It's a Starbucks. Not more I can say besides the fact that in the summer...the patio is lovely. Lots of seating and it's spread out. You can also walk around the outdoor mall which makes this location a lot better than the other Starbucks in Bloomington-Normal.

You really know a coffee shop is good when you have a problem. I know that sounds funny but it's the way people deal with the problem that really defines how good the place is to me. I came in on the day of the Perseids Meteor Shower, I was getting ready to head out to the campground and watch it. So of course we are thinking coffee! :-) I ordered a Venti the associate made me a grande. I reminded him I ordered a Venti and he fixed it happily. Then he gave me the other drink for my friend outside. Super nice! David is the barista that crafted our drinks and he was more than polite about everything. Kudos to you David! We enjoyed ordering from you!

If I could I would gave them -5.was there on a Saturday night at 9.pm and there were 5 people working, one cashier and one to make the coffees and 3 just walking around really doing nothing......Think one was the mgr.From the time I ordered 2 coffees and the time I got then it was 20 minutes and I kid you not........They were more instrested in cleaning up than taking care of the people who ordered coffee......Not really a starbucks fan, my friend is but this gives me reason not to want to come again....

This is the slowest Starbucks in town. The employees are always nice, and the place is clean and comfortable, but the endless waiting time has me going to there other shops. Every person I've talked with about this location agrees. If you're in a hurry and can go to the other shops, do it. Quality of drinks is as expected, so if you're in no hurry, it's a fine place to go.

Wow... not impressed. Typically Starbucks is known for great service. Not this one. I Went IN On NYE last night. They closed in five mins. They made a point to say they closed in two. I have been in the service industry for ten years and you never tell a group of people walking in, to basically hurry up, no matter if you close in ten mins or one min. Being from out of town this left a bad taste in my mouth. Very poor customer service. The other Starbucks in town will get the business of my family of five (who drink lots of coffee). Learn how to treat people. Good luck

It's a starbucks. Not as friendly as other locations. Everytime I've been here, my father in-law buys my coffee. Can't complain...

This is a great Starbucks! The best thing about it is the great staff. They are always very friendly and prompt. You can also just tell that they enjoy working together. I always get good vibes from this place.

4 stars only cuz it's a chain. We were on our way back to St. Louis from IKEA, and had to stop for an emergency caffeine break. When everyone else in Normal, IL - Bloomington,IL closes at 9, you can count on this overpriced last resort. 10.60 for 2 mochas.
