Not 5* just because they wouldn't offer any veggies with the chicken strips. So i got the salat with chicken... Where the chicken was so amazingly moist, seasoned and just delish! Good fries as well! ;)

Meatheads blows the (sorta) nearby Five Guys out of the water. They do what they do well. Great burgers, sandwiches and fries. Being able to get a Wedge salad is a plus at a "burger place" The place is clean, the staff is well trained and attentive to the customer . This site is unusual for a Meatheads location as it is freestanding and not in a strip mall. They did a great job with the building and the decor.

We were very excited to see a place like this open close by. The decoration is nice, staff friendly. Fries delicious. Big problem is the buns fall right apart making the burgers and chicken sandwiches messy. New buns would be a huge bonus.

I went here last month with my husband for the first visit. Decor was pretty, place was clean, staff was nice enough. We liked our burgers. My husband liked the french fries and the drink machine ;) overall, it was good experience. Not as often but we will be back for another good burger and the fries.

Yum! I got a burger and it was really delicious. My Mom got crispy chicken, and let me try a bite. That is likely what I will get the next time I make it there. It was absolutely amazing! Crispy, juicy, and just perfect. Also delicious- the fries! Skin on fries! Perfect with a splash of malt vinegar! The staff was friendly and helpful. The manager checked on everyone and was really engaging, but not overbearing. The restaurant was very neat and clean. I think I'll be going back.

If you like giving your money away and not gettIng much in return, this is the place to go. Four not-so-large chicken tenders and a small diet Coke put me back $8 and some change. Sadly a combo is not an option so fries would have been another $2+. If I wasn't so hungry I would have turned around and walked out the door when I learned of their pricing though I will say the chicken was very tender and had a melt-in-your mouth quality to it.

I really enjoyed the food here. I ordered a 1/2 lb. burger with roasted red peppers, fresh jalapeños (they were actually hot), lettuce, tomato, and cheddar cheese. The burger was super juicy and I loved it. The fries were delicious as well. I appreciated how customizable everything was. I'd definitely recommend Meatheads.

Loved the rich taste of the texas ranch burger. Chili cheese fries werent half bad either

Good burger and nice variety of condiments, yet a bit overpriced. Comparable to Five Guys and I like the nod to the Lincolnwood attractions on the wall, in particular the late great Purple Hotel. I'll return soon.

I have only eaten here once before but I think that is enough for me to give an opinion on the place. I'll be in at several different burger joints before. Well this place beats five guys, I tend to enjoy that burger joint more. This is the same concept as both of the above chains mention. He basically select a burger and put on his many toppings as you would like from their list of a dozen. They offer fries at an additional cost as well as variety of fountain drinks. I really like the management here. The store manager was very friendly and he seemed to have the respect of his employees. We were checked done in the middle of our meal to see if we had any additional requirements, I forgot what it was that someone needed at our table but things were taken care of immediately. The manager also walked around the seating area making sure that everyone was enjoying your meal. Tables were cleaned and prepped for the next guests immediately after being vacated. While The business itself was operated smoothly there was a little bit more left to be desired with the food.

Awesome burgers great service . This place blows 5 guys out of the water. I've been there twice and both times where awesome. The only way it would be better is if I could get a beer with me burger. Kinda like red robin.

Tried this place few days ago for the first time and was not disappointed, place looks kool from inside and seating area is nice, the guy at counter was very helpfull explaning the menu since it was my first time there , food portion was good and the fries are tasty and alot. Will be going there regularly. Kids loved the place too.

So Meatheads has been in Lincolnwood for over a year now, it continues to be my favorite burger place in the area. I have been converted from a non burger lover with their "Californian". Love the wasabi sauce and the rest of the toppings, a perfect combo. My son who is a "just ketchup" type of guy likes the "Sunrise" with an egg! Try their combos. They know what they are doing. Also, it's great that they support the community!

