This place is a joke! my family has been ordering pizza here for 27yrs order a pizza a couple months back they sent me the wrong pizza tried to call them they were closed called them back the next day they told me I would get breadsticks with my next order. Today I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza it came with no buffalo sauce on it called them back lady was very rude! And said she would send someone out with buffalo sauce if I wanted to make my own pizza I would have never called. In a nut shell you lost my business and everyone I know in the area. Unreal!

If I could give negative stars I would have. I purchased the 2 medium 2 topping pizzas from this location with my toppings on both being beef and pineapple. Got it delivered and ate it with my kids and wife. Next day we all had food poisoning . This was the only meal we all had eaten together that was the same. So I called and asked for the manager on duty who admitted that the beef was expired. Oh how I was annoyed. She also told me that the owner of that location has done that before and she doesn't like doing that, and that the only reason she told me was because my kids were affected. I even reached out to the owner who downplayed it like it was nothing. Really lucky I chose to not take him to court or kick his ass. PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION !!! I was a customer for over 20 years and lost respect for them that day, to knowingly serve your customers expired food is just unacceptable!!!

This Dominos is pretty good, they aren't real popular in the Chicagoland, but they are efficient and they get here more quickly than others. I enjoy their pizza, more now because they added garlic to the crust, now only if they would add a garlic dipping sauce for the crust...

It's Domino's in Chicago this is just fast food not a real "pizza place" decent but some of the frozen pizzas at the grocery store are just as good.

I decided to try out Domino's app to order and track our pizza, and it went very well. We ordered two large pizzas, a soda and the Parmesan bites, and I'd say it came as fast as Jimmy John's delivery would. As soon as I noticed my app said the pizza was out for delivery, I looked out on the front porch and the delivery guy was right there! Overall, successful experience and I'll be ordering from there again.

My house is 8 minutes away from the store. The delivery driver took over half an hour to make my delivery at a time when there was absolutely no traffic on the streets. There is literally no excuse for this. Oh, and their pizza tastes terrible too.

Not only did they mess up my payment, they also made my pizza completely wrong. I wanted bacon, and instead got jalapenos. Well, thanks for a pizza I'm basically throwing away

No customer service and bad attitude! I recieved my wings and they were very small and hardly had any meat on the, they were also burned! I called to let the manager know so they can do something about it because I always order wings from dominos and I know exactly how they look, but this time they were horrible. When i spoke with "Peter" he was rude, told me that sometimes they come small and they have no control over that! Umm hello, I've worked at restaurants, we all know that if for any reason the size is too small we make the portions buigger! Anyways, that is still not my problem. When he "tried" to make it better he wasn't even professional about it and instead of trying to satisfy the customer he actually made me even more frustrated! He asked me if I would like a credit for next time or to redeliver new ones. So obviously since they were super small and hardly had anything to eat on them and on top of that we're burned, plus I obviously I was really hungry that's why I ordered take out to begin with I asked for them to deliver me new ones today so I can eat them now. He didn't really like that, he said then you need to send the other ones back, I told him that it would mean I wait another 30 minutes for the new order to come and I'm hungry right now so I would rather eat the small burned ones while I wait then do what he is saying. He kept on repeating that I should send them back which just frustrated me even more! What am I going to gain ? Not eat for another 30 minutes while you fix my order without even an apology or a credit or anything, so I pretty much would have just waited for an order of wings to eat for a total of an hour+!?? So when he finally said ok he was very rude about it and just hung up without saying sorry or bye or anything! Just ok, click! Now the worst part! I actually got good wings this time!! So how come they weren't like this to begin with?? Obviously you had bigger ones available, and obviously you guys knew how to bake them this time. So what was the problem!!??? Do we always have to complain for you to do your job right!???? So frustrating!!!
