Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Super disappointed in the steak quality at this chipotle. I have attached a picture below to help yelpers see. Steak tasted like a gummy bear with a steak appearance. It was so chewy it reminded me of eating a marshmallow. Aside from that it looked undercooked. I told the cashier about my concerns and she said and I quote " I will tell the kitchen to cook it longer" so basically she knows that they are not cooking that steak for long enough. Felt sick the next day. Terrible service and quality. Cannot recommend this based on my experience.

My go to place when I am lazy to cook. Tasty, healthy food. The food is 100% organic. Don't forget to add Guacamole, they charge around $1.5 extra for it, but worth it.

Had a very nice experience at this Chipotle today. The one downtown Naperville is closer but the parking is a pain so tried out the new one today in the old TGIF location. Everything was as expected - no huge lines, no skimping on the meat, loaded up with hot sauce...and plenty of parking. Nice addition to the food options in the area.

can't go wrong, even if you're like me and get the same thing every single time without remorse. lunch time can be a bugger, but most the time it's fresh because they are always busy.

This place just opened and they seem to be doing pretty well because when i stopped in today around dinner time, they had already ran out of white rice! They're so new that I can still smell the paint drying and the staff is a little slow but I was very satisfied with my order. It might turn into a regular haunt, since it's so close to my work.

When it comes to Chipotle, I'm here for fast service and food to fill me up and this is the place for me to go! Big fan of the veggie burrito bowl where you can get guac for free. I do wish they kept their items more frequently stocked... I feel like whenever I go they are just running out of sauté veggies, or steak, or lettuce, or something... just my luck to get the scraps :( I hate scraps. To me it's actually comical how much you can tell that the people working there do not want to be there at all. Between how they throw your meal together or lack of smiling, it's hilarious. Out of all of the times I've been there, only a handful of times was someone there taking my order with a smile on their face. The Chipotle on my college campus was always terribly busy with lines out the door but the workers there had a huge smile on their face... maybe because they were petrified of losing their jobs and then losing their booze money.

Worst steak EVER! It is extremely chewy an gristly. It was terrible a year ago and is still awful today. Food is supposed to break down when you chew it, this steak does not. Wouldn't feed it to my dog! The chicken is good, but there's no way the little scooping spoon they use gives out the 4 ounce portion size. This is why people get frustrated and give up trying to eat "healthier". I can eat like a king at any fast food joint for $10, but when I go to the "healthy" place, they feed me tiny portions of inedible cow cartilage and call it "steak".

Management must be teaching all their employees to use tiny sissy scoops of everything. I've noticed all the employees being stingy.

Stopped in here today during the dinner rush for some quick Chipotle to go. The line was long, which only seemed to be amplified by how (obviously) new most of the people working there seemed to be. The stress levels were palpable, as the line waited for chicken and fajita vegetables while the dude manning the grill tried his best so speed the laws of thermodynamics. This Chipotle is stupidly convenient for me to go to, so I'm sure they'll be seeing lots of me. I'll re-review this place once the employees get a little more comfortable with pumping out the perfect Chipotle burrito. I can't bust their chops too hard, not yet, anyway.

I've been here a few times and every time is the same. I always have to ask for more everything!! And they always give that nasty stank eye followed by "oh extra". I simply say no and I just want more. I don't want extra I want normal, adequate amounts of meat, hot sauce, lettuce, etc. you get my point. Never returning to this location!

I've been to only this Chipotle location several times, mainly in the evening. I have never eaten inside the restaurant, because there's too much loud music and way too many hard surfaces. I find this a major downside. However, the restaurant is clean, attractive and bright. I have found the service to be fast, friendly and reliable, although my tendency is to watch the preparers closely. Everything looks fresh. My consistent bottom line for Chipotle is that everything is fresh. However, the net effect, when all those food components are all glopped together in that bowl is that the sum is MUCH less than the parts. That's why I might only allow it into my diet once every month or two. I don't think that they should charge extra for guacamole. Suck it up, Chipotle! I know people that eat their Chipotle favorites several times a week and mainly out of convenience. I couldn't do that, but it's probably a step above the other fast food options. I could take or leave Chipotle, but for others, it must be heaven.

Compared to other Chipotles, they do "skimp" on ingredients...so the burrito is huge instead of massive. darn.

I came here a few days after they opened, and I was immediately impressed with how crisp and clean the place was! Not surprising since it's new. I did not have any issues with service or the meal afterwards. It tasted just like every other barbacoa burrito bol I have enjoyed from other Chipotles! Can't wait until the Tom and Eddie's opens next door so this mini plaza can be more complete.

Unfortunately this Chipotle isn't as good as the one on Diehl. The workers are mostly new so they understuff and still somehow rip the burrito. It still has the great Chipotle taste and the employees are still very kind and helpful however they just aren't as good at wrapping burritos. I still come every now and then, I just don't think it meets the standards that Chipotle has.

This one is a bit small inside, but heck its Chipotle. I have never had a bat experience at any Chipotle and this one is no exception.
