When I order 5 munchkins they usually give me 6, which is nice. However, everytime I try to order a coolatta they tell me the machine is being cleaned. Either they hate making them or they always clean them at 4:00. Why wouldn't you clean the machine at the beginning or end of the day? At least they have $.99 lattes.

Best Dunkin Donuts ever. I don't know what the other bad reviews are talking about, possibly when it was under different management because I go here 5-6 times a week for a year now and always have a positive experience. Best points: 1. Quick drive thru: partially because they're not as busy and also because they're very quick. 2. Customer service: everyone is always smiling and happy. Sometimes if you order something that takes a couple minutes (hash browns) they put extra in which makes it worth waiting for. Cons: 1. Hard to make a left out of parking lot I'll definitely continue to come back.

This is my "go to" Dunkin Donuts - before heading out via car on the weekends, if I'm craving a donut, or whatever... I don't visit this location on weekday mornings because I commute by train, and I walk to the train. The recently put in a drive-thru and I went that route today - a bit slow, but the woman ahead of me had a big order...I can't imagine of what, from Dunkin Donuts but they were bags, so it wasn't a big donut order. The woman at the window did apologize for the wait so all good there, so far. I never have a problem here - they are never out of anything...always have a variety of k-cups to purchase (I buy them there when I score a coupon). This is the closest DD to me, and most convenient so of course I will keep coming here.

I placed my order in the drive thru so my review does not mention the inside of Dunkin' Donuts. Hope it's clean inside! There was only a short line. I placed my order and everything was correct! Always a plus when you go in any drive thru! They were very fast and friendly. They had the order ready to go as I approached the window. This was my first time at this location but I would go back if I'm in the area. Caution- be carful when leaving the parking lot. I almost lost my car in the pothole at the entrance/exit of DD. I'm sure that will be fixed soon. Overall- great Dunkin' Donuts!

I miss the "Time to make the donuts" Baker. With all the controversy we have about the quality of our ingredients in the fast food industry, I wonder who, how and where these donuts and bagels come from. With that said, the quality and flavor of their donuts haven't changed. The chocolate frosted, glazed and Boston Creme still taste as good as the ones I had as a child. Is that a good thing or bad thing? Anyway, it's why I still eat one as a snack when I'm on the road and in between meals. Just one donut satisfies and curbs my hunger pangs.

I can't believe they finally put a drive in at this Dunkin! That would've been really helpful over the past couple years. On weekdays I have experienced this location to be a little bit slow, and the waiting area is not set up well for busy mornings. This most recent visit was later in the morning on a weekend and the service was quick, and waiting area open enough. My husband ordered two sausage egg cheese wake up wrap - the wraps are one of our go-to items on the menu. We split some hash browns, and I ordered the new flatbread sandwich with egg, bacon, cheese, and guacamole. It was a decent combination, but there was WAY too much guac on the sandwich. It was hard to bite into because the guac would ooze out of every surface. I ended up having to scrape a lot of it out. It was quite disappointing. Next time I'll probably just go back to the wake up wraps. I was happy they had Coke products though. For some reason I thought I remembered them only having Pepsi products before.

This is by far the worst Dunkin' location in the area. So bad, in fact, I felt compelled to even create their Yelp listing for them so I could warn other people in the area who, like me, might have found themselves thinking "Oh hey, Dunkin' sounds good" while on the way to the Post Office next door. The problem is, much like visiting the Post Office, I visit this Dunkin' so infrequently that it always seems like I have time to forget the horrors that lie within. A typical visit might involve a broken door handle, which actually happened yesterday. A haphazardly taped sign warned customers of the obviously broken handle, and once inside, I was greeted with the same strangely off-putting sour smell that permeates this Dunkin'. In the past when I've gotten donuts here they've been just on the cusp of "Wow, this is getting stale," which I've always mentally rationalized as maybe this is just an extremely low traffic Dunkin' so by the time I wander there in my pajamas at 3:00 in the afternoon they still haven't sold their morning batch of donuts? Maybe? Regardless, I've mostly given up pastries for copious amounts of coffee, which has coincided well with Dunkin's efforts over the last decade to rebrand themselves as a coffee outfit via the "America Runs on Dunkin'" campaign. It's true, some days I do run on Dunkin, and I've drank a ton of coffee served from one of the heads of this international corporate hydra. What I'm getting at, is I know what their coffee is supposed to taste like. The coffee served as this location always seems laughably weak, often to the point of just being served what appears to be hot water with the most delicate undertones of what could be coffee- detectable by only the most sensitive palates. So, just to sum things up, broken doors, weird smells, bad donuts, worse coffee, and a parking lot that's almost impossible to turn left out of. I'm sure there are worse Dunkins out there, but I sure haven't found them.

