    Popeyes sells it self right?? It's just the staff that is the issue. Its not always but most of the time they are rude and pushy. I will say EVERY time we have to wait for spicey chicken, which im okay with because then its fresh anyways. But they always try and push mild (I'll assume thats corp. telling them to do so). But I dont like that sometimes they give an additude about having to make us wait, so when they say park, I always go in and that seems to make them happier since they don't have to bring it out. Its fast food so I try and not get to upset about service... But sometimes I have had them give me extra bisquets or things for the wait which is nice.

    I absolutely hate this place. If you want horrible service, come here! First off, the idea of eating chicken that's been sitting out, but being warmed, is disgusting. The place smells disgusting. Their biscuits are awesome, but the type of service this specific location has is DISGUSTING and ruins anything good about a fried chicken place. As reviewers before me have said, the management is not even bearable. They need some serious help and some serious change, like that under cover boss show. Employees have been fired for behavior and rehired. That is horrible. I've been through this drive thru once, and it was the worst experience. My cousin's debit card was thrown into her face because I was outside of the car. The employee threatened to throw my cousin's debit card in her face if I didn't get back in. Mind you, I was on my way back into the car when the employee threw it. I say employee because when I went inside to apologize ("for hurting the employee's feelings") and demanded the employee to apologize to my cousin, the employee was not wearing a name tag. So I do not know how to refer to this person. The other employees were instigating on the issue and the manager was not saying anything. Will never go back.

    Customer service and speed need some improvement. While my order was correctly placed the speed was not all that fast. Customer service was great this time around and didn't experience any attitude or lack of importance to fill my order.

    Shitty attitude. Nickel and dime for everything. I spent 28$ and then I get hassled for everything. Hassled for sauce, hassled for asking for honey. Why do you have it if I'm going to be hassled about it. Manager and entire staff have an attitude from hell. Good luck folks, because if you treat people badly, you're never going to come out ahead.

    Although they were busy at 7:30 in the evening I am not sure why. The customer service was slow at the drive thru and they had my order wrong when I got to the window but corrected it there. When we got home to eat we found out that the order was still wrong, we ordered all spicy and they had given us a mixed batch. I will not be going back to that store at all. Stan

    Louisiana Fast? More like Louisiana Ass. These guys BARELY avoided a complete downgrade from me (5* to 1*), but the 2.5 star average seems to be right on the money. Popeye's gets my continued business because--among other things--they carry sweet tea, mac'n'cheese, mashed potatoes with cajun gravy, and a bevy of tasty and unique dipping sauces. The habenero ranch and 'sweet heat' sauces are Popeye's exclusives and are ideal for fans of dipping sauces with a little kick to them, quite honestly some of the better ones out there. Unfortunately, they've managed to mess up 3 out of my last 5 drive-thru orders, and on a recent dine-in visit, it took an unnaturally long time for my order to come out. I felt daring, so I tried the 'pull'n chicken' which came out looking a lot like a fried human hand. Although there was a pseudo-chicken body, the tenders sticking out of it were gimmicky and unnatural. On top of that, I waited no less than 15 minutes for what I thought was fast food......yikes. To make matters worse, the cashier girl had great difficulty in processing a straightforward order, so her manager took over. A short while later, some other customers came forward and said that their orders were rung up wrong, so evidently I wasn't the only one noticing problems. It was a surprisingly disorganized clusterf*ck for a pretty simple operation. Fun and quirky sauces can't save you now, Popeye. Yar har har.

    Fast,hot, and drive thru is 99.9% right on with my order pretty fast too. I've never sat down to eat here I usually do the drive thru thing but I found myself walking in just to see how clean it was, it was very clean but carry out orders are a little slow compared to the drive thru. Prices are reasonable and I usually get coupons in the mail and use them as a offset $$$ and that works for me.

    I will start out by admitting that I have never had Popeyes chicken before today. However I have to say that my experience has been fantastic not only was the food delicious fresh hot and fast but I had none of the problems listed in previous entries. I don't know if there has been a change in management or if I just happened to hit this restaurant at the perfect time but everything was ideal and the food was delicious. Since I work in this area and drive-by this place frequently I will most definitely be returning in the near future!

    I am very easy to please. I forgive when my order is wrong, (as it almost always is at this location) I don't get upset when the unprofessional drive thru window girl sounds like my order is interrupting her "me" time... and I don't mind that I have to constantly ask them to make my chicken fresh because if I don't-- I will get dry, old rubbery chicken that tastes like it was cooked last week. But when it all happens on the same day on the same visit... enough is enough. Today (12-30-12) everything was wrong. The Order, The old, rubbery chicken and to add a new one to the list my sides were terrible. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were just brought out of the refrigerator from yesterday. It looked lumpy and old. The Coleslaw had a terrible aftertaste and the drive through girl was as uninterested, unmotivated and unprofessional as they come. I don't understand what is wrong with the management at this place but the service is terrible. The food is terrible and the fact that I'm dumb enough to constantly forgive them for what they do wrong and give them my business is even more terrible. Popeye's Chicken is my favorite Chicken spot and it's annoying that I'm going to have to go out of my way to another location to get decent edible food. I hope the management of this location reads this and figures out a way to hire or train employees who are competent. Cooks who make sure the chicken is fresh and crunchy and have fresh sides available at all times. Your PAYING customers deserve it. I don't normally write reviews but I had let it out because money these days is tight and when you feel like you wasted it... well you got to vent.

    You'll always have to pull around and wait for your food, you usually won't get your dipping sauce, you'll never get honey for your biscuit and god forbid you place multiple order. Be sure to check every single bag to be sure all the orders are correct. It's frustrating blowing 30min of your lunch time then having to eat everything quickly only to find out you have half of your food and nothing to dip it in. If you have time to drive past it...do so

    2 stars bc the food is good but the service at this location needs some serious help. I recently went and ordered as usual, when I got to the window I was told my total was $18.26. Then, the come back and tell me they don't have any corn, so I told to take it off. They gave me my credit charge slip and the total was $18.26. I ask for the rcpt and the young punk kid not only seemed annoyed I asked but tried to make seem like I was an idiot for asking since my credit slip WAS my rcpt. I told him no its my confirmation of charge where the itemized rcpt u get to how what you've been charged. Needless to say this punk kid and ghetto girl next to him laughed and took thier time getting it. Manager at this place is obviously lacking professional employees.

    This place definitely looks a lot better after the remodeling. Very clean look and feel inside the place. And since I enjoy me some Popeye's every now and then, I'm happy they decided to clean it up. But still, the employees could be less douchey.
