I went to this location recently and the food was great. But the service was terrible. Our server was marcus. He's was not very good at all. After we got our drinks he wandered around talked with other tables, that I'm assuming were friends and didn't check back with us after someone joined our table and wanted to order. When he brought the original orders to the table he dropped one of the orders on the floor. After he dropped the fresh food off he never came back to check on us or bring us refills. I had to ask 2 servers to tell him to come back to our table, one was a nice guy named Greg. When he got our message to come back to our table I asked him to bring me another drink, he said that the bartender was making it. It took a good 10 mins for him to come back after several times of glancing at our table. I asked him how long he'd worked there seeing if the bad service was because of lack of experience. He quickly said about 8 months and that he knew he was doing really badly, with a cocky I don't care attitude and offered an excuse if that he'd had large parties earlier in the day. He forgot to bring a dressing that one of us had asked for after he said all of this. When he came back he asked if we needed anything else. I asked for the dressing for a member of the table and for a Togo cup. Then one person asked for the check and I also asked for ours. After he brought them back he later said again that he know he was doing bad and that at least he admitted it. His comment was rude and uncalled for.

Food was great and we went at a low traffic time for dinner so we were served quickly. Our waitress was super kind and very smart about the menu. The 2 gift cards really made it enjoyable as our meal was only 10 bucks so the waitress git a fat tip. Only one improvement as the men's restroom had an odor with the concrete floors probably holding the smell. We will be back!

We ordered wings to go on a Saturday night, we got two large orders of boneless wings, we ordered them "wet" and when we got them, most of the wings had very little or no sauce at all, we also ordered extra ranch and celery and they put in carrot sticks and no ranch dressing at all. My husband had to ask for some and they gave us six small dressings...how is that enough for two large orders of wings? This place is a good one to dine in, for the most part, but the pick up orders are VERY lacking. The wings were not very good, unless you like almost plain chicken wings. The managers seem to not care when you let them know. The guy on the phone acted like it was no big deal. I doubt we will go back to this location, which is sad, because we love B-dubs and this location is very close to home, but the lack of good kitchen workers shows in the lack of sauce on the wings. I definitely don't recommend this location for carry out.

Went there last night for Super Bowl Sunday. Wrong thing to do. Although there wasn't many customers they had so many pickup orders they couldn't get food out to there dining room customers for a 1.5 hours. Seriously take care of your diners before your pick up window. If you can't keep up quit taking orders. Why is this so hard to understand.

For a chain, it's not half bad. However, I am a huge sucker for condiment selection and they have the holy grail of sauces. I don't do wings, but their veggie burger has always been cooked to perfection for me. Their beer offerings are okay. Relatively standard: Bud, Blue Moon...blah, blah, blah. People don't come here for the beer selection, just beer to pair with whatever sporting event is on the television. I came here a couple times to watch my 49ers with the hubby and usually have an agreeable time (sometimes the rowdy fans can be obnoxious). Overall, it is what it is. Wings, beer and sports.

Buffalo Wild Wings is the only chain you can go to and feel right at home being there. You will find fans for all teams, cheer at the football games and not feel alone while doing it. While service is usually pretty crappy here, I'm more distracted by what's on the TV then the service. While we have took our daughter here before I wouldn't ever to the bar side. You will find entertainment beyond belief watching from people watching. You have the nerdy fantasy football guys who are cheering every game, contradicting themselves to some chick deep throatin' a chicken bone. They have a wide array of Sauces. The new jammin jalapeno is my new favorite. You can also buy their sauces by the bottle to go home. If you buy 3 you get a little discount. Also if you like your sauces that much they make a pretty bad ass bloody mary with your favorite sauce and Peppar Vodka. So feel free to come buy for a nice day of entertainment from the people and the games. Just don't expect great service.

The servers here are pretty terrible! Ive been here three times and all three time they messed up my order! I used to work at a b dubs and this branch is terrible!
I was a little apprehensive about dropping by this place considering that I despise garlic in all of its forms. Fortunately, my server was really on the ball. Within five minutes, she had a printout of all of their menu items and all of their respective ingredients. I went with the fish tacos, and man, were they superb. The fries on the side were a good substitution suggestion by my server. Though this is a large chain restaurant, I really appreciated the personal service shown by the staff during my visit last month. Great food and even better service.

