow and almost choke on a bone.. A thick, 1 inch long bone. I call the waitress to tell her, she says "are you ok?" I said yes I'm fine thank you but no I'm not ok with almost choking on a bone when I'm eating boneless wings. She says "I'm really really sorry for this.." She smiles, and walks away.. I assume she's going to get manager.. But no.. She comes back with tab for us to pay and smiles and says let me know when your ready.. My friend looks at me and says "never again.." we decided to just pay and leave.. We didn't even finish our entire meal... Sad.. For a name like Hooters you would think they would keep up with their staff and food.. I'm a big fan of Hooters and this just makes me want to stay away..

As to take out wings - meh. We placed an order the day before a big Sunday game between the Bears and the Packers. We expected the place to be filled to capacity and so ordered take out - big mistake. The place was filled when we arrived. Went to the desk and inquired about our order ... and quickly found out they intended to fill it then. The cooks in back all looked like they were about 16 years old - all seasonal employees I suspect and they performed just like that. Slap the food out and return to college without a care in the world for the long-term reviews of Hooters. Our order - which was four different orders of wings with three different seasonings (mild and medium buffalo, and Daytona Beach) - all came with no seasonings at all. So we had four orders of plain wings, sitting in a peculiar swill of grease at the bottom of the Styrofoam container. Not good wings at all. I suspect if you eat-in this might be a nice place for wings. The beer and the women are certainly draws for the customers, but for chicken wings I think they have placed their emphasis elsewhere - quantity not quality. I don't think we'd ever go back - eat-in or take out. Oh by the way - they did give us two wipes ... so two of us have clean fingers!

FIFA games in HD, hooters girls in 3D. This place is way better than the one in downtown Chicago. They have bigger TVs in the bar area for the games and the bathroom is clean and tidy. I ordered the buffalo wings and shrimps, along with the margarita, they all came promptly, and the food was great! The server was very nice as well. Amanda was patient enough to explain the drink orders. Will ditch the one in downtown and come back later for this one.

Awesome that it's not crowded at 12:30 on a Saturday. Hot wings made to specification. Always works. I love all drums and extra crispy So it works just perfect that they accommodate. I do know of some other "competitors" of this establishment who would not do the only "drumstick" card. But not Hooters. Everyone that I have gone to have always been happy to make the customer happy. The girls here are pretty good at making you feel welcomed. But I do know a Hooters girl in another location who said that they are "trained" well. And that's okay because these girls deserve to be tipped accordingly and as they should since most of the time the girls at Hooters, make you feel welcomed. I like the fact that this Hooters is really spacious. It had a West and East wing so to speak. But in all the sections you still had a good view of the place, they sat us near the bar which was not a big deal in the least, as long as they served wings, beer and fried pickles, my experience is always pleasant.

What really makes me angry is that we recently moved into the are about 5 minutes away from here and it took me 4 months to come in and get my wing fix on. I am pleased to say that they did not let me down. With all of options for wings out there Hooter mild wings are still my default selection! Service - once again I have always received at the bare minimum decent service at any Hooters that I have frequented. Our server here did a good job taking care of us and she was marginally friendly but she seemed to be rather distant. Anyway - no harm, no foul. I will be back to get my wing fix on again soon I am sure

Probably one of the better hooters around. Service is good and it helps that they have an open layout to accommodate more people. The food is the same as any other hooters but this place is good for a good beer and to watch a game.

I have been to this Hooters several times and have had good service. However, this time was horrible. We had a server named Allie and it was the worst service I have ever received at any Hooters. Not only was I advised that there was a 35-45 minute wait for dinner orders (but apparently appetizers came faster) , I had to wait over 20 minutes to get a refill on my drink. Our server was completely absent. My husband even put mine and my daughters glasses on edge of table in hopes of someone noticing. Expeditors brought our food, dropped out food and ran, ignoring the large pile of dirty dishes in middle of table and empty drinks. Took another 5 minutes for our server to check on us. Couldn't eat my food with nothing to drink. Then we we asked for the blue cheese we ordered but didn't receive, I asked for a second one as well. Allie didn't even slow down enough to listen to my request and just brought one. At that point, I was done. I didn't ask for anything else because I didn't even want to eat my food. Wings were good as usual but I don't know if my husband can convince me to come back to sit down. Takeout maybe.

