Instead of having to drive to subway My wife decided to give this Jimmy John's a try. After 30 min of waiting for her sandwich to be delivered she decided to call. She was hung up on twice and put on hold the 3rd time for over 5 min. When the delivery driver showed up (35 min later) he even asked if there was a problem since he seen the frustration in my wife's face. She explained the issue and stated "sorry". Never again will we order from any other Jimmy John's. What a horrible experience.

This location is currently closed for remodeling. Big disappointment for me since I go here weekly. The food is usually good. Over the past year the chain has been cutting corners to make more profit. Hopefully it will be back to the old style when it reopens. I do need my JJ fix though so I may have to go to another location tonight. One of the main complaints I have had is that this is a gourmet sandwich. So what makes it gourmet? Partly would be sprouts. They did away with them for awhile but now they are back. So that's good. Others would be fresh meat and lots of it. We have the fresh but not much of it anymore. Overall I love JJ's or I wouldn't be going there every week. People are usually friendly and service is usually fast. Occasionally the music is too loud but hey, its JJ's, Right?

This is the closest JJs to my house so of course I go here most often for a sandwich and a pickle. Always the pickle. Like most of the other Jimmy John's this location was freaky fast and got my order completely correct. I love that they have sprouts again, by the way. The staff here is friendly and courteous. The biggest downside is that they don't have the best hours. Like they closed the minute after I left at 9 pm on a Saturday night. So don't make the mistake of thinking you can get a sandwich till 10 pm because you will be sorely disappointed.

DEFEANING music. MESSY sandwhich - they seem to be racing to make your sandwich without any consideration to you as the consumer - only how fast they can make it. OLD AND YELLOWED lettuce. OLD turkey. MESSY surroundings and sanwich shop.

I love this place. Never a long wait and my sandwich VITO is always perfect. I've had almost all the subs and that huge chocolate chip cookie. It's one place where the pop is not water down before it gets in your cup. My online account also is convenient for me at work so I can put my order in and it's at the door before or at the scheduled time.

Nope. Never again. Even after the "new management", this place is definitely not living up to the JJ quality and/or service. We order the SAME thing EVERY time, our order never changes. So even if they can't reference past orders, they still can't get it right. We order by item number AND name, to avoid confusion, but still- they have yet to get it right. It's either the complete wrong order, they forgot something or the delivery takes 45 min-1 hour and by the time our sandwiches arrive they are soggy and gross- and wrong. And the thing that really irritates me the most, as I understand that not everyone is perfect and mistakes are made, is that the manager argues with us when we simply explain our experience. As a business owner, this really grinds my gears. Just suck it up, admit fault, and make it right, am I right? Seriously, the last thing I want to do is get into a debate about "no onions" or "we had 10 orders in front of you, so that's why your sandwich is soggy"- um maybe call us to let us know??? OR my favorite- "the number 11 is actually this sandwich so technically, you ordered incorrectly"...seriously? I will say that when they do mess up, after the 10-15 minute excuse from the manager, he does follow through with refund or a new order. But, the point is- what they heck happened to "freaky fast"? by the time the whole dialog is over, I'm so irritated that I've lost my appetite. And bottom line- I don't want to hear the excuses, I want to hear accountability and what they will do to make it right. Period. I think if they can own up to their mistakes, and take accountability, and NOT argue with their customers, they can keep regulars like myself (or could have kept) and gain more clients and rebuild their reputation at this location. These corporations need to properly train their staff so they can have the knowledge and education to make this franchise well rounded across all locations. I take umbrage on the corporate team who didn't give the managers and staff proper training they need to build the business. That being said, we won't be ordering from this location anymore. ***but, the delivery drivers are AWESOME. Always nice, friendly, talkative, and the drivers are the best part of this location in my experience*** I hope they're paid well, and if not- they should definitely move up to a company in which the moral is in sync with the caliber of the location that they're representing.

I've been to many Jimmy John's locations and am always satisfied with the sandwich I receive and friendly customer service. Today was exceptional, though for my first time I visited this particular Jimmy John's location. I must have spaced out when I ordered, but it all came together in the end. -- When I sat down to pull out my laptop for work, the employee who made my sandwich promptly brought it to me without me even knowing it was finished (FREAKY FAST indeed). -- I bit into my sandwich without even looking and it tasted a little salty. I looked and noticed their was ham on it, which I never order. I then realized I accidentally ordered the "Country Club" instead of the "Beach Club" sub. My fault. -- I approached the counter and asked for extra mustard. The employee asked if she didn't put enough on there and apologized. I explained it was my fault since I ordered the wrong sandwich and just wanted to douse it in condiments to make it better. -- The employee laughed and insisted she make the sandwich I originally wanted, free of charge. Awesome! She even checked on me halfway through to see if it tasted good. -- As I packed up to leave and rolled my garbage into a little ball, another employee was walking by and said with a smile, "I can throw that out for you." Great customer service. Made me a very happy person after a long day of work.