Burgers Cajun Fries Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich (on massive toast) Coffee Shake (OMG) Salad with chicken tenders. All of the above I have tried on multiple occasions at this location. As chain food goes, Meatheads is one of my all time favorite burger places. I haven't had anything beyond the coffee shake because having tried it, I'm not sure I would be willing to switch, its just so darn good. Think quality coffee flavor with the right creaminess and texture without any of the heaviness on your stomach or palate. This does not mean its easy on the calories. But all the extra activity time needed to burn off the milkshake does not make each slurp any less enjoyable. MMMMmmmm. The cajun fries are not over spiced - they are done just right. You really don't even need ketchup or their signature ketchapeno or ketchipotle. Although those are very good as well. Burgers - juicy. fresh. topped with whatever you want. Its almost overwhelming. Had the bacon egg and cheese sandwich at the behest of my coworker who was going through a serious craving and needed a partner in lunch. I realize that a grilled cheese seems such a simple thing to make but this is simply mouthwatering. Everything a grilled cheese with extras should be. Crispy but fluffy bread, melted cheese, crispy bacon with a hint of chew and egg. The fact that we can order ahead for togo is one of the best options. Salad was a little on the sad side... though the chicken tenders were flavorful and real meat. Then again, maybe it was sad because I decided not to have a sandwich that day against my better judgement. They do wrap sandwiches in lettuce for GF peeps. Super friendly staff! Don't forget to bring your business card and drop it in the fishbowl :) Would choose this place over MBurger any day.

Good chow for the family. Your going to spend about $10 a head here by the time you get fries and a pop. It's cool that they had the local high school sports schedule posted on the wall with a win column.

#Meatheads is a newer casual dining burger chain which has recently invaded #Chicagoland. Like #FiveGuys and #Smashburger, #Meatheads offers a limied variety of menu items mostly focused on burgers, fries and hot dogs. Oh, and don't forget the shakes! The menu is easy to understand. I ordered a 1/2lb burger with Mushrooms and Swiss, with a side of #BBQ Sauce. Of the 3 chains, I'd say #Meatheads is my favorite! Something about the greasiness gets me. I've always been known to quote "The messier the better"! Everyone is going to have their own opinions; however, I'll continue being a #Meathead, until the next burger chain comes along and knocks them out of their place.

I went to Meatheads about a month ago and loved it. They had excellent chicken tenders and fries. A week later I went and had their Ruben. It was tasty as well. The staff was great too. They listened, loved what they did and were totally customer oriented. I will visit this place over and over! The environment is open and clean and new. It's a really hip place to go for fast food. I sat in there with a group of people recently for over an hour and talked. The noise level is a minimum for great conversation.

I've been to this place several times with my boyfriend and I've always enjoyed the food. I especially enjoy seeing how connected this place is to the local community. With the free items kids can get if they provide a receipt from a local pool or for reading at the library. That is COOL. The last time I was there I ordered the chicken sandwich and wasn't too impressed with how the sandwich was actually two chicken strips on a bun. My boyfriend called the location to inquire about that as we were both surprised that it was just chicken strips. Anyway, the manager that we spoke to was so friendly and offered to send us a free meal voucher for the frustration. Honestly, it was a mild frustration as I still enjoyed the meal but for her to go out of her way to do that was very sweet. She said she would mail us a voucher and I just received the envelope today. What surprised me was the sweet note she included and an extra voucher! Thank you, Jasmine for making my day. We will both be lifelong customers! :)

After giving it another go (Thank you, Tabatha!) we give a big thumbs up to Meatheads. I ordered the 1/3 lbs with the works (minus the mayo) and hubby got the 1/2 lb with the works. I also added the Honey mustard topping. As before, a very tasty burger. No complaints at all. The meat was cooked right, the toppings fresh and the bun held together great. Take two on the fries. Definitely not overcooked, soggy or limp this time. And while I still prefer more salt, the hubby liked them just the way they were. Added bonus? A vanilla milkshake! Pros: the bit of whipped cream that is added wasn't as heavy handed as some places tended to be with the ingredient. There was just enough so it didn't detract from the shake. A solid vanilla flavor and smooth texture. Again, while I lean towards a little thicker shake, it still worked for me. My 2+ year old kept stealing it for another sip. Added note. To try and replicate the experience as before, we did take out. Wouldn't mind eating in at a later time to see how hot the fries come out in house.

I been here twice and spent about $20 bucks each time I came and that $20 bucks did not go to waste. But the real winner was the double bacon cheese burger topped with a fried egg. WHICH IS A MUST. It burger is quite greasy so the bun slide all over the place. The service was pretty good. You go up and order your food and they bring your food out to your table. Overall, a good place to get a burger.

