I take my son to Kiddie Kingdom all the time with. We always get the Groupons for them. The only issue I don't like is the pizza something with the sauce :( I wish they add some healthy items to the menu as well. But no worries I will continue to keep going :) Very Nice and Clean!!

This place is the best! I take my 8 and 3 year old daughters here and it's great for both their ages. Always clean, friendly staff, good food, and great games.
(5)E L.
The place is super clean compared to your Chuck E Cheese joints. The pizza is delicious and made with much better quality of ingredients than other arcade/pizza places. The place has several arcades and rides for toddlers and a good handful for older children. There prizes aren't the best but overall we always have a great time when we visit. It's family owned and you'll feel catered to as soon as you walk in.

Took my son here for the first time last night. Games are definitely geared towards younger kids which was a total bonus for us! No rowdy teenagers to worry about. I encountered 4 workers and every person was extremely nice and helpful. The games payout A LOT of tickets for what you pay which makes it so much more fun. Very clean. Food was fantastic. The kiddie menu is a lot larger than what they post on the website. I got a fried chicken dinner and it was really good. My son wasn't too fond of the mac and cheese but that's always a personal preference thing. Not my favorite but the pizza other people were eating looked and smelled delicious. Definitely going back for pizza and chicken. Our new favorite place!

We got there all the time. We have gone there several times on Living Social and Groupon. We get a $15 deal which included a large pizza and 100 tokens, soft drinks are an additional charge. It is a great time. A much cleaner and updated version of Chuck E. Cheese and a better pizza. The jalapeno poppers are some of the best I've had in my life. The staff is really friendly and have a good range of games for kids and adults. It is less crowded than Chuck E. Cheese too! Kudos to the owners and Thank you!

I just had my daughter's birthday party on 11/17 and I gotta say, wow was I impressed with the service! Nancy, the party planner there really did an AMAZING job with coordination, service and her wonderful personality. I haven't gotten service like I did from Nancy, in a long time. So professional! Thank You Nancy for making my daughter's birthday party, an amazing one! :) My family, friends and I will definately be back for more birthdays! Love, Julie T

Have come here twice. Once with a Groupon-type deal and once with an expired one. Neither times were crowded. Last was Tues at 5:30. Very clean, including restroom. Seems smaller than Chuck E Cheese but less noisy, more room to move, more light. Staff is friendly and nice. When the token dispenser shorted us 1 token, we were given 10 by the staffer. He gave the kids a little extra when cashing in their tickets for prizes. He brought extra plates and pitcher of water when our friends joined us and actually asked how we were doing while eating. I don't expect that level of service at this type of establishment. Have only brought my kids grudgingly to the competition when invited to parties because I always hate being there. At Kiddie Kingdom, there's enough for my 9 year old to enjoy. My 13 y.o. and I can have fun too, at Fruit Ninja or Terminator. Enthusiastic thumbs up!