Ok.. I have to update my review since I visited again recently. Food & Service is still great and... they remodeled and cleaned up the women's restroom!! Hallelujah!! I was pleasantly surprised!! Nice job Hooters!!

So I ordered via telephone and the girl who answered was very polite and appeared to get the order correct after repeating it to me. I arrived within 10 minutes b/c I know that their food gets cold quite quickly. I didn't check the order as my wifey always tells me to and to much a grin I should have as the order was wrong. Unfortunately I have come to expect this from any/all of the cookie cutter restaurants in Orland as they all suck. Not only was the Order wrong but ALL of the food was cold too!!! A total waste of 51$. I don't typically write reviews but I rather do this than go back and tell them my order was wrong. In all, Nice kids greeting at the door and on the phone but I have to say that we will NEVER order from there again.

Server was good. Water was constantly filled which is my biggest pet petpeeve in a restaurant. Buffalo shrimp fire and the wings are great friend pickles for starters. Yummy...

This is a great location! From what I heard, it's the second busiest in the country next to the flagship? Great, good looking staff... sometimes the one in Chicago has a flat out nasty staff--"No Bueno"!! Really cool Main Bar that they remodeled like a year ago and standard HooTerS Grub? You can't go wrong!! GTFJD

This hooters is actually pretty good compared to others. If you are in the area, it is a good option. It is fairly large, has a great bar and tv's line the walls everywhere. The crowd is typical hooters, meaning loud, fun, and sometimes obnoxious. That's what makes hooters so fun though. The food here is great. Probably the best out of all the hooters I have been to. The staff is hit or miss though. Sometimes i have had great attentive waitresses and sometimes I only seen them once or twice.

Hooters...they're pretty much all the same. I always get the mild chicken wings and bbq chicken wings with a side of celery and ranch. Service was alright. Place looked like all the other Hooters locations--wooden interior with christmas lights. The only thing about this location is that every time we go here, they say it's an hour wait...then we get seated in 5 minutes. LIES!

Good service at this location. Waited 15 minutes during a lunch rush, which was expected.

It's been a minute since I've had hooters. It was either hooters or noodles and company for lunch today and since I was feeling especially gluttonous today I felt hooters was the right choice. We started out with the fried pickles and the always satisfying buffalo shrimp. I don't particularly care for sea food, I can tolerate shrimp but whatever hooters does to these shrimp to make them taste this good is mind boggling. So everything started off great, the pickles were good and of course the buffalo shrimp was excellent! So I'm now 2 diet cokes deep, got a couple nice burps out so I'm ready for my 10 boneless mild and order of fries. It took some time for our main courses to come out which wasn't a big deal, I'm a patient cat. However my wings were cold and apparently a person with a hand the size of a toddler put a handful of fries on my plate. The fries are almost 50% of the reason I like hooters. So whatever, I choked down the cold wings and luckily my girlfriend didn't eat the majority of her bowl of fries so I did. But instead of being one of those people that complains and sends stuff back I just figured I'd write a yelp review so maybe next time someone orders the same meal I did they remember to request the wings hot or at least warm, and to ask for more than a sample of fries with the meal. The waitress was whatever wit it, nothing special, did an okay job. I won't hold her accountable for my experience, I'll just blame the stoner cooks for being dipshits. Next time I'm going to uncle Julios like I wanted. Or jersey mikes but those workers are seriously just too gay for me to tolerate sometimes. Nothing against the gays, I just don't need all that interaction, just make my sandwich n shut up.

I haven't been here since 2006 and I remember why. The Good: First off we were seated quickly for a Saturday, and the servers are wonderfully nice, Kari and Krissy are the sweetest ladies. The Bad: The food was absolutely flavorless as like the first time I tried this place back in 2006. There is so much potential lost in the food. I had fried pickles that were bland at best, even the ranch was bland, I ordered 10 boneless with mild jut to try something new (I wanted a little spice) and what I got looked like lightly flavored, and by light I mean near flavorless chicken poppers, with a small puddle of saucy grease... I was sad, and a little mad.... I should have listened to the one review about this, it was nearly spot on.... My husband liked his traditional wings but stated the hot could be hotter. A waste of nearly $50.

