The older gentleman at the cash register made my day. What a great attitude and personality. He made my normal boring day unique with a smile. He was so polite and enthusiastic. Definitely seems like he had a coffee for the day!

This location was recently freshened up with new tables and chairs, more room to hang out. When the weather's warm they have a couple of small tables & chairs outdoors. They also keep a dog water bowl conveniently filled (unless it's freezing!). This is important as my dog walks me here to indulge in the very berry coffee cake. There's a pole outside the door that serves as a convenient dog leash tie-up. My only complaint is that they don't carry the local Naperville newspaper.

Great location in the downtown Naperville area. I stationed myself here a few times in the past month to do some homework. They have enough electrical outlets around, good selection of merchandise, a clean bathroom with all the foot traffic and are super friendly. Avoid the nightmare parking lot if you can and just park across the street in the free garage. Nice comfy couches exist if you can get your buns on one.

This location is more lively than average, has poor parking (plenty of parking is available across the street in the garage, however). They have a cozy couch area with a gas-fired fireplace. Lighting is more subdued than average. College crowed nearby from North Central College.

I really like this Starbucks. The atmosphere is laid back and there is plenty of space to sit and talk with friends or get work done (it's not cramped at all). The staff is very friendly and will hold a conversation with you. My absolute favorite barista is Paul... oh my goodness what a great guy! As for the drinks, I haven't had a bad one yet and they always get it right!

The spacious room is this location's best asset -- plenty of room to work and play. The downtown Naperville location can be a blessing and a curse depending on availability of nearby parking on any given day, but the parking deck across the street certainly helps, and it's nice to work in such a vibrant setting. Alas, Wi-Fi is not reliable or else I would have given this location four stars.

My friend and I asked for light ice in both of our drinks but ended up with a regular amount of ice. We want to pay for coffee/tea, not ice. The cashier lady was nice so we forgave her :)

I've been to this location a few times. This Starbucks is convenient if you're walking. It's located in a small strip mall at the corner of Washington and Chicago Ave. This is a larger Starbucks with plenty of seating. Negatives- always crowded & the employees are not very friendly. Starbucks is always a great products but if you're in the downtown Naperville area and crave Starbucks...I would try the location on Jefferson.

What a spacious little Stabby's they've got hidden in here. Super speedy service, attractive and well spoken staff with no attitudes, and a good frothy chai tea latte with soy. The interior is quite spacious with lots of seating. In fact, I think there were 2 semi large groups there on my last visit. The lighting is dimmed so it's about as romantic a Starbucks as I've ever seen. I think I even had a moment with the girl who handed me my drink from over the counter... I hope she felt the same way. xoxoxo. I'm thinkin' 'bout chu, gurl.

THE coffee house of downtown Naperville. Staff is quick and on top of things. Nice selection of pastries and retail section. Can get a little busy on the corner, a little bit of seating is usually available either at the window or if a table opens up. Great pet watching outside. Parking can be tricky on the street.

This location is teeny tiny and always packed. It's kind of a pain to stick around here for very long because the parking lot is always crazy busy with the other businesses in the plaza that are constantly hopping, and there is little indoor and outdoor seating. (However, there is also a parking structure across the street that usually has more options.) What I usually like to do when I'm in the area is just pick up a beverage here and then walk around the downtown Naperville area with it, rather than hole up in here to do work or converse with friends like I tend to do at other Starbucks locations.

I live somewhat around the corner from this Starbucks so it's my "go to" location when I need to get a quick coffee. Parking is convenient (as long as you're not there on a weekend) and they are QUICK... Ed is the "older gentleman" mentioned in other reviews and is probably the nicest person I've ever met. He's also amazing with names as not only am I addressed personally, he has yelled out to me while we've been running around town, etc. (and no, I don't go *that* much)! ;) This is the Starbucks location that I instantly judge others against. Great place.

This place can get busy... Downtown Naperville can get that way! But the staff here pulls it off and I haven't had a bad drink of coffee here yet. Cheers.

We specifically go to this location when we are going to five guys or chipolte in the same parking lot. I appreciate it largely over the always over crowded location on jefferson. The staff is always friendly and it is largely open and none of the table are directly on top of each other.

This Starbucks is seriously fast. Even when I'm the only person in the place, they don't dilly-dally. The make drinks. Fast.

I love Starbucks coffee especially during the holidays when they have the peppermint mocha! Delicious! And the environment is friendly and quiet, too. I also love their desserts. The prices are a bit high, which is why I only gave it four stars.

A pretty average Starbucks. The feeling of the store is a little stale, could use some softer textures as it feels a little cold. Good store for studying, plenty of open seating at most times. Weekends can get a bit packed. Good location though, when you're done chillin' you're in downtown Naperville with plenty of options for dining or a night cap.