I love everything about this location except that it doesn't have a drive-thru (because of this, I usually use the DD location on Ogden in Naperville instead--this is my Plan B location in case there's too many lined up at Naperville). Great guys work here who are way efficient, fast, courteous, and get me on my merry way in the morning. Everything tastes great and is fresh and given to you in seconds. Love it!

This is far and away the worst Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins I have ever been in. For that matter, it might be the worst customer experience I have ever had. I'm so glad this business is listed on Yelp, because I'm going to take a great deal of delight in ripping this place apart. I went in to order an ice cream cake for my daughters birthday- she was turning 4. She was determined to have a Barbie birthday, topped off with a Barbie ice cream cake. I went in to order the cake, and the slimy little manager guy who couldn't speak a lick of English passed me off to a gal who was new working there. She said she had never done a cake order, so I had to sit there with her and help her fill out the order form. I mean, this isn't rocket science, is it? You choose the size, the ice cream flavors, and the design you want on it. I found their Barbie cake in the little book they had, and told her I wanted EXACTLY that. She wrote down everything, and I thought we were set to go. I gave her my name, phone #, and e-mail address to get in touch with me if anything was wrong or they had questions. She assured me it'd be ready for the party last Saturday. I came in with my daughter on Saturday morning to pick up the cake. The same scummy non-English speaking manager was there. The guy looks like he hasn't bathed or washed his clothes in a month. I asked for my cake, and he proceeded to get the only other gal in the shop to help me. She claimed she was the manager, and that they had not made my cake. I was kind of shocked, and I asked why it wasn't made- surely 12 days and all my contact information would have been sufficient, right? She claims that she's the manager, and only she knows how to take the cake orders. She pulled my order up and tells me that it was written incorrectly. I asked her why she didn't call me to tell me. She shrugged and said "because I didn't take the order" LOL~ really? I asked her to make the cake so we'd have it for the party. She said they didn't have time, and that I should pick a cake out of the freezer for my daughter. Well, my 4 year old was in tears by this time. No Barbie cake for her and her little gal pals at the party. These a-holes had about 6 ice cream cakes in the freezer, none of which were really suitable for a 4 year old girls birthday party. We ended up grabbing 2 cakes as they didn't even have one big enough for the # of kids we had at the party. I was livid, my daughter was upset, and the staff looked at me like I was a jerk for expecting to get what I ordered. Thanks so much for ruining my daughters 4th birthday, Dunkin/Baskin. I hope your business fails, and I mean that with 100% sincerity.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever experienced. I have tried visiting on three different days and times to give them a chance, and they have failed every time. The doughnuts are stale and the coffee is weak. The employees wear dirty uniforms that look like they haven't been washed in months. If they can't wash their uniforms regularly or properly pin their hair away from their faces and wear hair nets, then I highly doubt they are regularly washing their hands before handling the food. I drove by today and noticed that workers were setting up a drive-thru board. I imagine that the drive-thru window will be open soon. Expect a long wait for your stale doughnut and weak, watery coffee. You should keep driving on Ogden Avenue and find ANY OTHER Dunkin Donuts than this horrible place!

I just moved behind this store....America is usually working the register and after the my first visit she knew my name and order. When I walk in now she greets me instantly by name! They are so slow, I could have made my own coffee at home. Everyone must know this, because no one was in there at 8am. 2 girls in front of me and it took a solid 10 minutes to get my order. Polite, but SLOW. not the place to go for a working crowd. The parking lot is so bad that people park whereever and you can't back out.

This has to be one of the worst Dunkin Donuts in the US. My wife went to the restroom last September, hung her purse on the stall door and when she picked it up she found that the incompetent poorly-trained employees had decided to paint the stall and put up no wet paint signs. We are STILL trying to get the unhelpful, uncooperative manager to resolve the situation for us. Avoid this place if you can.
