I really was not all that impressed with Ruby Tuesdays this go around. I had not eaten in a Ruby Tuesday in a few years and now I know why. From the prices being way to hight to not croutons on the salad bard this visit was borderline disaster. We visited this Ruby Tuesday because I had a gift card and a coupon and figured hey I could take the family out to eat at a reasonable price. My gift card was for 30 and someone had given me 20 dollars. I though surely this would feed my family of 5 with a coupon. We asked out waiter about the coupon as we had by one entree get one at 50 percent off. He told us that we had to order and actual entree and that a burger would not count and I was fine with that. We place our orders my wife ordered the sirloin and coconut shrimp I ordered the crab cake, my daughter ordered a burger, and we ordered two kids meals for our tow little ones. My wife's shrimp had a bitter ater taste to them however the steak was good it was just pretty small. My crab cake was mediocre but it was not worth no 14.99. Anyway we finished our meals and when the ticket came out I was kind of surprised it was $59. When we looked they gave us the burger at half price after we were told it was not considered and entree, but apparently it is when you are using a coupon. Not to mention we paid 2.99 each for cherry cokes. I am sorry this is insane. This is the last time I will go to Ruby Tuesdays. Food was not that great, no croutons on the salad bar, and prices were way to high. Save your money applebees is cheaper and better.

Stopped here for dinner on our way home to Bloomington, which is the third time we've been in the past two years. It'll be the last, unfortunately. My husband had the gumbo and I sampled it...nothing to write home about; in fact, I've had better at Red Lobster, and that's saying a lot. Our daughter had queso w/chips, which came to the table cold, and she said, "I like Moe's better, Momma." And the tastiest part of our son's bacon cheeseburger were the apples and grapes as his sides, especially after having to wait over seven minutes for them to bring the ketchup--they'd forgotten--to him in the fancy sh'mancy condiment container. I had the Southwestern eggrolls, which were OK, plus a salad bar. They do have a pretty decent salad bar, but I can get everything they had on it (and more) at Chuck E. Cheese + my kids can play games AND have pizza (which they like), and the husband can have a beer! Oh, and I abhor C.E.C. Our server was pleasant and attentive, so no issues there. We were also greeted and seated quickly, and they were very nice as we left. So, I'm simply basing my decision not to eat there again solely on the food, which would only get 1-2 stars - the 3-star rating encompasses the polite staff.

My husband and I got food poisoning from a burger here. We even paid extra for the "premium beef." It didn't taste good and then we were sick for days. The manager reassured me that the meat was fresh - but that doesn't mean it was kept at the right temperature and staff preparing it washed their hands.

This was the smallest salad bar I had ever seen at a Ruby Tuesday. It was ok, but we used to visit other locations throughout the state specifically for the salad bar...not this one. Service was good, and restaurant was clean. Drinks....whoa! Even our waiter made a joke that they are "Vegas prices". A tall double Bacardi and Coke was $14! The location is good since it is close to the group of hotels, but they are definitely losing the locals with those drink prices and small salad bar.

A chain, but this site is consistently on. Good food, good service. Salad bar always fresh, clean, and plentiful.

I live in Morton and come here on occasion. This time, I came with my girlfriend for lunch. We were sat promptly but it was a good 5 or so minutes before our waiter came by. We ordered queso and chips as an appetizer and this was the lowlight of our visit. The queso has absolutely no flavor at all and our chips were stale, probably out of a bag. Not fresh at all. For our entrees we got the bacon cheeseburger, which my girlfriend found very delicious. It was cooked thoroughly and had tons of flavor. I got the asiago peppercorn sirloin and it was done very well. It was very tender and the seasoning was superb. We also got the salad bar which is a nice touch even if the options are a little limited. The croutons are, at least for me, the shining star of the salad bar and are absolutely delicious. Overall, I'll come back but the inconsistency makes it a crapshoot for the quality.

The thing about Ruby Tuesdays is that it constantly tries to stay relevant with a new menu. The most recent trip provided us with a surprisingly good burger and fries. The fries were different than their usual ones and were almost like McDonald's fries. The usual disappoinment I have is with the salad bar. They are too dry. They need to have more dressing on them and they would be more flavorful. Service is pretty good.

The food isn't bad really... The service is. Right now we've been here for 40 minutes, waiting for our entrees. I'd probably just go to Peoria and eat if I were you.

Now that I know I can have their yummy BBQ Chicken Breast Dinner for less than 10 Weight Watchers points, I'm a FAN! But skip the mashed potatoes, and get asparagus instead-

The main entrees are ok. However, one of the main reasons we go to Tuesday's is for the salad bar, and on each of our last 4 visits, the lettuce has been brown and/or wilting, and the toppings have been setting out for hours upon hours and many of the toppings are usually gone. There are many other options on the same block as Tuesday's, I'd recommend one of them (especially Pizza Ranch).

We come here from time to time. The best thing about this Ruby Tuesdays is how fast they get you seated even when busy. Our last visit is why they do not get 5 stars. We ordered and when the food came my steak was very dry and about 1/2in thick. The flavor was ok. I ordered mashed potatoes and onion rings. The onion rings were very grease and had zero flavor. The mashed potatoes were very good! My husband ordered steak as well and he said it was really good. However he ordered steamed broccoli and it came out not cooked. The broccoli was hard. Our waitress was good and did a great job. All in all this experience won't stop us from going back. The food is usually great and I LOVE the salad bar!

Our seating was in the middle of the walkway and had to keep moving our chair to accommodate traffic. The seat I was sitting on seemed to have a previous spill as when I sad down liquid dripped down the back of my leg. I used napkins to clean it but ended up switching chairs. The food was good and filling. Our server was very nice and helpful.