Had my kid's 6th b-day party here today. It was a breeze to plan over the phone and my daughter and her friends had a great time. Our day-of-party helper guy was so so nice and helpful, and the staff in general was really friendly and patient with the kids (during that esp tortuous part at the end when they're picking out their prizes :) I read a couple reviews below that compare Kiddie Kingdom with Chuck E Cheese. In my opinion, there's no comparison. Kiddie Kingdom is clean, not crazy packed, and the food is pretty good. Maybe there aren't as many games as CEC, but for our 6yo's party, the selection was perfect. To anyone planning a kid's party and looking for an alternative to CEC, this is it!
(5)David C.
Been here a few times already usually with a groupon or coupon of that nature and I'll say that compared to Chuck E. Cheese in Village Crossing it's much better. It is much cleaner and less crowded and even though the pizza can be considered average at best the rest of the menu selections are crazy. You won't find a B.L.T or a veggie sandwich on the menu at Chuck E. Cheese. Obviously this is no Game Works but for what it is I find it very nice. Overall my son who is three loved it he had enough games that kept him entertained for the duration of a 100 tokens. Been back and will keep coming back.
(4)L O.
Ive bought the Groupon everytime they have offered it. But we have been here many times without it. Let me just say I HATE CHUCKEE CHEESE! Too crowded, type of crowd, crappy food and always dirty. As long as Kiddie Kingdom keeps being the opposite of all that i have listed i will continue to go there and will continue to pay the higher prices. The trade off is well worth it. I plan to be in there all Winter and have my daughter's next birthday there. I love family owned places and will always support them. Its common knowledge that they need to charge more to keep open with the larger companies. Stay here Kiddie Kingdom!!!
(4)Stephanie C.
This place is great. It is smaller than Chuck E Cheese, which makes it much easier to keep an eye on your children! The food is fresh and fantastic. It may cost a bit more than Chuck E Cheese but the trade off is well worth it. It is cleaner and the staff is friendlier and way more attentive. You can also get your prizes in a timely fashion. The last time I was at Chuck E, my kids couldn't redeem their tickets because we gave up after waiting in line for 25 minutes! You get what you pay for. I would take this place over Chuck E Cheese any day of the week.
(5)katie s.
This place is great a wonderful clean alternative to chuck e cheese. The food is good so you can go as a family for a dinner out. So much safer than chuck e cheese you can keep an eye on the kids and there is a video on the door so you can sit and still keep an eye on the door. The staff was great and it seems they actually like kids which is rare at most of these types of places. They were very nice and welcoming. Will definitely go again.
(5)Pamela C.
My 7 YO and 3 YO love this place. I like that it's not a chain, and has lots of natural light from the big front windows. There is plenty of room to move around and it is quieter than similar places. It's also clean and the staff is friendly.
(4)Jak K.
Much nicer than Chuck E Cheese. There is no comparison! It is clean, bright, and not crowded. The food is great, many fresh options on the menu. Plenty of seating where you are able to keep an eye on your kids. There is a huge party room. Plenty of room no matter what size group you have. Definitely a hidden gem!
(5)Effie D.
perfect for play dates, esp with a groupon. My daughter always has a good time here.
(5)Joy M.
Found this on groupon and decided to try it. I was pleasantly surprised by how much fun we had. Both my kids, who are 6 years apart, really enjoyed themselves. The staff is friendly. When we had problems with a game they promptly fixed it. I saw them cleaning the machines while we were there. I can't emphasize enough that for a kid place, this is really clean. There is a separate food area and you can not bring food or drinks into the game area. The food was good. We had a groupon which included pizza, but they have burgers, beef, pasta etc. We came on a Thursday evening and the place wasn't crowded. I think I wouldn't have enjoyed it as much on a crowded day. We will be back!
(4)Elaine M.
Decent place to hang out if you have little kids and need to kill an hour or so. Not much for big kids to do, but we enjoyed the air hockey and "fire ball" (skee ball). Typical prizes of candy and plastic trinkets for tickets. We didn't eat here, but the burgers looked pretty good. Didn't see the pizza, but there was evidence of lots of pizza eaten. Three star place, but an extra star for the nice guy behind the food counter who was willing to help hunt down a missing air hockey puck (it came out of the table after a smack on the bottom).
(4)Yesy D.
Came her with a living social coupon for my son's birthday. We had a pizza which was not spectacular but it was edible and my little guy seemed to like it. There were definitely way more pros than cons in our visit. Pros- it's not a well known kid's place so it was empty The workers were helpful and friendly. My only chance to leave a monetary tip was taken away by dealing with a cranky baby and I felt really bad for not tipping. :( The games are geared towards a younger group which is exactly what we were looking for. Several cars/cups, horses etc. for the kids to ride Cons- games required too many coins Games did not give that many tickets. The water pitchers they have for courtesy water is obviously left out for long periods of time because you can clearly see dust and floaters on the top. All in all the kids had a blast and the lady was nice enough to give us extra points so the kids could have an even amount. I will definitely come back and bring my kiddos again. Did I mention they have a nice selection of beer? :)
(4)John W.