Exceptionally clean! Love that aspect off top. Customer service was exactly how I love it, when I asked what do u recommend- she replied with a genuine answer! Bench seating wasn't comfortable to me forced me to lol--- sit up straight. Ok so that's not a bad thing but I didn't realize I slouch! Hot, Juicy grilled chicken, fresh ingredients, Mediterranean chicken sandwich. Perfectly seasons feta fries tasted very good.

Great place for an old fashioned greasy burger. There are two sizes 1/3 pound and 1/2 pound. Soooo many different toppings that I can't possibly list them all here. If you like shakes, be sure to try the mint chocolate chip shake ( when it is available ). We each ordered a 1/3 burger, fries, and a mint chocolate chip shake. It was too much food and we each ended up getting a "to go bag" so we could finish our lunches at dinner time. I recommend making sure you use the bathroom before you go to the Meatheads in Lincolnwood since the bathroom facilities are very limited and people are often standing around waiting for their turn to get into the bathroom. I would give 4 1/2 stars due to the bathroom issue but 4 1/2 is not an option. Since the employees are super nice and attentive, the restaurant is kept clean, and the food is super good; Meatheads earns 5 stars from me.

What to say about this place. Um.....it's great. The first time I tried Meatheads was at work. I work for Done Right Moving and Storage so it's very close to their location. First off, the burger. Yup yup. All about that. I'm from Jamaica so I'm not very used to cheeseburgers and those bun foods. I don't know what it is about their burgers and the bun is very tasty to me. The fries are great! I'm not a fan of the plain ones but the Cajun fries are really good. I live in Rogers Park and I have no car so one in the area would be great. But off topic. I usually get the same thing. The same burger. However this time I made a change. First off added bacon, and BBQ sauce. Plus I got a side of cheese and *****drumroll********* a Oreo shake. Wow! What a treat? Very much like their shakes. I'm still a tourist when it comes to american food like that. A cheeseburger, fries, and milkshake. Right? I can always know that my food us made fresh to order. Too many times I have ordered from places and I get these cold burgers and soggy. Lately milkshakes have been too sweet. Gives me a headache. Its great for kids, and the have the best people working there. I had a little consistent problem and when I wrote then a little email, not even expecting anything, Tabatha offered to fix the problem in a way I did not know. . Awesome right? I went for a few week without using it because the orders we had were always a little too big. I'm really happy I changed up my order for once. They have such a wide menu of selections. It is close off public transportation but when it's nice and warm outside. Very spacey and you vet your own drinks. So, Meatheads.

Meatheads does it again! Just open in their AWESOME two-story, industrial chic Lincolnwood location, the latest Meatheads already ranks right up there with the Northbrook store. I wasn't expecting a new kitchen to turn out the same perfection-on- a -bun that NB consistently delivers, but whaddaya know! My patty melt was amazing-the grilled marble rye crunchy, the burger juicy yet not fatty, and the custom addition of my fave Cucmber Wasabi sauce added some special zing. The fries were plentiful and deliciously crispy without being overdone or dry. Great service as usual! What I also love about this chain is their strong neighborhood connection - oversized posters of local Lincolnwood street signs and team standings from nearby high schools are a great touch. That second floor screams BIRTHDAY PARTY! I hope they open up to private parties - they sure have the parking for it-a huge plus on that busy corner. I have one suggestion for Meatheads. Sell the T-shirts! I bet Moms would buy them included in a party package.

I would give this place 4 stars, because the burgers and fries really are good, if pricey. However the 3 star rating is due to the fact that one of the food handlers in back was handling the buns- I saw her drop them in the toaster - with no gloves on. I'm sure the buns don't heat up enough to kill her germs. Fast food workers not wearing gloves -and changing them as needed, is a huge pet peeve.

