I wish that I could zero stars. There is nothing redeeming about this nasty shiathole. The dinning room is littered with empty trays and random bits of trash because all of the garbage cans are full and spilling onto the floor. The floor itself is dirty and sticky. The windows are streaked and filthy. And this is all before you even order. I should have left at that point, but I went ahead and ordered a Whopper(w/t no mayo) and a diet Coke. Not the most complicated order in the world, but somehow this took the turds in the back, 15 minutes to make. 15. Minutes. For a Whopper without mayo and a diet coke. The store was not even that busy. And the real kicker is that this was not a "flame broiled" whopper. The patty was taken out of a steam tray, the burger was assemble, and the entire mess was heated in a microwave(with the veggies on it, making them soggy, lukewarm and gross). Because I was now running behind, I grabbed my burger and left to eat it on the road. As I started to pull out of the parking lot, I took one bite of it and spit it out. Not only was it in-edible, but it was slathered with mayo. Warm mayo which had been in the microwave. Some other things that I saw while I was there were bathrooms that had not been cleaned in some time; a tray of half eaten food next to the register that the clerk made no effort to clean up; one of the morons in back dropped an entire shake on the floor and didn't even try to clean it up; and people in the drive through were practically rioting because the slow services(horn honking, people getting out their cars to yell the staff and each other). This is my version of hell.

Horrible service! Went here with a friend and went inside to have a quick sit down burger and chat. It took 40 minutes for our order to come! I'm NOT exaggerating on the time! 40 minutes! The manager apologized and gave us 1 free desert pie. Why would you just give us 1 free pie, both of us had to wait the 40 minutes! So we flipped a coin and I got the pie. After 30 minutes we asked for our money back, but the manager refused and said she could not do such a thing! The food was warm, but not hot. Food was below average especially waiting 40 minutes. Decided a month later to go through the drive thru, and they messed up my order. I specifically asked for onion rings, but got COLD french fries instead. The burger was dry and bun looked like someone sat on it. Horrible. There is a reason when you drive by this BK during lunch or dinner, it looks abandoned. Very few cars, when other fast food places right next doors are super busy. I guess the locals in town know to stay away from this BK. My recommendation is to stay as far away from this BK as possible. It's just not worth it, especially because there are many other food choices within 1 block that serve decent fast food. I'd give zero stars if possible.

I used to work at this Burger King. I put my two weeks in and instead I was terminated becuz I couldn't come in to work after the two weeks I said I couldn't work anymore. The manager at my time working at this burger king was selfish and wrong. She didn't have a place to live so she washed her clothes in the sink where they wash dishes, she also dried her clothes in the oven used to cook breakfast food. She also served food that was out sitting on the side for awhile and just reheated it. I told human resources about what I learned and saw going on in this place...guess they didn't take my word on it. So hopefully you guys will take my word.

This place is a chronic mess. I work nearby and have stopped trying to have lunch there because of how long it takes. LONG. I went there tonite for the 2-for-1 chicken sandwich deal they had on their giant street sign (and only ONE car in the parking lot--what could go wrong?) I got to the counter and they told me the deal was expired YESTERDAY. I pointed to the 30 foot sign at the curb and they said they haven't had time to take it down yet. So that's my last trip to that BK. It doesn't matter what time I've been there-it's always a bad experience.

Just did a review on the mcdonalds down the street and here i am at the worst burger king known to man. Service is the worst.. Drive thru they make you pull up even though there is no one behind you and still wait 7 mins (timed) for a simple double cheeseburger and a medium coke. The one credit I will give them is they always have the order right when I get it. Monee is having a tough time with the fast food chains, but soon a new taco bell and Kfc will be opening soon. My favorite thing to do when I come home from work is to see if this burger king shuts all their lights off before 930. Slugs don't even want to work! Good luck if you go there....

Very disappointing. Drive thru around 7pm. Place had no customers so assumed fast service. The order was taken correctly but each food item had a specific way to prepare... and they Failed. Do Not eat here please. Give me your money and you will get more satisfaction from me laughing at you. Good luck