I stopped in for lunch with my boss on a Wednesday for the boneless wings and fries special. Can't go wrong with that! I ordered two orders, one chipotle bbq, one habanero. Now I always expect consistency when it comes to quality and presentation, especially in a chain restaurant, and this Hooters nailed it. My wings were fried perfectly and tossed in just the right amount of sauce. Our waitress was very attentive and catered to our every need in a timely manner. I'm sure glad this Hooters is in my home town. I'll definitely be returning!

Food came out hot and the service was delightful. We were sitting on bar stools and we wanted to sit on the other side of the restaurant. Our server, Dominique, was nice enough to switch us to another server. I didn't want to do that to her. I told her that I would feel terrible if she lost a table, so she talked to the other server in that section and it all worked out. :) P.S. Their chocolate cake is gooood! Rich though -- share it.

Rather disappointing experience. Ordered the fried pickles for our appetizer and the portions were barely enough for 2 people we had 4 people at our table. Have ordered them previously and the portion difference was pretty big. Meals were ordered Philly cheese steak tasted great but very small and never received the sides that were supposed to come with it (they did offer a free dessert as an apology). We also ordered 2 hooters salads which were very small (side salad size) 20 & 10 boneless medium wings & 10 boneless honey bbq that were very small and sad looking couldn't even consider some of them bite size. Topped it off with a pitcher of sangria ( which was very good) and a couple miller lights. Service was ok the girl said it was her second day so we gave her some slack. For the $89 that we paid it was pretty disappointing. May try there again hope the results will be better.

I been a vegetarian for 6 years and recently quit. One of my favorite chicken places before being a vegetarian has been Hooters....so I knew I had to have some wings during my welcome back stage! Ohhh man I was disappointed. I craved these wings for years....Maybe it was an off night. The wings full of sauce..were no longer full of sauce.....they were basically fried wings...where the hell is the sauce??? I came here for the flavor...not fried chicken!! The wings were still good though but I wanted to taste the hot sauce... I also decided to order cheese fries...cheese=great...fries=were not cooked enough. After years of waiting to eat their wings I was pretty disappointed...still it was okay to be back but not as good as I remembered.

Food is often inconsistent ranging from great pub food to really bad fried stuff - ya never know. The thing I like most is the new craft beer menu - I appreciate the selection and the IBU/ABV info is appreciated. The thing I would most like to change is the process of putting bus trays on the floor and having staff drop things in from waste high. The banging is about as pleasant as lunch in a war zone.

Whats not to like Typical bar food that is good and scantly clad women bringing it too you. Seriously. Great wings and the grilled chicken is good. A little pricy but its Hooters. Beer is always ice cold. I wish they had coupons.

We have been to Hooters all over the country while traveling, because it usually is a reliable, go-to place that's open late. This particular Hooters is in my own hometown, I'm embarrassed to say. I pulled up last night about 11:45 p.m., stayed in the parking lot to call in my order. I observed the girl at the bar pick up the phone - when I said "I'd like to place a to-go order," she said "Can you hold on?" "Sure," i said. I observed her proceed to flirt and talk to three young men standing at the bar. Meanwhile, I'm on hold going on 7 minutes! So I decided to walk in and place my order. Okay, placed my usual order of 20 hot wings. I waited. She continued to flirt/talk with the fellas - working on her tip, I'm sure. It's now 5 after 12. Another couple walk in to pick up their order that they had phoned in. So the three of us are all waiting, waiting. By the way, I can't believe other reviewers say this place is clean. It is an old, disgusting mess. You had to stand to wait for your order - well, you could sit. But every table in the bar area wasn't cleaned. The chairs, even the walls looked dirty and sticky. And the floors are the worst of all! The whole place really needs a (wink-wink) "fire" - so they can rebuild. Anyhooo, the other and couple and I started grumbling about 12:15. I flagged down the person who appeared to be some sort of manager-person-woman (not a Hooters girl) - and asked if they forgot about our orders, what was taking so long? She said, "Well, this late at night, all the orders are cooked to order." Wha??? I thought every order should be cooked to order, but what do I know? Then at 12:25, we finally got our order. But lo and behold, when I got home - ha, ha, this is the funny part - my "cooked to order" 20 hot wings, were actually 20 medium wings. Oh, well. Never again - at least this location.