I hate burgers in general, especially the expensive ones. I decided to try this place out just to support a newly opened business in my neighborhood. WOW! Was I amazed. Completely blew me out of the water. I had the Sunrise burger (1/3lb patty, Jalapeno, Bleu cheese, lettuce, tomato, egg and bacon) and I added mushrooms and roasted red peppers. I was worried and wondered if the bleu cheese would be too overpowering but it was completely opposite. The bleu cheese dressing was different from the heavy, over powering sauces I am used to. Here, it looked like it was home made and was not too robust. Honestly, everything in the burger was in perfect union. Nothing overpowered or destroyed the tastes and flavors of the other ingredients. It was a huge burger but it was surprisingly easy to eat. The meat itself wasnt one huge slab. Rather, it was three patties. The meat was not too greasy and I found it more juicy than oily. The tomatoes and lettuce were super fresh and crisp. Whoever thought of this burger knew what they were doing. We also had the hotdog. It was ginormous!! Like two hotdogs in one. There are tons of free topping you can add to the hotdogs or burgers. I love the options. Finally, their cajun fries looked like they were inbetween the size of shoestring fries and regular fries. They were crispy yet soft in the inside. The cajun seasoning was perfect- just the right amount for flavor without the saltiness. Decor: Very chic and modern. They even have a nice seating outside and an open second floor seating. Must try!! Definitely worth it and I will be going again.

Up-scale McDonalds. Food tastes pretty much identical to McDonalds. This location is clean, but then again it's new. I'd like to see how it gets maintained, altough I'm not a fan of the food.

Great chicken fingers and so many topping choices for your burger! Friendly smiling staff. It has only been open for a short time but I have already been there twice and enjoyed everything I orderd! I cannot wait to go back and try more things from there menu!
Very average. 2 stars goes for the atmosphere. food is over priced.. the menu is spread out where items are all priced seperately. the eggs are way over cooked to be topped on a burger. we asked to changecit to over easy. he told me to keep the burger and they'll just bring out a new one. well they brought us out an over easy egg after th burger was laying around on my table for 10 minutes. i would asume he meant a whole new burger. I guess they'll do ok since its a new place. Ive had way better burgers for cheaper as well. I do not recommend this place. The name is way bigger than its taste! the burgers are paper thin. not juicy. for that id rather go to 5 guys. P.S FRIES ARE NASTY DRY!

We decided to have dinner at the Meatheads in Lincolnwood tonight. The person taking orders for was very pleasant, and took our order and got it right (the first time, yay)! Our burgers took about 16 minutes from the time we ordered until they were delivered. The chicken tenders, for my son, took another 4 minutes before they arrived at the table. This is one of my wife's pet peeves, when the order doesn't arrive all at the same time. The food was fresh and served hot. The burgers were tasty. My burger came with extra grilled onions and extra pickles as requested. This is the first time a Meatheads has gotten that part of the order correct! Way to go. My wife's burger was very good, and arrived as ordered. My son gave up the chicken tenders two thumbs up, he'd have given them three or four thumbs up except that he didn't have the extra two thumbs. Today's service was given four stars because of the little things, such as the food arrival, the broken ketchup cover, etc.

Very thin and tasteless burgers. Fries were of the shoestring variety, and undercooked - The worst kind to undercook. They were a soggy greasy mess. They charged us, but left out the cheese sauce from our order. The veggies on my burger were not very fresh. Maybe they were having a bad day? This review is for a take-out order. Maybe eat-in is better.

My buddy and I were hungry so we decided to stop by and pick up some burgers to go. The parking lot was empty and so was the restaurant, but that didn't stop us. The workers immediately greeted us as we walked in, and made us feel welcome. The girl taking the order was extremely friendly and helpful. She helped us pick out some burgers and let us know how everything worked. We waited a little over 5 minutes(during which a few other customers came in to order) for the burgers and when they came out, she offered us some condiments to take with us. We got home and chowed down on the burgers. They were delicious! The Cajun fries were also great. All in all, the whole experience was top notch and makes me want to go visit again. Try this place if you haven't!

Very nice for a fast food place. Good product. Vienna beef dogs. Angus beef. It is pricey, $10+ a head. My bill was 30 for the people with no drinks. They have a wide variety of toppings. They are active in the community and have a focus on education. The one thing that was a bit of a let down was the lack of people in the place. I guess i can in early, but there was one other person in there who knew the cashier and spent the whole time raffling to her. She was polite and the service was quick. We will come back

I went here about a month ago as a place to pick up a quick burger in between running errands. I have got to say - I was pretty happy with the food and service received! Immediately I was greeted by the friendly face behind the cash register, and got all my questions answered about the menu as I figured out what I wanted to order. As I was eating, I noticed the decor and thought it was cool that the restaurant highlighted the various football teams in the Chicagoland-Northern Suburbs area. That day was also the kickoff of the Niles West pom pom girls vs. football player boys burger challenge, so I thought it was great that the restaurant was playing an active role in the community. All in all, it was a great meal and I can't wait to come and eat there again!