Came in for the $15 groupon. In principle I think it was a pretty good deal for $15 but the place is a train wreck. I couldn't even imagine paying the $34 or whatever full price was for this. Pro's My kids seemed to have a relatively good time on the "limited" games. I say limited because I was really expecting more games. They had fun so that is worth the extra star. I was gonna rate this place a 1. Negatives 1. No sense of customer service whatsoever. Maybe it was because I was on a the Groupon and slumming it??. But I walked in and waited and waited and waited at the counter and finally had to ask how I order the pizza and get the coupon. No idea who was in charge. There was a grandma walking around the kitchen holding a baby. just overall trainwreck 2. Cleanliness / Order of dining room. Again Trainwreck. I was given a # to place on a table. There were tons of tables open but all a mess and not cleaned off. Had to track someone down and ask them to clean a table and put the # on it. 3. Taste of Pizza - Bla! Ranks low on my pizza scale. I'd rather have a take and bake from Jewel or Dominicks. Also didn't like the look of the organization in the kitchen. 4. General order of place - Chaos and it wasn't that busy for a Saturday night. Prediction - the business won't make it and will go bankrupt within a year if they don't improve on the basics. Pro Tip - If your gonna issue a Groupon like this you want to use it as a marketing tool to create loyalty and repeat customers. In this case I will not be back.
(2)Pat C.
This place rocks!! Its small but has enough games and small rides for kids. It will keep your children occupied. I have taken my kids here for a few parties and came back just for dinner and play some games. The food is great. They have a full Italian menu. The first time I was here I expected the same old crap pizza you get in a place like this. But to my surprise it was very good. I haven't tried anything else on the menu so I can't comment on that. Its a great place for the family on a weekend and the kids can have a great time. Its family run and I like that. The staff is really nice and friendly. I have never had an issue here or any type of complaints. If you're looking for a fun time for the kids and have some decent food, then this place is it.
(5)Mike V.
I can't rave enough about this place. I have two kids (4 and 2 years old) and take them here as a treat. The food here is excellent. We've had different kinds of pizzas and each time delicious. Chicken wing appetizers and fries were better than some chain wing places I've gone to. They have an array of food from pastas to ribs since they also serve as a carry out/delivery restaurant. What I really love about the place, is that kids can enjoy the games and rides here. Parents can feel safe because its not huge and the place is well kept. The staff is very accommodating and very attentive. It can get crowded when there a parties, but my kids and I have enjoyed those times as well. I've been passing the word on this place to everyone that mentions other "family entertainment and pizza" places.
(5)Emily W.
Love, love, love this place. Ordered pizza, wings, macaroni & cheese, and a salad, everything was GREAT. My girls who I will ever go to the evil Chuckee Cheese again.
(5)Annie V.
The kiddies love this place! This place is great for young kids. The games are better suited for the younger kids, and it isn't so crowded like Chuck E. Cheese. The pizza is decent and they have a large variety of diff. Things to order from on their menu (I've never tried anything else so I can't comment on it). The price isn't necessarily "good", but it's not wallet breaking. There's extra parking in the back if you find that the front lot is full. Overall, the place is clean and the staff is friendly. Oh! And they also have a large selection of prizes to choose from, the only thing is they require way too many tickets!
(3)Adrienne L.
I brought my children here with a Groupon- 100 tokens and a large pizza for $15.00- and while I appreciate the Groupon offer and the place seems to be clean and fun place to take your children to, I dont think we will be back anytime you soon. The games takes 4 tokens to play, so kids don't get to play many games unless you planning on spending money on more tokens for the kids to play longer, I wasn't going to. The pizza was okay, nothing special and the drinks are $2.00 each with free refills, which I think is too much.
(3)Matt G.
The pizza really isn't anything to rave about, but it's more than acceptable for a place like this. Chuckie Cheese can't hold a candle to this place. Clean, games are safe and working and the crowd isn't shady like some of these places. Good family-friendly place that isn't a total rip-off.
(4)Ennos P.
I had to lower it one star. Some games are broken and still take 3 tokens. I feel like the place might need a bit of an update if the price of the games continues to rise or stay the same.
(3)Adriana G.
we got a groupon for this place . my daughter & friend loved it ! at first i taught they wouldn't luke it because they both 12 years old and it seems that they only have games for smaller children but i was wrong they had a good time . we got a pepperoni pizza it was pretty good , i was impress by their food and beverage menu !!!! they have beer & wine ! appetizers, pasta , sandwiches like italian beef . i totally recommend this place!!!!
(5)Arrr B.
My kids and I really like this place. It's bright, clean and well run. And the food is actually pretty good (unlike any other arcade we've ever been too.) Basically it is like a Chuck E Cheese without the crowds, dirt and unpleasantness. There is a bunch of arcade games for the kids to win tickets on, and they cash those tickets in for toy prizes. The prizes aren't much to brag about, but my kids like them, and that what matters most. On the occasion that a machine will jam or malfunction, we just tell the desk and they come out and take care of it right away, no questions asked. My only suggestion would be for the place to get some new games in the rotation. We've been going there for a few years and the games have not changed much. Tip #1: We usually go with a Groupon or a coupon that came in the mail. There are also coupons on the company's web site. TIp #2: If the lot is full out front, there is parking in the back behind the building also.