I looooooove me some Hooters Hot Wings. By far, my favorite wings. The hot sauce isn't too spicy but boy is it good. I also really like the new cheese they have for the curly fries. I have been coming to this Hooters location for many years now and I must say, the quality of the waitresses has gone up recently as well! Hooters = Best Wings in town

The hostess sat us down and no one ever came to our table. After 10 minutes we had to call someone over. There was no apology. Our food still took a little more than 1/2 an hour to arrive. And we never got checked on until we called over the waitress for the check.

This Hooters is infinitely better than the one in Oak Lawn. And when I say infinitely, I really only mean two stars better. The food is quite tasty, and the service is garbage. I was here with a friend of mine at 4:30 right before the dinner rush. We got our meal, ate, and left all within about 35 minutes. The menu is pretty easy to deal with. They have the basics, chicken sandwiches, beef sandwiches, and some other basic stuff. Don't come here expecting high quality food, because you're in the wrong place. This is all reheated frozen foods. EVERYTHING! But, if you just want a decent place to go that isn't too expensive, and has beer, this is the place for you.

Hooters wings are really really good. Tasty and meaty. I think I had approx. 20-25 with two glasses of Sangria to wash em down. Hey, it's not a classy place but it did the job for me tonight.

I enjoy hooters. Great place to watch a game or have a midday lunch. I absolutely love their wings and the laid back ambience. I can't really input much on most other things on the menu because I never really order anything else on the menu! While speaking to a friendly waitress one time, I was informed that this Hooters was ranked the 3rd best in the country...my mind was blown by this swipe of knowledge laid out in front of me. I could believe it too. The staff here is on top of their game almost every time I come here and the food, again, is awesome. I don't know why beer & wings are such a winning combination and maybe I should never really ask why in the first place. Just be sure to bring extra wet wipes with you to clean all that delicious sauce off you satisfied face. Check it Out!!! -Papa Bear

I had to wait 15 minutes for our waitress to decide to come take my order. Another 10 minutes for her to walk past so I can ask for water. And when the food finally came, we watched the waitress play in her hair over the food before she picked it up and brought it to the table. Once we received our food, we were informed the fries weren't ready. When they were finally brought out after an intense session of the waitress playing in her hair again, they were cold, & by this time we were finished with the rest of our food. We were told that we would have to share a bowl of cold fries. I guess they were expecting us to have the same taste in condiments on top of the cold late fries. It wasn't a good place to stop for drinks on my birthday.

The wings are always good but today I ordered a burger for the first time from here. It tasted like the burgers that I used to get at my high school 15 years ago. It brought back old memories of the old lunch lady. I'm sticking to the wings from now on.

What's the saying for this chain??? "They have great wings!" Well they do. Hooters has always been one of my favorite spots for wings, fries, beer, and wings. They also have yummy buffalo shrimp and crab legs. I've also enjoyed a full pitcher of their Sangria! This is the first time I've been to this particular Hooters..... But I'll tell ya I get the same nice service at any Hooters I eat at!

I went here a few weeks ago. The waitres was new and obviously shouldve been trained a little longer. She forgot to bring us our salds. I had to ask for a refill on our drinks multiple times. I will not go back to this Hooters again.

The wings are the bigger draw fro me than the boobies. Love the mild wings(butter sauce)

The wings were good as usual....but my salad was brown and soggy. I requested another & was given a salad that was dark drown & extra soggy. The waitress was a zombie.

The girls are not real smart at this location. We ordered 16 wings.. and the girl says.. we don't sell 16 wings.. we only sell orders of 6,10,20, and 50.. so I said... can I get an order of 6 and 10? DUH! I've never been in there and had the order come out completely right or hot. Best service is definitely at Wells location.

Been to many Hooters. From Florida to Wells St.This rest is the best, the best Jerry.Wings are the best around.

