The worst service ever. Approx wait time is 20 minutes and you won't even get the right coffee.

This is by far the slowest Starbucks I have ever gone to. It literally takes the 25 mind to get through two people in a drive through. I thought maybe it was just a one time fluke but nope everytime. Then when you pull up to get your coffee all the employees are sitting there chit chatting. When I'm on my way to work I need my coffee quick. I love Starbucks Coffee but now take my business to dunkin doughnuts because I do not have the time to wait 25 min for one coffee. It is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been too and will not go back.

As another reviewer has voiced - this is a Starbucks. You know what you're signing up for when you head to a chain coffee house. That being said - as a frequenter of Starbucks, I have to say this is one of the best I've been to. All of the employees have always been friendly and helpful. I suppose I would probably be chipper all the time if I had an unlimited supply of coffee at work too... However, they have always been speedy and efficient. Out of the hundreds of times I have visited this place there was only one time I had to wait slightly longer and the workers ended up giving me my coffee for free because of it. If you go after 8 pm for a late night coffee, you have about a 50/50 shot of getting a free baked good from the employees as well. Lastly, what really sets this location apart from many of the other Starbucks I've been to is that they have consistent quality of their coffee beverages. I always hated going to get a latte and then notice the taste completely differs from one day to the next usually due to using old coffee or too much or little syrups in the beverages. I always know what I'm getting at this location. Bottom line: is Starbucks perfect? Absolutely not. But this is one of the higher quality Starbucks there is.

Sigh. How I want to rant and rave about the horrible experiences I have at this location on a weekly basis and swear I'll never return. But it's the only Starbucks for miles and I'm an Americano addict. It's an abusive relationship fo' sho...and I'll keep coming back fo' mo'.

Drive through is way faster. The barista who made my coffee twice in December should be flogged for being so SLOW, The drive through barista was seriously 3x as fast if not faster. Pick another profession honey, you suck. Drive through folks are nothing short of awesome, so friendly, fun and sarcastic I LOVE it !!!! Management is solid here as well. One of the better Starbucks in the state.

If a zero was a choice this place has earned it. Without fail they get my order wrong better than 50% of the time. Venti black iced tea. No bells, no whistles. Tag is right on drink. Furthermore they don't care. In speaking with the manager last time I get why, the attitude comes from the top down.

I've never had a bad starbucks experience. For the most part everyone is pleasant. I visited this location 9-20-14, and my barista was Tatiana. She was awesome. I can always appreciate someone who works with customers to have a nice sense of humor, and just nice. I wanted to try something different other than my standard drink- (passion iced tea) I needed something super strong because I had to go home and do some boring house chores( cleaning out my walk in closet lol!) Tatiana recommend my drink and cracked a few jokes with me and I loved it. I was completely wired!! This location will now be my fav!

I go to this Starbucks location every day. No, I'm not exaggerating. I go EVERY. DAY. The service is really fast. I'm always in the drive through because I'm usually on my way to work, so I don't know how the service is in the cafe part. I do know they treat gold card members like royalty though. (I have a gold card). It's nice to be noticed for something you give your money to. Only downside to this location is no one knows how to make iced tea. I heard them ask their manager how to make it. Sad....

A standard Starbucks that has good access to 355. The staff are friendly and service timely. I've never had any issues with staff or the coffee. The only issue I have is that I would like to see more parking but even that is not terrible

The past 4 out of 5 times I've been to this location my iced coffee tastes disgusting. It smells like lunch meat and even tastes like it too. No joke. I'm not sure if they are brewing their coffee wrong or using bad dairy but it's disgusting. I have had multiple people who are coffee drinkers even try it and they all said it tastes rotten or like lunch meat. This is the only location I have this problem with and it's disappointing because it's the closest to my house.