A messy fall apart burger and greasy fries. You can have the burger any way you want as long as its medium. I thought about the chicken but ordered the burger and was sorry about that decision for about 24 hours when my stomach settled down. This awful burger was served by a perky waitress with a big smile.(reason for the second star)

We're at the one in Schaumburg and it found things less than stellar but they either have improved overall at least in Lincolnwood one service was great and the food was very good good burger we had were hot fresh not drippy the fries are nice and pleasant and the atmosphere was pleasant love the drink machines they use their latest choose from a lot of options we did try the cookie dough it was okay the hamburgers were great the fries are very good also on all we would definitely be back

I went to meat heads one time, that was the last time. I mean their meat patties are really good, but since I'm a burger lover, I like my patties with more meat. The patties are way too thin.

This is the best burger place in Illinois! I ordered a a burger and fries, and it was served to me in 3 minutes! Fastest service I have ever seen. The employees are happy to be there and love to help customers. Meatheads does a great job giving back to the community through sports or reading. The beef is very heathy and is 100% grade A Angus beef. The fries are hand cut, and the restaurant is updated with Coca Cola self dispense drink machines. There is nothing like this place. Meat can only be this good in Illinois. I am definitely coming back to Meatheads sometime soon.

I'm going to preface this with: I generally have to love or hate something for it to be worth my time to review. Okay, so I recently went into Meatheads in Lincolnwood for my first time and was very pleasantly surprised! In all honesty, the name threw me at first, but once I was inside, I was pretty impressed, and have now been back a few times. They have grass-fed, cage-free everything, so two checks there. The burgers automatically come with two patties, but you can always opt for one, which is still filling. Since I'm about to be in my sister's wedding and need to fit in a semi-snug dress, I opted for my usual "California" but swapped the burger for a chicken breast and the bun for lettuce wraps. Yum. My new lighter version now consisted of a juicy chicken breast (not too salty), pepperjack cheese (c'mon, can't cut out the cheese!), avocado, tomato, lettuce and an awesome wasabi-aioli sauce. To be honest, I still got the cajun fries.. they're just too good. I like this place because the menu is simple with a few awesome pre-built burgers for the indecisive, such as myself. The staff is always super friendly, the place is always clean as can be (with your occasional toddler throwing their hot dogs on the floor), food has been quickly made in all of my experiences, and nothing seems over priced. The last mention goes out to their involvement in the community. They are currently running a "Burger Battle" with the local high school, in which they have created two burgers, and whichever sells more, wins. The unfair part: The battle is between Football Players and Cheerleaders - haha, uhhhh... Girls, you better get your families in if you want to stand a chance at a bunch of rapidly-growing, testosterone-toting high school boys! Anyway, the cool part is that a portion of proceeds are donated back to the sports program/school that is battling it out. It's a different idea, great way to support local student-athletes, big points there. Okay for the REAL last mention: They have cookie dough for sale! Yeah, you heard me, CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH - no eggs, no dairy, frickin' delicious. Highly recommended.

I haven't tried the chicken again since my first review, but this place has slowly become one of my favorites for a quick bite due to one thing: The burgers. The burgers are awesome, and the Cajun fries are delicious. Not sure if the burger is so spectacular that this place deserves a 5 -- but the service is really just wonderful. Every time. There was a particular occasion in which a friend of mine and I preferred to sit upstairs, but we noticed it was closed off. The manager (can't remember her name) caught us doubling back, and she immediately offered to open it up for us. Good customer service is truly refreshing these days. Again, love the environment. Always clean.