I have nothing negative to say about this place! I have hosted 4 birthday parties here in the past two years and each time my kid felt like a VIP. It is very reasonably priced, they were flexible where they let me set up my party (I prefer the main room instead of the party room), both of my kids love to wear their tshirt on the occasional play dates here (they will give the kids a few free tokens if they wear their kiddie kingdom shirt they received at their birthday party), and even the prizes are pretty decent! And best of all, the PIZZA is AWESOME! Never over crowded or too obnoxiously loud. And as a parent, even I enjoy playing some of the games like Deal or No Deal and Wheel of Fortune. We always have a great time when we go.
(5)Carolyn C.
I have to say, I just love this place. It's cozy, clean and the staff is SO friendly and nice. The family bathroom has the nicest changing table in there, it's like being at a friends place, as opposed to some crumy business. And a huge BONUS is the food. The food is so so good. I love taking my son there. He is almost 2 and it's the perfect environment for him. Lots to do and not a bunch of obnoxious kids to worry about. We went last night with a Groupon. It was a great weeknight treat. I cannot wait to go again - Go you won't be disappointed.
(5)Sereena C.
Great place to bring the little ones to run around, burn some energy and play fun games. Made me want to be a kid again. Really clean place and the staff are friendly.
(4)Kristina K.
This place is so fun... beats Chuckie Cheese by far. The food is homemade and fresh! The games and arcade area is awesome for young kids! Definitely going back!
(4)Kimberly G.
I purchased a deal on Living Social for my daughter, granddaughter and myself. My granddaughter is only 15 months, so based on the reviews and pictures I thought this would be perfect. WOW! It exceeded my expectations! The staff was very nice, the rides were perfect, and she was very happy just walking around and taking it all in. The Carousel, tea cups, and cars were just her size. Even the skee ball was perfect for her to hand us the balls. If you read reviews on the pizza being the most delicious, it is true! High chairs are provided, and I saw at least 6 available. Everything was perfect. Clean, friendly, happy place to be. Even having Sesame Street on the television. I wish there was one closer to my home in Crystal Lake!
(5)Tara M.
Stunned that I've never reviewed this before because I think my kids would prefer to live at Kiddie Kingdom than home! The prices cannot be beat for a kids game and ticket joint. The owners are fantastic and give the best customer service, at all times. The games are more profitable for the kids (they win more tickets) and the prizes are of a better quality than that horrible giant mouse place that our kids can go to all over the country. And, aside from the issue of value, the food is SO MUCH BETTER at Kiddie Kingdom than any of the other places like it in the area. We all love the pizza and I love the choices of salads, sandwiches and apps. All in all the experience is by far one of the better ones you'll have if you want to take your kids to a place where they can play games and win tickets and get cheesy prizes. We love Kiddie Kingdom and plan to spend many other nights there for our kids' entertainment! Highly recommend it!
(5)S I.
My 5 year old loved the place. They have a lot of games that a 3-7 year old would go crazy for. Some of my kids faves were small air hockey table, small bball game, mini golf machine, and skeeball. I thought the pizza was better than chuck e cheese but i was missing the salad buffet. One thing that irked me was we ate half our pizza and wanted to play some games so we covered it up with 2 plates. When we returned they tossed our pizza. Kind of made me upset as all our stuff was on the seats and the table. But w/e stuff happens. 100 tokens won't go too far as the machines take 2-4 tokens. I would go back seeing as how it isnt as chaotic as CEC and is much cleaner.
(4)Christine T.
We had cousins in from out of town - 10 kids overall, between the ages of 2-12, and everyone had a great time! The service was excellent and the food was very good! And the adults loved the chance to sit and have a beer together while the kids played. We'll definitely be back!
(5)Lise W.
My dad and I went there for nostalgia purposes today. (I'm 19 and my dad used to take me to Chuck E Cheese a lot as a kid) This place was great! It was tons cleaner and quieter than CEC, and the food was wonderful! There's actually a restaurant inside of the building; they do take out and delivery and everything! The games they have are really fun, too! I'm definitely coming back, I have 300 tickets left from today that I couldn't decide what I wanted to do with, lol :)
(5)Dee W.
