This JJ is near my work so we order often from them. They are always prompt and courteous. When I ordered for a luncheon and there was a mistake, they were apologetic and quickly sent someone with item. I would recommend them!

Located in the Mount Prospect Plaza strip mall, facing the LA Fitness. Nothing out of the ordinary of this JJ's. The staff was nice and friendly. Apparently there are different breads you can get -- you don't have to get the standard submarine bread -- you can also get the whole wheat bread slices. Hmm, I didn't know that. I ended up getting the Turkey Tom without the mayo. Decent sandwich, although the wholewheat bread slices were thick. It kind of reminds me of the thickness of french toast, or texas toast. So yeah, if you're not into thick bread, you might want to stick with the regular sub sandwich bread.

when i found out there was a new(ish) jimmy john's even closer to my work, i freaked! i called at 11:15 and asked for delivery at noon. i imagine the delivery guy sitting in his car following the second hand on his watch and counting down. "delivery in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, and... noon." on the dot. freaky! #12 beach club devoured by 12:15. there's something about jimmy john's bread that makes it SO much better than subway. none of those dry, crusty corners for me, thanks. put avocado and sprouts on anything & i'm a fan. freakin' good.

I used this location for a large, $200+ catering order for my son's birthday. I got a call that morning from the sandwich maker asking whether we wanted the mayo on the side or on the sandwiches. I said on the side, but when the sandwiches were delivered to the party site, there were absolutely no condiments with them and we were missing several bags of chips. I never saw the delivery person, and so I didn't have a chance to talk to them then. I called as soon as I realized the problem, about 20 minutes before the kids were going to eat. I figured being just two miles away and "freaky fast," getting the condiments and chips before lunchtime would be no problem. 20 minutes later I called again, and was told the driver was on the way. They finally came about 30 minutes later, nearly 50 minutes after my first call about the missing items. Needless to say, the kids ate dry sandwiches that day. Freaky fast? Not so much. And not so much on the customer service either. I definitely do not recommend getting catering from this location.

Jimmy John's puts out a consistent product at every location. The staff was friendly. My sandwich came out quickly and as usual it tasted great. This is a good value.

I absolutey love this jimmy johns! Every time I come here its the same team, always friendly, smiling, and "fast". Another thing I love about this location, they are always cleaning,and it shows!! This place is spotless!! This is by far my favorite location, and if I didn't work around the corner, I would have no problem making the drive just for the clean consistent service! Thank you lunch time team! You guys are great!!

Been here about 4-5 times, always prompt and consistent service. Good beef sandwiches - I like the "plain" option on the menu. Staff is good here too. Other than that, not much more to say - it's a sandwich place; some places are better, others are worse.

I've ordered many times previously from this place, usually the same sandwich and ingredients, this time the delivery guy was 45 minutes late and gave me a sandwich with two ingredients that I didn't ask for when I ordered online through their app. I called in and was passed to the manager who proceeded to tell me they've always included that in the sandwich and added only the ingredients I asked for. Oh really? so you're adding ingredients that people didn't request for that was not on that receipt? And you then tell me that I should call and let you know what I don't want in my sandwich? The online ordering is pretty self explanatory and you want to tell me that you guys don't deal with the online app? Keep lying... Never order from here, bad management, didn't bother taking my sandwich back, instead just kept saying that the sandwich always comes with cucumbers and tomatoes, whether I ticked it off in my options online or not. F U.

25 min delivery for me great turkey sandwich-- not so great tuna I'd be willing to try something else on their menu. Nonetheless better than Potbellys
