I've been to better Starbucks locations in the area. The lobby is huge since it's connected to the hotel, so that was a plus. The staff was not very friendly at all. I got an iced coffee with skim milk and splenda. There was a LOT of wasted room at the top so I feel a little ripped off. I also used my registered gift card and no stars were earned. I love Starbucks and was looking forward to this visit, but I will not likely return to this particular location.

This Starbucks is really small but it's connected to a restaurant. The customer service call it is horrible. When I was ordering my drink the lady didn't even want to look me in the eyes and she look like she was depressed or something. I told her to go light on my ice and I feel like she didn't even listen to anything that I said. She totally filled my cup with ice to the top and continue doing whatever she was doing horrible. I don't mean to bash on it but if you're going to work at a coffee shop in the morning you need to be awake. Never coming to this location again

I decided to stop here one day on my way to work because it is so close. I should have gone out of the way to go to a real Starbucks. There was only two people working here for the morning rush hour crowd. The guy making drinks was extremely slow and taking his sweet time even though the line was nearly at the door. The lady at the cash register could barely speak English. They also didn't have any hot breakfast sandwiches to offer, which is the reason why I went into Starbucks to the first place to get my promotion. Slow service, lacking food selection, no drive-through= two stars!

If you like to complain about the cost of a coffee from Starbucks, you'd really have a field day with this one. My husband and I came to the Marriott for a work meeting and decided to stop at Starbucks before the meeting started. It cost $10 for a caramel macchiato and water. I almost died of a heart attack. Then we walked down to the conference room, only to find that they had coffee and tea all set up for us. Fail. This particular Starbucks also has very limited breakfast choices due to there being a restaurant in the hotel. I was looking for something non-pastry and so my choices were very limited. If you're staying in the hotel and have access to a car, I'd recommend driving down a block and either hitting up the McDonalds on the corner of Spring and 22nd, or the other Starbucks on 22nd.

Line moved fast. Friendly baristas. Got me in and out in a hurry. Definitely what I needed to get me moving in the lorning rather than waiting in a 20 minute line.

The staff here is great! Be advised, however, that this location is inside a Marriott so it can get quite busy in the mornings. Also, this is not a full-service Starbucks so breakfast sandwiches are not available.

Needed my once in a while Starbucks fix... They never seem to have multi grain bagels, smh. Got my Java chip frappe though... Mmm.... Overpriced frappe :D Staff is always super friendly, they screwed my order once & the manager gave me a free drink coupon for the wait. I wasn't upset or anything. But hey I'll take a free drink! Customer service is the only reason why it gets the 3 stars, my absent multi grain bagels... preposterous I say!!!!

Attention Starbucks Management: Here I am, working in one of many business offices, in a relatively wealthy suburb, yet my only Starbucks option under a 10 minute drive is in Marriott. Come on people, what is going on here? Do you not see the soccer Mom's in their Lexus SUV needing a coffee to and from lunching? What about a coffee to and from the Mall? And most importantly, what about all of us techie folk that need that jolt of energy? I'd drink a lot more Starbucks if I didn't have to go to the Marriott. While there is special parking for Starbucks customers, it is a pain in the arse to pull in and out of the hotel from the main road. I could actually go for a Starbucks right now. Sadly, I don't have 30 minutes to waste. Boo.