Kiddie Kingdom is a decent alternative to Chuck E. Cheese. The guy working there was super friendly and nice. We were able to use a Groupon but also ordered their chopped salad which was pretty tasty and also pasta, as well. Overall, food is pretty decent with alcohol served, as well. The location is in a strip mall and very unassuming. Overall, the kids liked the games - geared more towards a 3-7 year old. My 2 year old enjoyed all of the car/carousel rides towards the front of the place and my 5 year old loved being able to earn tickets. Overall, a nice way to kill a couple hours for food and fun.
(4)Zachary R.
Just had my sons birthday at kiddie kingdom. Nancy, our party coordinator, was awesome. Another great experience. Keep up the great work!
(5)Norman I.
Been there twice with my 3 year old son and he loves this place. I mention Kiddie Kingdom and he goes nuts! The people that work there are super friendly, the owner is as well. Plenty of games that shoot out plenty of tickets to satisfy any child!
(5)Natalie S.
I had no idea this place even existed until I saw it on Groupon. I went ahead and grabbed one ($15 for a pizza and 100 tokens) and brought the kids in (11yrs and 1.5yrs). We had a surprisingly fun time! It was cleaner than your average Chuck E. Cheese and had plenty for the kids to do. I definitely didn't play a buncha games of Skee-ball (who can resist Skee-ball?!). The staff were super friendly. The bathrooms were super clean. The pizza was actually really good. They have an actual menu with real food too. I also noticed they serve BOOZE. A place you can grab a glass of wine and set the kids free to play? SCORE. We'll be back!
(4)Erica B.
This is a great alternative to chuckee cheese! its locally owned, and the owner is very nice. Its never too crowded, and its not too big, so its perfect to keep your eye on kids. The games are usually all working - and there is usually a groupon so for $20 my son is occupied for a while, and pizza is included. the pizza is actually pretty good as well. its made fresh there, not a frozen/cardboard pizza. good stuff. We have spent countless friday nights here with a few other parents with kids - and always enjoy ourselves.
(5)Jennifer E.
Clean, fun and the food is excellent!!!! no more Chuckie Cheese's !!!
(5)Juli D.
Wow! Pleasantly surprised. I heard a few nice things about this place from some co workers, but I took them as comparison to the local Chuck E Cheese. I bought the Groupon and gave it a shot anyway. 3 kids ages 3-6 had plenty to do. VERY clean, but we did go on an early Sunday afternoon. Plenty of seating. Pizza was pretty good. There was birthday party going on in the adjoining room, but the place wasn't overrun by kids. I really liked that it is bright inside with lots of natural light coming thru the store front window. Also, there is no gross tunnel contraption play structure (the kind where you can't see your kid-- or get them down from!)
(5)Young K.
My husband and kids went there and we were very satisfied. The food was decent and the service was fine. There was actually a professional magician at the redemption counter who was really good! Like "Las Vegas" good! He was nice and my kids enjoyed watching his magic tricks. No other place for kids' parties had a magician and that made our experience different and quite enjoyable. We can't wait to go there again. The number of tickets you get for your money is well worth it, and the money you spend is pretty fair. Don't let the smaller size of the establishment fool you, its smallness is actually an asset because you can comfortably see your children playing while you eat.
(5)Ericka C.
I hosted one of my daughters birthday parties there last year and liked that it was not as crowded as Chuck e cheese usually is so it was easier to keep an eye on my kids. However, the games take more than 1 token (unlike chucke e cheese) so you end up using more tokens and there aren't as many options as far as games go. Even so I would have given this place a higher rating and went back but after today will not. My daughter wanted to go there for her actual birthday ( a wednesday) and we were going to take her for dinner , games, and to end the day by singing to her with a small cake with just mom, dad and siblings but was told that we cannot bring in a cake to celebrate her birthday unless we booked a party with them. I found that to be outrageous. There are 4 kids and 2 adults....for this I should book a party? I was not asking to use the party room or tables. We are going to be ordering food and beverages from them , along with tokens and they do not sell cakes ( chuck e cheese sells small cakes and lets you bring in your own cakes) and we would bring our own plates so what is the problem? Very sad coming from a children's facility.
(1)Nicole K.
This place is a GREAT alternate to Chuck E Cheese (I cannot stand that place.) It's super clean, very roomy and easy to see your kids, and has amazing food. I know, an arcade that serves delicious meals? It's true! We come here often and always find a coupon somewhere with great deals. Groupons float around a lot too so keep an eye out. We've had my sons' birthday party here and it was really wonderful. So professional and well done. And, the best party...the redemption counter actually has pretty decent toys, not junk like most places. Check it out!