My husband wanted to try this place out because we always pass by it on the way to and from work. It's like the Habit out West. Or like a Fat Burger or Smashburger, or Five Guys. The place is big, there's a 2nd floor. When we went there were only a few folks there so it was pretty quite. The service was interesting. There was a guy taking a break. The lady that took our order was kinda rude and not very helpful. She rolled her eyes because when we were ordering we kinda weren't sure how it worked. That was definitely uninviting. But the lady that gave us our order was so nice and seemed like she was doing all the work and these other two were just on their phones. I got the 1/3 lb burger and it comes with two patties, like at Au Cheval. The burger was just okay and was really heavy. The fries were fresh and reminded me of In-N-Out (another West Coast reference).
I'm just like every other blue-blooded American in my NEED for a good burger, but Meatheads takes it to a whole new level. Not only do they offer the ability to build you own burger, but they also have "chef-inspired" sandwiches; I've been known to be indecisive, so this helps a TON. When I learned that their burgers are natural, with no additives or fillers and that they are never frozen, I was pretty shocked. It seems that in this day-and-age, all people want is to make as much money as possible, so restaurants are more and more apt to sacrifice quality. I like to know what I'm putting in my body, and coming to Meatheads, I don't have to question it at all. Now, to the food! I got the Californian and you could really tell that everything was fresh. Being from the west coast, I'm spoiled with avocado, and this did not disappoint. I also got the cajun fries, which I will say are way better than Five Guys. The staff is super friendly, and this location is so big! They have an upstairs area, free WiFi, and good music. I will update my review when I get another burger!

Over cooked burger, you can't order it anything other than "well done" bleh! The teenagers are rude, and the manager doesn't handle complaints well. Never want to eat overcooked cow.

Omg I am one of those health conscious person and when it came to eating burger outside I use to freak out. But I really love the concept where I get to make my own burger with much healthier options.. went back several times. And the staff here is very nice and helpful.

Decent burger. Better than the McDonalds, Wendys, BK slop. Would be nice if corporate added televisions and a dessert menu. The only issue locally is they keep the upstairs roped off. Let your customers enjoy the full experience rather than being cheap trying to reduce cleaning costs.

I heard from friends that the burgers were amazing, so I decided to drive out to Lincolnwood to see what all the hype was about. My friends were right, the burger was incredible. But you can get a good burger anywhere. The best part about Meatheads and why I will be going back, is because of the staff. The two managers Angie and Nancy were friendly, helpful, and were the definition of what hospitality is all about. A lot of times you walk into a restaurant and the staff looks angry and miserable. It was obvious the staff at Meatheads love their jobs.

Although the food was delicious, I was so blown away by their customer service. I asked my brother who had been there previously what he thought of Meatheads and he replied "oh, they're awesome!" His answer sounded different from what I was expecting. Now I know what he meant and yes they are! When I walked in for the first time, the employee came around to me and showed me to the counter. Wow. Then she was patient as I read through their menu. With a smile. Wow. Then I ordered and they got my order right. Wow. Another employee grabbed a basket of condiments and asked me if I'd like any to take with me as I had ordered for take out. The level of service here makes me dumbfounded. It's hard to find this even in a fancy 5 star restaurant. Like I said, the food was great (Cajun Sunrise burger), the service is impeccable!

Because we usually head south toward downtown and the neighborhoods on the way for dining civilization - even for a burger joint - we were thrilled to learn that Meatheads had opened nearby. The service is always attentive - something you don't expect from a fast casual restaurant - and the food is always delicious. We vow that Meatheads has the best cheese sauce on the planet and it goes without saying that the burgers and the customization make us repeat customers. We also like how the concept tries to be local, embracing the community with a wall of high school sports scores from neighboring schools. Welcome to the neighborhood!

Came in Friday around 2:30pm and ordered a 1/3 lb burger for myself, salad and Cajun fries for my husband. $14 with tax. The burger was really good. Well cooked and flavored. You can tell the meat is fresh. I liked the options to add items on the burgers I really liked the bistro sauce in place of mayo. My husband enjoyed his salad and the fries were good. The place was pretty empty and it took a long time to get our food out. That part I didn't get... It's supposed to be "fast food". I appreciated the overall all feel of the place and the fact that the menu was simple. Made ordering easy. Overall good food but long wait.

