I would give this 5 stars if they wouldn't have forgotten my chips twice on delivery and they are not freaky fast it has took almost a half hr to get my sandwich. I will of course still go there bc I like their sandwichs.

Slowest jimmy johns delivery ever!!! We live less than 5 miles away and it takes them 40mins to deliver. Ridiculous! Last time they made the sandwich wrong and this time they forgot the chips! It's always something!

I love jimmy johns but this location has some improvement that needs done. Of the last 5 times I've ordered something was wrong. 1 time my pop was flat. 1 time a driver got stuck but I had to call to ask where my food was, they should've called me. 1 time I got someone else's order. I live a couple blocks away from here but always 40mins to deliver. That's not freaky fast. However, every time I called to inform of my wrong order they gave us a comp sandwich. They have always been nice and friendly. I've gone thru drive and not once did they mess up order. I'll still go to this location. I just think they need improvement. Oh, on delivery orders they need to verify information, this location doesn't do that. It would help with making sure all info is correct.

I don't like JJ but this one has a drive thru which I find to be pretty convenient when I do stop here for a quick bite. One time I did order for delivery and they messed up the order, but were freaky fast to fix the mistake, bring us a new sandwich, and even let us keep the first (incorrect) sandwich..although we really didn't want it. Overall, everyone I've encountered from this store is pretty cool and accomodating.

I got the vegetarian and it was the most pathetic sub I've ever seen... Barely any veggies- ONLY TWO TOMATOES! Basically I paid 6 bucks for bread. :(

Over the summer we were painting a house down the street so we frequented this locatation every day for two weeks almost and it was good each time. The drive-thru is key and the sandwiches were always filling and great tasting.

We love Jimmy John's sandwiches, but this location is our favorite! Everyone who works there is so friendly and kind to me. They always put my sandwiches in a bag for me, unlike the Jimmy John's in Oswego who I think are rude. Keep up the good work!

Any Jimmy Johns makes decent sandwiches for a fast food joint. This particular one though has a few issues with following directions. I order a couple times from this Jimmy Johns and got pretty decent service. Drivers were fast sandwiches were good. A couple times though when I ordered online I wanted the sandwich cut in half to share with a 5 year old and needed mayo and mustard packets on the side for my part of the sandwich. Well they never cut the sandwich and put mayo on the whole sandwich after I requested not to. So I figured I would try again at another time. Well basically the same thing minus the mayo on the sandwich but this time no mayo or mustard packets. Sorry Jimmy Johns I wish I could give you a better rating but this is happening too often. I think "quality over quantity" show play a role somewhere in this equation. Freaky fast, not always freaky good.