To the owners of Kiddie Kingdom I would like to thank you for an amazing birthday party that we recently had at your venue on September 21st 2014 . My daughter's 5th birthday party was truly magnificent! Nancy created a vision for me beyond my expectations. Nancy went above and beyond and is a true professional. I would rate everything from the food; to the customer service; to the decorations; to the entertainment a solid 10 without hesitation. When I walked in the private party room all I could say was "Wow". As the party progressed and parents walked in to the room I was greeted with with compliments from the beginning to the end of the party. Our guests stated "this was the best birthday party they have ever attended." If this letter is posted online I would like to tell all the parents out there who are looking for a wonderful venue to look no further than kiddie Kingdom. This is one stop shopping you have your food prepared in house, decorations and entertainment taken care of and most importantly the kids have fun playing with all the games. This is an excellent venue for busy parents. I plan on returning with my family and look forward to booking next year's event with kiddie kingdom. Thank you again for making my daughter's birthday a memorable event. We remain your loyal customers. Sincerely, Bebe B.

I have 3 children ages 9,8and 3we used to always go to chuck e cheese and passing by we decided to go in and try it. My kids never mentioned chuck e cheese again. The food is great especially the pizza! I had the kids birthday party here with a magician and the kids had the greatest time. Was a little expensive but well worth it. The staff is wonderful! Games take more than one token but the kids get much more tickets which gets them so excited. Awesome place!!
(5)S. A.
This place was okay. It is a half an hour from our house and unless the kids ask to go back, I don't think it will be happening. I bought the Groupon for $18 (weekend) for the pizza and 100 tokens and also used a coupon for $32 for an additional 200 tokens. This way I could split them all between my three little ones 8,6, 3. We arrived and "cashed" in the groupon. The girl was going to put in the order for the pizza right then... I asked her to delay it for a half hour. (back to that in a minute...) This place is very small. However, it was pretty clean. The selection of games was ok to me, nothing over the top. They have these "big" kid basketball games that I did not see one kid play one time while we were there, (for over three hours.) These were more so for a place that is geared more towards adults, like Dave N Busters, IMHO. It was a waste of wall space on what should be geared for more younger kids. We went the day my youngest turned 3. There were two games for her that she liked, other than that, it was a loss. She pretty much just went on the motion rides, (bug, carousel, tea cup, etc.) After playing for about an hour, I realized that our number never got called for the pizza, so I went to the counter to check on it. It was never even put in. Apparently, the girl told them not to, even though I just asked to have it delayed. The pizza was fine, nothing spectacular. That's all we ate that day. I do like that they have a self serve drink area that you can refill. The selection of beverages was good as well. Biggest con: Either I am out of the loop, or I just expect too much for my money... I felt that the ticket payout was very poor. I only found one game that accepted one token. All the rest took 2-4. (Yes, I used a coupon that equated each token to $.16 each, but that is the benefit of using the coupon... it should not be factored to lower the price of each game play.) Deal or no deal was 4, as well as the Connect 4. My girls were intrigued by a game in back that gave them a plastic egg... inside was the cheapest trinket toy I have ever seen. It could at least given them a bouncy ball or something. (That was 4 tokens as well :( I was also disappointed with the candy that was offered at the prize counter... it was all hard sugary crap. It wouldn't hurt to offer maybe some Hershey's kisses or anything else that younger children can eat. Ending on a decent note: the prize counter was okay for the size of this place. My littlest one is obsessed with bouncy balls, so she was more than thrilled to cash in her tickets for nothing but them. I also want to praise them for letting you pay for the remainder of a prize at the value of $.01 per ticket. I have seen some other places at a much higher ratio.