Let me start off by saying that I love BWW and have been a patron for the past decade or so. However, my one and only visit to this particular BWW was terrible. We went last weekend with two other couples. There was no waiting for a table (should've been the first sign as all other area restaurants were packed). We were seated and immediately noticed that the tv volume was way too loud. My group was in the 20-30 age range and we are used to bars with loud music. However, when you can't have a conversation at your dinner table due to the noise, that's annoying. We mentioned this to our server who forgot, so we mentioned it to the hostess and she took care of it. The restaurant was not nearly half full and it took forever to get our food. When it finally came it was room temperature at best. One couple had ordered the same salad but were delivered two different salads. When they asked the server why, he said "I don't know" and walked away. The men's bathroom had water all over the floor and smelled terrible. I have never had this negative of an experience at a BWW but by glancing at other reviews I know I'm not the only one.

Love their wings and the wide selection of wing sauces to choose from! I've only been to Wingstop and SmokeEaters/University Chicken but Buffalo Wild Wings beats them both. These were the best wings I've ever had! My favorite to least favorite flavors were: Spicy Garlic - the best flavor. Just try it. Asian Zing - a mixture of teriyaki and sweet chili sauce Honey BBQ - tasted like it was suppose to Carribean Jerk - too much pepper for me Tip - 45 cent wings Tuesday or 60 cent boneless wings Thursday, score!

The food was just okay. I got a Buffalo Chicken Wrap that was alright. The sauce wasn't spread through-out so it had some pretty spicy bites and then some pretty bland bites. The service was pretty good, and I really enjoyed the Berry Lemonade!!!

So the day before I embarked on eatingwell.com 's meat free challenge for a week, I decided I was going to indulge in one of my FAVORITE guilty pleasures, BWW. I was already in OFallon, IL car shopping so we stopped in before heading to see my car. I got the onion rings (crispy, delicious and not too terribly greasy), the Asian Zing wings and a beer to wash them all down. This was the first time that I ventured from my normal honey bbq or mango habenero and I am so glad I did. The sauce was the perfect combination or sweet and spiciness and holy delicious...I was in heaven. I even ended up with a bit of sauce on my cheek (yup, it happened) but I think that just proves how good they were. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive but she didn't hover at all which was fantastic. I think I chose the perfect spot to squash my cravings before going meat free.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but I do not like this one. I had garlic parmesan and spicy garlic (my 2 favorite sauces) & I was thoroughly disappointed. They spicy garlic wings barely had any sauce on them & the wings WERE NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY THROUGH. They were pink in the middle, bone included. And, the meat tasted very watery. I couldn't believe it. The next time I stay at a hotel in this area and I'm looking for a place to grab some food, I will NOT go here!

I find the food/wings to be generally good. Atmosphere is typical of a sports bar and is generally family friendly as the kids are entertained. The service tends to be spotty - sometimes you get great service other times it's a very slow and painful process.

Good food HORRIBLE service. They were busy but it took OVER AN HOUR to get our food. We ordered kids meals before anything else so they could get theirs early, but the waitress said the kids meals were done but she cannot bring them out before the rest of the food. That's BS because every other place we've been to has no problem bringing out the kid's food before everyone else's. Once the food finally arrived it was very good. The ONLY reason this B-Dubs got 3 stars was because the manager took some initiative, saw that we were displeased, and gave us a huge discount on the check. Good customer service in my book.

It's a novelty sports bar whose novelty (Wow! A spectrum of hot wings ranked by spiciness!) has worn a bit thin through the years. They appear to have a decent beer selection, but during my last two visits they were out of my first choice. Acquaintances tell me this is a frequent occurrence. Food was fine. Service was fine. Party of six ate and drank for $90 so it is a pretty cheap place to watch a game.