So I was in there on December 22 to pick up some gift cards. I thought gift cards would make a nice acknowledgment for some people on my list such as our UPS driver. It was 11:00. The person ahead of me wanted gift cards. The person behind me wanted gift cards. Guess what - no gifts cards. I asked if the Oak Lawn restaurant had gift cards and was told no stores in the area have gift cards. Hooters, you lost out on a lot of cash. And to top it off, most people will misplace or forget about their gift cards - its free money for Hooters. People are clammering for gift cards. Its three days before Christmas. It looks like whoever orders the gift cards screwed up. Oh, by the way, the food. The food is good but Hooters is more of a "fun" destination - kind of like McDonalds is for kids. So three to four stars for the food and minus a star for the lack of gift cards.

Good food and service. We were seated quickly and the food came fast. The dark haired waitress Kristie (or possibly Kristin) served a group of 10 of us for a bachelor party. She was charming and drop dead gorgeous.

For casual, cheap food this is one of my favorites. I think they have some of the best wings & shrimp for the money. I have been here multiple times and love almost everything on the menu. On this particular trip I got their Buffalo Shrimp which are breaded and have a few levels of heat. The hot is pretty mild so go for it. Next I ordered a dozen oysters that were tasty but very small. Lastly I ordered their loaded tater tots which are exactly as they sound. Tater tots covered in sour cream, bacon & chives. The cheese fries are a lot better in my opinion. Our server was very friendly, chatty & helpful. I thought it was the usual working us guys for a better tip but after the bill was paid, she was just as nice. Tip: You can order just the drumettes on wings if you prefer the meatier option. They are a little more money but worth it to me.

I went to hooters at Orland Park often because that is one of the few places open nearby after I finish working. We really enjoy the fresh oysters and the crab legs. Now they don't have the king crab legs any more, but the snow crab is still good. The service is not the best. But I go there for the food.

Yes, Hooters. Expensively overpriced, gaudy, national chain, Hooters. I gotta imagine at one point, the original one in Clearwater, Florida must've been pretty good, until corporate stepped in and everything got f**ked up. Their wings are okay, their servers are friendly, usually buxom, and of course scantily dressed, their drink specials are nothing to write home about, and their ambience is garish, at best. Yes, I f**king love this place.

My company orders from Hooters quite often and today when we got back with our food we were missing the fries and the celery so I called there and they connected me with the manager who wasn't very helpful at all. She told me she would give me a credit for the next time we come in for something I never received to begin with. I had to argue with her to get my refund plus not have the food for our lunch. You would think they would like to have our business. We don't treat our customers like that.

I've been to Hooters in other locations before, but this place effing sucks. The service was ridiculously bad. We waited 30 minutes for crappy seats and the place wasn't even full. Then we waited 5 minutes to get menus (who waits that long to get friggin' MENUS?!) then waited ANOTHER 20 minutes for someone to take our order. The waitress kept sighing, rolling her eyes, and giving us attitude. We had to wait another 45 minutes for our food (the buffalo wings) which tasted like crap I could've bought from the grocery store and microwaved. Needless to say, the only tip we left was "learn to friggin' serve, you ugly, dumb beezies)! You couldn't pay me to go back here again. (Well, maybe for a substantial amount).

Bummer.

Thanks.

(4)
Oliver M.
Probably one of the better hooters around. Service is good and it helps that they have an open layout to accommodate more people. The food is the same as any other hooters but this place is good for a good beer and to watch a game.

Hit or miss... For some reason they always try to seat us in the back corner... Worst seat in the place! They should put a juke box there instead of a low top table in the room of all high tops.

It's not always about the wings. Love the shrimp and the blackened mahi fish sandwich. Great cold beer and excellent waitresses. Nice beer specias. Get the Hooters calender Well worth it!

Yummy...

LIES!

Enjoy!

The wings are terrible. Too soggy. Service is ok--but nice to look at. their philly steak and fries is pretty good. Beer selections are very limited.

Okay service. Charged for sauce.

(4)Rebecca J.
(1)William B.

