Lived in Chicago for over a decade and managed to find two places that had decent New York Style pizza. While camping in Illini State park my daughter and I went out for pizza. Earlier in the day I asked the camp ranger where to get good pizza. He said if you like a chewier/thicker crust try Bobaluk's so we did. I had a pepperoni pizza and my daughter had a cheese. Not exactly New York style, but close enough. Both tasted good, crust, cheese and toppings were delicious. Happily surprised to find very good New York style(ish) pizza in Marsallies. Price was above average for pizza and the decor is nothing special.

Good food but so expensive. 1 gyro and 2 chili cheese dogs for $18.50. Really?! The prices have gone way up lately and amount of food got smaller. The lady who took my order even noted how expensive the food is now.

No ma'am!! Are you serious? Well truth be told I only had the beef but that was enough. It smelled horrible. I don't know what kind of gravy they use for the beef but they definitely need to do better. The stench was terrible and I did try some of the meat. It wasn't bad by itself but with the bread and au jus it just wasn't working. Threw it our. Step it up. I'd rather get food at the local Casey's.

Went for pizza......lots of cheese and a great crust. Delicious!! Wait time to order was slow due to many pick up orders. One female employee kept walking by us. Did not smile or say boo. The male employee who took order was extremely nice. Will try again soon!

Fair local cafe...pizza was good which the other two persons in our party had. I had the bacon-burger which was a good small town burger with large portions. My wife told me to send the fries back. They were awful. Service and wait time was fairly good.

Good luck finding a time on a Friday night when they are open past 7pm. The food is good and if they ever decide to start keeping their posted ours we might be back. But as we work on a Friday night till 7pm and that is our order out night there won't be any orders from us. I actually called one night on my way home and was told they would be there till 830pm. So I thought I'd stop and order. I got there at 8pm and they were closed up tight. You mean to tell me when I called at 730pm they didn't know they were already closing?

They are the only place in town besides Burger King and I would almost rather go to Burger King! Not once Have I ever had their Gyros Sandwich when the meat was cut nice and thin. Their beefs are tasteless and my 6 year old can dress a hot dog better then these people. I truly believe if anyone would open a similar restaurant in town that actually gave a crap about the food they serve and the people they hire Bobaluks would go out of business!!! The only positive thing I can say about them is that they serve beer!!