Now I remember why it's been a year since visiting a bww. We always have an awful experience. Walked in tonight while 4 waitresses stood behind the counter gossiping, we waited 14 minutes for another server to come up from the back and seat us. Once seated we waited 18 minutes for someone to come take our drink orders before we got up and walked out. The place was far from bust. Just terrible service. We won't be back. We walked out and walked across the parking lot to the Texas Roadhouse were we were greeted by three employees upon entering and had an amazing dinning experience. If you are thinking about going to this bww--don't. You'll just be disappointed.

I am over this place. 1. It is insanely loud in here. They have a lot of tvs tile floor and loud ass music. 2. There is no service here. Even. Sitting. At. The. Bar. Looking eyeball to empty glass, and still no offer for another Bloody Mary from the seated bartender. Freaking unbelievable!! It's like she doesn't understand that the tip goes up with a bigger bill and a drunker and happier client!?! 3. The boneless wings were only sauced on one side? 4. It takes forever for the food to show up. It is not like I am ordering a baked Alaska? They are freaking chicken wings! 5. If is really expensive even on promotional nights. 6. The Caribbean jerk is different (by that I mean BAD!) as a sauce. I really like it as a rub, anywhere else. 7. The buffalo dry rub is really bad as well. All salt no real buffalo flavor. These also were really only seasoned on one side. The only redeeming parts of eating here are the spicy garlic wings, and the hot sauce wings. Everything else is meh?

This is a good place to eat, but the food is way too expensive. The price I paid there I could of went to show me's and spent half. Great food but way too rich for my blood. Oh yeah... It's noisy as hell and they the dish network there. They got a million tv there and they all froze because of the rain.

Probably my worst ever experience at a Bdubs...so disappointed...not real busy being it is lunch hour around 1245...slow as hell service, slow drinks...no refills...doubt I'll come back to this location! Not a happy visit...unless I brought my own drunks and personal server with me as well.

Almost didn't come here after reading other reviews, but had limited options so thought I would try. It was very busy. We did get a seat quickly and service times were fine. Not exceptionally fast, but not terribly slow. I did notice that a family coming in after us received their drinks and food before us, so it may just be luck of what server you get. Our mozzarella sticks were overcooked and half the cheese was in the basket. The waitress did take them off the bill. She did not bring plates with the mozzarella sticks and when we asked for some, we were brought small paper French fry boats. Our main order came out about two minutes after the appetizer. It was loud, but it is a sports bar. They are typically loud. Food in the main meal was good.

If management let's mold grow in the men's urinal where customers can see, who knows what's going on the kitchen where we can't. With that being said, beer was cold and our server Jackie was awesome.

We called ahead to let them know that there would be about 20 of us coming, and somehow they "misplaced" our reservation. When we walked in, anther guy (from a different party) was in the same boat. He called ahead to make a reservation, and they didn't write his down either. But they were able to accommodate us and pulled some tables together. We arrived at 12:40. Roughly 40 minutes later, I received my drink (after reminding a different waitress). And after 1 1/2 hours, we FINALLY got our food. Our waitress was very flustered, and seemed to be very, very stressed out. She said she kept reminding the kitchen, but they were swamped. The place was not busy (lots of open tables). So I have no idea why they were taking so long to get us our food. Afterwards, a member of our group had a long conversation with the manager (who didn't bother to apologize before us seeking him out), and the manager was nice enough to make our meals free. The food tasted great, aside from the appetizers being cold. I highly recommend NOT going here with a large group.

I am a BWW fan. I have attended several in multiple cities and states. This one was filthy. The women's restroom smelled of dirty diapers. There was trash on the floor in the hallway to the bathrooms. There were drain flies or fruit flies flying around the whole time, GROSS. The televisions were way too loud especially for the number of people in the restaurant, very few. The waitress was nice and the food good, but all the flies buzzing around grossed us out. Will not be returning to this location.

Cindy B.
Terrible! We walked in and the hostess ignored us. Once we were seated the waitress was nice & friendly but she was clearly over her head with tables. She asked if we were ready for our check after we had our appetizer but before we'd gotten our dinner. About 5 onion rings were fried together into a mushy stuck together mess. My son had a couple of wings which were WAY overcooked but we didn't feel like waiting forever for her to come back to remedy the food since we'd been waiting 20 minutes for her to bring the mustard we asked for as soon as she brought our dinner. Same with my husband's beef jerky sandwich (which was supposed to be pastrami but again, way overcooked). Overall a bad experience.