(4)Jason H.
Things started off good. Quickly seated and waitress was nice and in top of her job. The curly fries where Good but when i got the wings and tots they tasted like pure grease and the wings where over cooked.
(3)Mark G.
(1)Paul D.
(3)Frank V.
Have been coming here since they opened . The must of lost some long time kitchen staff food took over a half hour to get . There was also a lot of tables not being bused so the wait was much longer than usual .
(3)Artsy R.
(4)Keisha S.
Not that good this particular night will try again soon
(2)John K.
(1)Natalie D.
Bummer.
(4)Jerry G.

Thanks.
(3)Sai T.
(3)Maricela A.
(2)Martin B.
Slow slow..... Took a while to get a drink and almost 1hr to get any food. It was a Thursday night

(5)Mark K.
It's not always about the wings. Love the shrimp and the blackened mahi fish sandwich. Great cold beer and excellent waitresses. Nice beer specias. Get the Hooters calender Well worth it!
(4)Rita J.

Today was my first time ever. I had a great time. My server Stacey Was excellent, She took good care of me. Will come again.
(5)Traycee C.
Hit or miss... For some reason they always try to seat us in the back corner... Worst seat in the place! They should put a juke box there instead of a low top table in the room of all high tops.
(3)Bill S.
Garbage ate there twice food poisoning both times so that obviously means they don't handle their food well or sanitize their kitchen or dishes very well, I've ate at hooters in other locations that were good it's just this particular one is disgusting
(1)Cynthia M.
(2)Ross C.
(4)Olivia M.
(3)Xochithl O.

Come on...... do I even need to review this place, best hotwings of all time, hands down

(4)Oliver M.

(4)Nino S.
(1)Edwin H.
Server was good. Water was constantly filled which is my biggest pet petpeeve in a restaurant. Buffalo shrimp fire and the wings are great friend pickles for starters. Yummy...
(4)Michael H.
GTFJD
(4)Michael R.
(4)Mia L.
LIES!
(3)Manda V.
Good service at this location. Waited 15 minutes during a lunch rush, which was expected.
(4)Dan H.

(3)Matthew F.
(4)Linh L.
(5)Jessica G.
(2)Michael C.
Beer and Wings, need I say more!!!!! The beer is super cold and it is a always a good time!!!!! A place to go with either family or friends, they do a really good job to make you feel at home.
(5)Liz K.
(3)G S.
For a Saturday night out group of 5 got seated in 20 mins . Great service and great food. Tonight's order was 50 wings, 20 shrimp, 3 curly fries. Mmm.....
(4)mick v.
(3)Greg D.

(1)Adam M.
(5)C B.
The hostess sat us down and no one ever came to our table. After 10 minutes we had to call someone over. There was no apology. Our food still took a little more than 1/2 an hour to arrive. And we never got checked on until we called over the waitress for the check.
(1)Daniel F.
(4)Paulie R.
Hooters wings are really really good. Tasty and meaty. I think I had approx. 20-25 with two glasses of Sangria to wash em down. Hey, it's not a classy place but it did the job for me tonight.
(4)Edgar P.
-Papa Bear
(4)Roy S.
(1)Moe N.
The wings are always good but today I ordered a burger for the first time from here. It tasted like the burgers that I used to get at my high school 15 years ago. It brought back old memories of the old lunch lady. I'm sticking to the wings from now on.
(3)Diana R.
(4)Rebecca N.
I went here a few weeks ago. The waitres was new and obviously shouldve been trained a little longer. She forgot to bring us our salds. I had to ask for a refill on our drinks multiple times. I will not go back to this Hooters again.
(1)Gene K.
The wings are the bigger draw fro me than the boobies. Love the mild wings(butter sauce)
(4)Jeffrey S.
The wings were good as usual....but my salad was brown and soggy. I requested another & was given a salad that was dark drown & extra soggy. The waitress was a zombie.
(2)Peggy S.
(1)Al S.
Been to many Hooters. From Florida to Wells St.This rest is the best, the best Jerry.Wings are the best around.
(4)Dan E.
(2)Landis D.
Good food and service. We were seated quickly and the food came fast. The dark haired waitress Kristie (or possibly Kristin) served a group of 10 of us for a bachelor party. She was charming and drop dead gorgeous.
(5)chris g.
(4)JJ C.
I went to hooters at Orland Park often because that is one of the few places open nearby after I finish working. We really enjoy the fresh oysters and the crab legs. Now they don't have the king crab legs any more, but the snow crab is still good. The service is not the best. But I go there for the food.
(3)Jack S.
(4)Marianne F.
(1)Tim Z.
i havent been to this location in a while and their new set up is really cool. will be back
(4)Karen A.
(1)Natalie D.
Bummer.
(4)Edward K.
Thanks.

