Yummy goodness! It makes the whole mall smell great and does not disappoint...just don't stop in if you are counting calories ;) We made a stop after lunch as we were happily surprised to discover they now have cupcakes! Who knew?! They have a chocolate, vanilla, carrot cake, and of course, a cinnamon option. They are all beautifully designed and have their own individual containers with a holder to ensure they make it safely to their destination. My sister tried the cutely named "24 carrot" cake that had a cream cheese frosting piped on top with orange sprinkles. I tried the vanilla cupcake frosted to look like a flower. It was not quite the "vanilla bean" cupcake I was wishing for from Starbucks, it definitely was a delighful treat. Though we thought the best option was only to get one each, you have the option of buying a 4 pack, 1/2 dozen, or dozen cupcakes for whatever gathering you choose. I bet I will be back again, at least when there is a cinnabon nearby.

What's there to say about Cinnabon that hasn't been said by anyone ever? Cinnabon; home of the most delicious route to diabetes. Came here on Labor Day after a sleepless night due to a particularly bad fever. And you know what they say about colds and fevers; "Feed a cold, starve a fever--unless its Cinnabon then forget your fever and stuff your face with Cinnabon!". Ok, so that's not what anyone really says, but let's be honest, everyone is thinking that! Despite it being a busy day, the employees didn't look too phased or upset that they were working on a holiday, and with 7 people in front of me, the line moved relatively quickly. Each person was handled at a rate of about 45 seconds each. To put it into perspective, in the time I waited I picked what I wanted to order, changed it twice, decided I wanted to order what I originally wanted, asked myself If I wanted Sbarro's instead, refreshed my email twice, and then decided "No, I drove 15 miles for Cinnabon. I'm GETTING CINNABON". And bam, it was my turn in line. Spoiler alert. I got Cinnabon. Specifically I got the Caramel Pecan Cinnabon. I broke a $5 for this delicious warm oozy gooey goodness. A thick drizzle of caramel sauce, about 1.5 tbsp of chopped pecans and ample amounts of their signature cream cheese frosting. I didn't eat it right away though. I waited till I got home. Of course when I got home it wasn't as warm as when I first got it. But you have to realize, the RIGHT way to eat Cinnabon means that even though you've gone through 6 napkins, you're still sticky, you are now forced throw what you were wearing into the laundry, and you mysteriously found rogue frosting hours after you finished eating in an inexplicable place (behind your knees, armpit, hair, etc-- true story). So of course, I prefer to eat this at home. But its all good; there are instructions on the box that tell you how to rewarm this perfection. And it doesn't fail. In fact, I prefer reheating it. It allows the cream cheese frosting, the caramel drizzle and the nuts to further marinate, allowing your taste buds to sing upon tasting this oozy gooey deliciousness as you have your program your dentist's phone number on speed dial, because lord knows you're going to need him in about 2.5 seconds. TL;DR: You can't even go wrong with Cinnabon. Line isn't too terrible, moves quickly. Cinnabon is never a bad idea. Unless you have diabetes already. Then don't eat this. I'll eat it on your behalf instead.

I've been coming to this Cinnabon and wouldn't even be able to guess how many of these highly caloric and fattening buns of cinnamon goodness. Years ago there was a full caring staff of bakers and sales people. They baked most of the say, offered samples, and were customer focus. Every year something changes and it's not for the better. Now rolls are baked in mass by one person in the morning, staffing cut usually to one person except when the one baker is there. They offer fancy coffee drinks and fruity crushed ice drinks that all take forever to make and customers just wait and wait. Total failure. Most of the time the rolls are still good. There are a couple new roll products and they look good but nothing compares to an original Cinnabon. I still occasionally get a box of buns to go. Depending on the employee on duty they either give you the free extra frosting that comes with the box or start an argument stating no frosting comes with the box. Extra frosting has come with a box of rolls for 25 years and that is still the policy. But they try to milk you for an extra $.50 to get more frosting and increase their bill. Too bad there are too few Cinnabon's around any more. Things here have gone bad due to lack of staffing and having untrained employees and employees who simply don't care.

1 star. I love my Cinnabon so much that I stood in line for 7 minutes today to get one. But, when I got up to the front of the line, the girl just walked away! WTF? She walked to the back and grabbed the mop. So, I thought, "Okay, maybe something spilled." Well, she started mopping and then, started chatting it up with her co-workers! They lady standing in front of me just kinda looked at me like, "Humph, that's weird." I managed to make eye contact with another worker there, and tried my best to send her an ugly stare before I walked away. Luckily, Fanny May was there for me in my time of need. Boo on you, silly girl at Cinnabon. How rude!

I think only a 3rd grade education is required to work here. I was dying of thirst the other day and was looking at what they had to drink. I asked the man working what was in a fruitlatta chill and he looked at me like I was crazy. I asked him again and he just said ice. Then ice and syrup. ??? I don't think so. Also had very very limited English. Ended up getting a raspberry lemonade that had way too much whatever mixed in and it was hardly drinkable. Should have went to McDonalds and gotten a $1 Coke. What a waste