We are BWW fans for sure. They focus on one thing and they do it rather well. This BWW is no exception. The staff is always courteous and friendly and the food is served hot and tasty like all BWW. I have attended many large lunches here accommodating over 20 people with no issues. If you call ahead and let them know your plans they can usually help. Overall this BWW is a great lunch stop and always satisdfies my craving for wings.

This placed sucked. Ordered boneless wings which was supposed to come with celery and carrots and got nothing. Severs were rude and didn't care, never checked on us until we were finished. Place was not even busy maybe 30 patrons total. Horrible experience. Wings had more batter than wing. Do not recommend, to even locals.

If I never frequent another BWW again, it will be just fine with me. I used to go a lot in college, but haven't been in one since then so I guess I had forgotten how obnoxious it can be. I walked into this location and was assaulted with a million TVs and the accompanying noise that goes with that. I get that it's a sports bar, so that's not even my main problem. It was about 30 degrees outside and only slightly warmer inside. I had to eat a messy chicken wrap wearing my winter coat because it was so drafty in there for our entire meal. I also don't understand why it took about 30 minutes to bring out our food. Yes, I was in a party of 8, but we all ordered wraps or wings. And since that's all they make how in the world does it take that long to assemble some wraps?? And then we had to wait another 15 minutes after we were finished for the check. Service is so slow that I won't be back, which is unfortunate because the buffalo chicken wrap was actually really good. But not good enough to have to sit in that place for 1.5 hours.

I've always had a mixed bag of experiences at this place. I love their wings, I love the variety of their sauces, but am underwhelmed by the service that I always seem to get here. I wouldn't say the service is horrible, just not what I would expect as you often sit around waiting for your server to make their way back if you need something. The place has several things going for them, a nice selection of cold beers, a plethora of TVs to keep you entertained with some sort of sports programming on, they also have their trivia machines that can provide some great fun if you have a group of folks there. Their mango habanero wing sauce is my favorite, it has some nice heat and yet has a hint of sweetness from the mango that evens it out nicely. I know it's not a traditional wing sauce, but to me that doesn't really matter. For the actual end product you get here it's hard to beat in my opinion. The service sometimes leaves you wanting and the price is a tad high for what you get (except on Wing Tuesdays and Boneless Thursdays), but I can look past that as often as I go there.
(3)
Stephanie B.
As the fiance of a wing addict I have no choice but to consume more buffalo products than I choose. This place wasn't bad, I had a buffalo chicken wrap that was a great balance of spice and crisp lettuce (for those who like a few nutritional additives to their fried buffalo wraps). While surrounded by tvs and sports none of the tvs were yelling at me, which I appreciate.
(3)
Michael H.
This joint has some really tasty sauces for their wings. The problems start with their prices and quality of the other ingredients, however. Everything here is very simple, and served in either a plastic basket that you are not sure how clean it is, or paper boats. When I am paying that much for wings, give me some proper dinnerware! The service hasn't ever been quick here... but they do have lots of beers and TVs to keep you entertained until your food gets there.

Me and my fiancée love this place! Awesome wings and appetizers! They do two 60 cent boneless deal days and a 60 cent traditional deal day every week. Plus, it doesn't get too crowded during the weekdays (unless a big game is on), so that's nice. For appetizers spinach and artichoke dip is really good. Request tortilla chips though instead of the pita bread it comes with because it is hard and they don't give you enough to finish all of the dip with. The breaded mushrooms are also superb. For wings I like the chipolte dry spice and the parmesan garlic (I don't like spicy food so these are excellent choices for me). Bottom Line: If you like wings, flavorful food, a casual/sporty atmosphere, and don't feel like spending too much----Then this is your place!

Nice clean atmosphere, with a nice selection of drinks. A great place if you want to watch sports.

Bare bones restaurant. No video games such as golden tee. Not much personality to any staff either. Still waiting to see if the food is typical.

Filthy, poor service. There were 10 customers and 6 staff members visible and they were ignoring all the customers.