(4)Olivia M.
(3)Jenna S.

(3)Maricela A.
(2)Martin B.
Slow slow..... Took a while to get a drink and almost 1hr to get any food. It was a Thursday night
(2)Mark K.
It's not always about the wings. Love the shrimp and the blackened mahi fish sandwich. Great cold beer and excellent waitresses. Nice beer specias. Get the Hooters calender Well worth it!
(4)Blake F.

(3)William B.

(1)Carm B.
Ok.. I have to update my review since I visited again recently. Food & Service is still great and... they remodeled and cleaned up the women's restroom!! Hallelujah!! I was pleasantly surprised!! Nice job Hooters!!
(4)Nino S.
(1)Edwin H.
Server was good. Water was constantly filled which is my biggest pet petpeeve in a restaurant. Buffalo shrimp fire and the wings are great friend pickles for starters. Yummy...
(4)Bill S.
Garbage ate there twice food poisoning both times so that obviously means they don't handle their food well or sanitize their kitchen or dishes very well, I've ate at hooters in other locations that were good it's just this particular one is disgusting
(1)Cynthia M.

(2)Mia L.
LIES!
(3)Manda V.
Good service at this location. Waited 15 minutes during a lunch rush, which was expected.
(4)mick v.
(3)Greg D.
Whats not to like Typical bar food that is good and scantly clad women bringing it too you. Seriously. Great wings and the grilled chicken is good. A little pricy but its Hooters. Beer is always ice cold. I wish they had coupons.
(5)Edgar P.
-Papa Bear
(4)Frank V.
Have been coming here since they opened . The must of lost some long time kitchen staff food took over a half hour to get . There was also a lot of tables not being bused so the wait was much longer than usual .
(3)Tim Z.
i havent been to this location in a while and their new set up is really cool. will be back
(4)Karen A.
(1)Paul D.
(3)Artsy R.
(4)Keisha S.
Not that good this particular night will try again soon
(2)John K.
(1)Jack S.
(4)Marianne F.
(1)Michael K.
The wings are terrible. Too soggy. Service is ok--but nice to look at. their philly steak and fries is pretty good. Beer selections are very limited.
(2)Dennis L.
Okay service. Charged for sauce.
(3)Allyson D.
(4)Diana R.
(2)Peggy S.
(1)Al S.
Been to many Hooters. From Florida to Wells St.This rest is the best, the best Jerry.Wings are the best around.
(4)Tawny S.
(1)Bobby O.
Enjoy!
(4)Roy S.
(1)Moe N.
The wings are always good but today I ordered a burger for the first time from here. It tasted like the burgers that I used to get at my high school 15 years ago. It brought back old memories of the old lunch lady. I'm sticking to the wings from now on.
(3)Dan E.
(2)Landis D.
Good food and service. We were seated quickly and the food came fast. The dark haired waitress Kristie (or possibly Kristin) served a group of 10 of us for a bachelor party. She was charming and drop dead gorgeous.
(5)chris g.
(4)JJ C.
I went to hooters at Orland Park often because that is one of the few places open nearby after I finish working. We really enjoy the fresh oysters and the crab legs. Now they don't have the king crab legs any more, but the snow crab is still good. The service is not the best. But I go there for the food.
(3)Dan H.

(3)Matthew F.
(4)Linh L.
(5)Jessica G.

Beer and Wings, need I say more!!!!! The beer is super cold and it is a always a good time!!!!! A place to go with either family or friends, they do a really good job to make you feel at home.
(5)Liz K.
(3)G S.
For a Saturday night out group of 5 got seated in 20 mins . Great service and great food. Tonight's order was 50 wings, 20 shrimp, 3 curly fries. Mmm.....
(4)Michael H.
GTFJD
(4)Michael R.
(4)George M.
(1)Adam M.
