There is a neon sign in the front and a giant sticker at the drive-thru window which proclaim, "OPEN 24/7." Open 24/7, they are not. We came back for breakfast, and their saving grace was how (surprisingly) good our cappuccinos were; I really enjoyed mine. I have gotten a capp at Dunkin' before and don't remember it tasting half as good. Tip: The Egg and Cheese breakfast sandwich (the one for $1.29) is just a mini tortilla folded around one egg. It's bird food and will not fill up anyone over the age of four. Luckily, I was just looking for a snack, but I thought I was ordering something bagel-sized.

I ordered a medium double-double and the cashier asked me if that was a coffee. I should have asked if this is a coffee shop but hey, maybe Chicagoans don't order coffee that way? The hot coffee with what should have been a normal amount of two creams, two sugars, tasted like they put a whole bag of sugar in my coffee. My iced coffee was SO watered down. I asked for it to be remade twice before realizing its the actual coffee that is watering it down and not the add-ins. Terrible.

It says they close the inside at 10pm, got there at 935 and the doors where locked! We went through the drive thru and they didn't have soft serve ice cream or heath bar....I left and got my ice cream elsewhere

I live within walking distance from Dunkin donuts I am a regular latte drinker and was exicted to have this dunkin close to home until I started getting stomach aches. This location does not make lattes correctly they taste like milk and you are guaranteed a stomach ache. Either the milk is bad, whip cream is sour or the latte machine is not cleaned out. My husband and I have to drive to another location just for our lattes because we end up with diahrrea everytime we come here. I wish they would have the staff trained on how to properly make a latte and also use fresh dairy products or clean the latte machine. This is the only location that it happens at and it NEVER fails that I end up sick to my stomach.

Just returned from what was supposed to be a quick trip for ice cream from this location. Now I promise that I will not be returning. First, it's Saturday night and the lobby is closed. That's fine, it's your business and you can make the hours whatever you want. So we decided to go through the drive thru. I asked for a brownie sundae. The guy working the drive thru asked what toppings we wanted. My passenger couldn't hear what he said so I repeated the question. While I was doing that the guy working asked us again. I told him "One second, we're figuring it out." My passenger said she's never been asked that and since we can't see the toppings and they aren't listed on the drive thru menu we have no idea what the options are. I asked if we could just get the toppings that usually come on a Sunday. At this point the guy working starts yelling at me as he's listing off the different ingredients. And it's not an exaggeration because his voice is echoing in the empty corridor at this point. I just drove off. That's just not smart. The location is connected to another business that has soft serve cones for 99 cents, a fraction of the price charged here. A block down the street is a McDonald's that makes McFlurries that are similar to the 31 below. In the other direction is a Starbucks and a little further down is another Dunkin Donuts. My point is, you're not in a position to treat your customers like crap. I will be taking my business else where, and I encourage others to do the same. Pass this place up. There's a better one a couple miles down Ogden, you'll be glad you went there instead.
