I'm really torn about this review. On the one hand, I would give their customer service a zero but on the other hand, the ham is really good and deserves 4-5 stars! I must share the story of my recent visit a few weeks ago. I walked in with my husband and sister to order 5 sandwiches to take to my parents' house for a quick meal. We walked in on a Saturday at about 5:40pm, 20 minutes before they were to close which is plenty of time to make 5 sandwiches. Upon hearing that we were going to order 5 sandwiches the lady at the deli counter sighs and says, "Oh, I need to go soon, I can't stay late" and started mumbling something about needing to take everything back out again. Then another lady comes from the back and asks what we need and says, "We can't make any sandwiches, we already put everything away" and said it in a tone that made her sound like she was giving attitude to us which I didn't appreciate. We turned around and walked out in shock without saying a word. You put all your stuff away 20 minutes before closing? Anyone that works at a place like this that has to work with customers, needs to expect that there will be days that they may need to stay a few minutes later to help their customers. We come in for sandwiches once every couple of months and I hardly see anyone in there so it amazes me that they would turn away a paying customer like that. All I wanted was a sandwich... so disappointed!

Do not expect great customer service here. These people are so busy that they do not have time to explain to you which ham is better. how they differ and what are your options. They just point at the sales posters and want you to decide in 5 seconds. The food is really really good and it is worth the hassle but it is also expensive. They overcharged me on cranberry sauce even though the sticker said one price they rang it up for double. I would like more personalized service. A little more attention to what I am looking for, what kind of holiday dinner I am making not just leave me hanging and wondering did I come to the right place.

A bit pricey, in my opinion, but really tasty ham! Honeybaked Ham was the second meat entree for my Thanksgiving meal and my guests really enjoyed it. I like the shop too. Despite the fairly long line, they processed orders quickly and I was in and out of the store in about ten minutes. Nice selection of side dishes, and there's a table of free samples of their offerings as well. I'd go back for another ham. Look for coupons on their website. Order online and pick it up at your convenience.

The HoneyBaked Ham Co. offers many cooked meats and sides for carry out. However, this location has two, small plastic tables and chairs, available to eat in. They offer tasty deli sandwiches on fresh breads. They're delicious. You can purchase your sandwich as a combo meal with a side dish and a can of soda. It's a shame they don't offer more and better seating for lunch. Most of the time I'm waited on by the same woman who is friendly and makes a great sandwich. Parking is adequate as this store is located in a large strip shopping center. If you're in the area and have a taste for a delicious HoneyBaked Ham sandwich, stop in and carry out or hope you can get a seat at one of their two tables.

Picked up a ham and turkey breast for a neighbor who is dealing with issues. The staff was kind and. Very understanding to out situation. The ladies working made us feel better and positive about the bad situation we were dealing with. Every holiday and each time we desire ham or turkey we will be back. Why bake a ham when you have HoneyBaked? Oh how I love these hams. Flavorful meat, delicious crusted exterior, addictive fat where it counts, and spiral cut for easy serving. Maybe not the cheapest ham you'll find but totally worth it for your one or two holiday dinners a year that demands it. You can't go wrong with the leftovers either, sandwiches in particular. Bonus points for reserving hams free online for later pickup.

How have only four people reviewed this place? GREAT honey ham. GREAT customer service! Always many people working behind the counter for quick service. Came here w my ma thurs night for our Easter ham. There were probably 4 people working behind the counter to grab the turkeys and hams and 3 people at registers. My ma and I have been coming to this location for our Easter/Thanksgiving/Christmas hams. WARNING: despite their impeccable customer service, do NOT make the mistake of coming to get your hams the Saturday before Easter Sunday, the line literally wraps around and outside all the way to the dollar store entrance.

Their food is very good, but their web-site is a nightmare. Time to update, Honeybaked. Would have ordered three items for a dinner tomorrow, but quit after being disconnected several times.