At first I thought it was nicer than Chuck E Cheese, but after multiple visits, I'm not so sure anymore. Ok. It is clean there. It's not crowded. Their pizza is actually ok. The drinks are expensive though, over 8 bucks for 3 cups?? That's a bit much. Especially when I walk away for a few minutes to hang out with the kids and they immediately try to throw everything away!! NOT cool. Don't do that. As for the games, not all of them are 1 token like Chuck E Cheese. Some of them are 4, which is ridiculous when you only earn 10 tickets from it. They have a game in the back where you get eggs that are filled with a "surprise" that costs 3 tokens. Don't let your kids waste their tokens on that. The "surprise" inside is not even worth a penny. I'm serious. On some of the games we hit the "jackpot" numerous times, but did not receive the specified jackpot prize. I'm not sure if it's rigged this way, or if the games are just faulty. Yes, I did notify a staff member, which are hard to find by the way. We were compensated for one of the games only. Do your selves a favor if you go here, eat/drink beforehand. Go online to their website to print yourself a coupon for tokens to save you some money. Keep your kids away from that stupid egg game. And do not expect the tokens to last long or expect to win a lot of tickets here.

This place is fantastic!! I have been there about 5 times now either for a kids party or just to let the kids work out some of that energy. Yesterday we had my daughters 5th birthday party here and it was great! The younger man who was out host was amazing! So friendly and accommodating. I just adored him!!! Tons of space in the party room (we had 30 kids and about 15 adults). They were generous in giving us extra tickets for the prizes!!! So cool. All of the kids had a blast! The place is so much nicer and cleaner than Chucke Cheese. The pizza is good. They have booze and tons of seating so you can just kick back and relax with a drink in hand while the kiddos have the time of their lives!

Wanted to find a Chuck E alternative so we gave it a try. Not! Place is about a 1/3 in square footage and games require 2 to 4 tokens. Bottomline - my kid can get a photo sketch / spy card and play Deal or no deal for 25 cents a pop at Chucky's but we need to spend $1.00 here? Kinda highway robbery wouldn't you say?

We stumbled on this place looking for something to do. It was great! We all had a good time and the food was surprisingly tasty. I would go back often if I lived in the area.

Absolutely love this place! Seriously, I have NOT been to Chuck E. Cheese since they opened. My kids only ask to come here! This place is not that big (which I like), I feel like I can freely let my child run around without worrying I can't see them. The place is clean, the bathrooms are clean, the food is actually good! Best of all though, the STAFF!! These people are so kind and polite! On a few ocassions we were the last party in the restaurant and I never felt rushed. They have a full menu with salads, pastas, pizza and more. The environment is very relaxed and friendly. You know how you get that CRAZY, OUT OF CONTROL feeling when you step into Chuck E. Cheese? Well, you never get it here, totally organized and relaxed for both parents and kids. Recently, we attended a dinner with Santa here and we just LOVED it. It was an event you had to sign up for in advance and I didn't know what to expect. When we arrived I was impressed with the food choices, with Santa and with their desserts! YUM! My kid's really enjoyed the experience overall. I'm not sure, but I think it might be a family owned business. There's a gentleman who is usually always there at the register who is just fantastic, and a younger gentlemen who is always so friendly and polite. At the Santa event, I DID notice a couple of younger boys who I had not seen before working the prize counter. I must say, they were not as polite as the other 2. Maybe these are non family new employees? I'm not sure, but nonetheless I am never stepping foot in Chuck E. Cheese! We totally love it here!!

Before going to KK I would take my daughter to Chuck E Cheese. Never again! KK is cleaner, better games, staff is friendlier and has fresher food with better menu. Just an all around better environment for my family! They even have games for adults too!!
