I am not going to lie. I love wings. I love boneless wings, wings with bones and wings covered in delicious sauce. I could eat them every day. This obsession with wings is what drew me to this place about a month ago. I was a bit apprehensive about eating from here simply because I am quite devoted to a rather large-scale chain located ten minutes away. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant itself is very clean and well kept with a laid-back atmosphere. They have a number of large televisions and quite a bit of seating for what seemed like a small place from the outside. The people who work there are fantastic as well. Friendly, helpful and all traits similar. Each time I go there, I get the order to go and I get boneless wings with hot sauce. DELICIOUS. I know that there are many types of sauces and people have opinions on how hot is too hot and what not. This sauce was perfect and the wings were delicious. They also came with fries and a drink with a price tag that wasn't too shabby. The wings have always been cooked thoroughly and are always fresh and burning hot. The only semi-downside is that it is a small parking lot and the intersection the restaurant sits on is incredibly busy, making it somewhat difficult to get out of the lot. However, if you get in moods like me where you need delicious wings and will go crazy if you don't get them, a silly parking lot issue won't hold you back.

This place is just awesome. The wings are delicious. Yes it takes 10-15 minutes to get your wings but at least they are fresh. Michal our order taker was very kind and courteous. I definitely recommend this place.

Opened recently in a little strip mall on Harlem. It's directly across a Shell gas station. 4 big LCD screens that cover all corners at game time. Food is always made at order so it may take a bit to be ready. But when it comes, it's always hot and fresh and at times with an extra wing or two if you're lucky. Parking is limited at the strip mall but there's no other big draw to customers other than the wingstop.

Garbage. Within the last year and a half since this place opened, this Wing Stop when from top of its game to the bottom of the heap. In General, I like Wing Stop but this specific restaurant seems as it just doesn't care. Chicken is tiny, shriveled and dry compared to other restaurants in this chain. As for the service, it is a joke. Don't know if the employees are stupid, lazy, ignorant or just flat out rude. These guys behind the counter had about the same combined intelligence as a pimple on my ass. If you have a taste for Wing Stop, make the trip to another location. It is worth the effort.

Came here twice and both times I called to place my order ahead. I called about 25 minutes in advanced so that when I arrived there my food would be ready. In both occasions my order was not ready upon my arrival. I waited an extra 20 minutes for my order to be ready. Keep in mind I only ordered 10 boneless wings and fries. The manager did apologize for the inconvenience and was professional. He said that he would give me extra wings for the wait but I didn't want the extra food. I simply wanted my order to be ready so that I could be on my way. I'm probably not returning to this location for a while.

Wings were amazing!!!! Only downfall is the staff works so slow. We waited 25 minutes for our to go order. That is such a long wait and they should have told us it was going to be that long. The cashier wasn't friendly and was so boring and just cared to take the order.

I will not come back to this wingstop anymore. Some wings were not perfectly cook, they have too much oil, it seems that they just refry the wings, elmwood park wing stop is better

I really need to stop coming this place. I ordered 2-8 piece wings from this place since it was the closest wing restaurant at the time...this is the second time they have messed up my order. They don't do refunds, instead they offer a free meal which doesn't really help me if I don't want to come back to them. When we talked to the manager he kind of gave an attitude when we asked him what is he willing to do in order to fix this problem and his reply was "well I thought you said you didn't want to come back here." ....Really? Did he really just say that? You're suppose to try and keep business. I don't know if he was crabby because of the weather, but that is not how a customer service rep or manager should ever talk to their customers.

My husband and I have ordered from here for pick up and the service has been great! On Sunday 11/24 we went in to order instead of calling in our order. We ordered and I after ten minutes the workers notice they never started cooking our food. The workers are a joke. Very unprofessional, it seemed like their was no adult supervision. They got our order wrong and they gave us 18 rolls. Really 18? I could not believe the service. I hope this place reviews who they have working and makes some changes.
