This is the worst McDonald's in the area. I'm a big coffee drinker and they mess it up every time! I ordered a coffee and took the lid off and there was a piece of plastic in it! No idea what it could have been from! And they gave me a hard time about exchanging it! I say light cream, it's all cream, I say no cream, and they still put cream in it! Another girl I work with has the same experiences and her Iced coffee had a black hair floating around in it! I only go here because it is directly across the street from my work and i'ts hard to make it, but now it has become only a LAST resort!

So disappointing. I actually like McDonald's. It's a guilty pleasure. I know how bad it is, so I don't go very often. When I do, I look forward to it. I wasn't even planning on going this night. Plan A closed early and I couldn't find a Plan B. This became Plan C. I ordered a grilled chicken, bacon and ranch sandwich with fries and a plain iced tea. I paid and waited, and waited, and waited. I figured they must be making fresh fries, so I was pretty excited. They finally got to my order and opened the window. Dude: Chicken salad, right? Me: Um... no. Dude: What did you get? Me: The grilled chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Dude: Oh, and a sweet tea. Me: No. UNsweetened. Plain. Dude: Oh... hold on. A couple minutes later I had my bag and my cup, the contents of which were a small, dried out chicken breast with a shit ton of ranch and wilted bacon. The fries were equally dry and cold. The iced tea was actually plain, but the cup contained 80% ice. Life is too short for shitty fries.

I was totally embarrassed today as I pulled up to the drive through window and realized I didn't have my credit card. As I went to pay I told the guy that I was sorry but I had to leave since I had forgotten my card. All I had was $3 and change and he said that was fine, he said the other $2.00 was on him. Something as small as covering my 2.00 made my day. Its the little things. :)

Don't know about this place since it's not that far from MCDs main office. Service is slow because there is not enough staffing. They don't staff accordingly I guess to cover properly to avoid long waits. It's suppose to be a 24hr drive thru. But I stopped by to take some breakfast to work early in the am and it was closed. Had a salad that same day and lettuce was old and only picked out the grill chicken. If your into stuff like that then go ahead. Wendy's is across the street have much better fast food. This place is expensive for food that take as if it comes out the microwave.

Heck whats not to like, the foods fast, place is clean, and prices are as always low. They just did a major overhaul on this McDonald not so long ago, so the place it self feels a bit trendy. Most people you will find in here work in the area because the business complex is only just down the street. The only thing that would have been nice is if they had left a few booths along the walls.

I get coffee here from time to time. It's always hot and as I order, so I'm thinking this place is A-OK by me.

This McDonalds needs help. They tore the old one down and built a new shiny Mickey-D's. That sounds good - but the problem is the new one, well, blows. The old one had different sections and even a kids area. The coolest part about the old McDonalds was the "Hamburger Tree". You push a button and hear this annoying but extremely catchy hamburger tree song. In addition, the drive thru of the old one was expanded to meet the needs and they had to put a conveyor belt in and it transported the food over people's heads to the drive thru window. It was kinda cool. The new McDonalds is probably one of the most boring, plain freestanding McD's on the planet. It looks like a cafeteria. As for the food - it's McDonalds - do you really need a review?!? I love the food but my review is really about the facility. As for the service, this location is pretty good. It seems like the managers have trained the employees to at least be professional even though it's a part time McD's job.

I am writing to you to explain what I witnessed in this store today that really upset me. I came into this location to get myself a cup of coffee. There was an elderly woman in her late 70s/ early 80s or so there. She was using a walker to keep herself up. I let her order in front of me. She goes to order and the cashier looks at her and says we aren't serving breakfast anymore. That ended two minutes ago. I look down at my phone and my clock says 10:31 but that is besides the point. The lady said I thought its until 11. The cashier rudely responds NO!!! That's on the weekends not today. The woman was so upset she looked like she was going to cry. I understand that you may have "rules" to your breakfast policy. However, this is absolutely absurd. Not only was she spoken to rudely. But, something like this probably ruined this lady's day that's how upset she looked. If she wasn't in a walker she would have had enough time to get there. However, because she is in a walker I am guessing it took quite some time to get out of her vehicle and walk in. I am appalled that McDonald's lets their employees treat people like this. I took everything inside of me not to say something because I probably would have made a scene in there on behalf of this woman who didn't know what to say.