This was the best meal I have had at any Meatheads. It was unanimous, my wife and daughter agreed. But why, we have enjoyed all our Meatheads meals. I took a peek under the bun... the meat was cooked perfectly, toppings were fresh, sauce perfect and the bun didn't crack when I lifted the sandwich. Then it came to me, a well made meal always tastes its best in a comfortable dining area. it was the new building design, a big change from their other locations. The large windows that encased the dining area provided plenty of natural light. Comfortable chairs and a spotless environment made it a great spot to enjoy the meal. For those who like to sit above the rest, a balcony with additional seating and more natural light, great use of space. Even the staircase was perfect, wide enough and not too steep. There is a very nice patio area perfectly designed to enjoy being outside without too much noise from the traffic. There is plenty of parking but you are unable to turn into the lot when heading north on Lincoln but that is OK, you can enter off Crawford. I could go on with the color selection, use of natural wood, layout, it is definitely an upgrade from their standard design. Congratulations Meatheads, you have great food, an interior that enhances the dining experience and an attentive staff.

Very disappointing food. The cheeseburgers taste like cheaper meat And the fries were thin and greasy The sauces definitely do not enhance the quality. I was very excited About trying their food and was sadly disappointed. You will Be much happier going to the Backyard Grill on Pulaski and Devon. I was amazed by the high quality of meat. T he place was busy and People raved about everything. their fries were the best that I have ever Eaten.

This place has great fries and excellent service. I think the manager is the nicest guy -- he always walks around and greets people and takes their trays when they are done eating. There is a great atmosphere to this location. The cool thing is the different types of ketchup. I eat fries mainly when I go to places like this (sine I don't like meat). I did get the veggie sandwich, which was really good! It wasn't mushy or anything and was a little spicy (good spicy). This place is great for kids, too. There are these cool little "kits" they give to kids that includes these fun twist-tie like strings that kids can draw with and build with. Nice place to take the family. It has an upper-level dining area, but it was closed when we were there at four o'clock on a Friday (not crowded enough).

Seriously good burger. Right up there with Edzo's and other current high-end retro-burgers. Excellent fries, and the cheese sauce for the fries is about the best I've ever tasted. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars: the bun isn't toasted/buttered. Other than that, well-nigh perfect burger experience.

(5)Chicago K.
We were very excited to see a place like this open close by. The decoration is nice, staff friendly. Fries delicious. Big problem is the buns fall right apart making the burgers and chicken sandwiches messy. New buns would be a huge bonus.
(3)Shelly D.

First time coming here and I like it. Very close to my job which helps during rush hr.
(4)Alex N.
(4)Rj Y.
Loved the rich taste of the texas ranch burger. Chili cheese fries werent half bad either
(4)David O.
Good burger and nice variety of condiments, yet a bit overpriced. Comparable to Five Guys and I like the nod to the Lincolnwood attractions on the wall, in particular the late great Purple Hotel. I'll return soon.
(4)Tim S.
(3)Brad E.
Awesome burgers great service . This place blows 5 guys out of the water. I've been there twice and both times where awesome. The only way it would be better is if I could get a beer with me burger. Kinda like red robin.
(5)Waseem A.

(5)Luis B.
Still new. Be prepared to wait.
(3)Jeff G.
tasty burgers good fries and friendly service
(4)Diablo L.
Had a 1/3 pound burger with everything and added a fried egg, prepared perfect, very tasty, glad I stopped in to try the place, a great addition to the area

So happy they opened one near me. The hamburgers and choices are great. The place is always clean and the staff are excellent.

LOVE the service!! Catherine gets our order right every time. The service is fast and the food is great! We love coming here. The atmosphere is welcoming.

(4)Andrew K.
Good chow for the family. Your going to spend about $10 a head here by the time you get fries and a pop. It's cool that they had the local high school sports schedule posted on the wall with a win column.
(4)David M.
(4)Frank P.

Best American fast food in the country. Very good for small party's and birthday parties. Very good food and don't forget the shakes are the best way to end your meal.

(4)Andrew G.
(4)K C.

(5)M R.
(3)Hope N.
This place is very neat and clean. I personally love the music that they play. I ordered the Texas Ranch and it was absolutely amazing.
(5)Abraham S.
Employee standing behind counter started complaining as soon as we walked in 20 minutes before closing hoping we were taking food to go and not eating in.
(1)Fireman Y.
Awesome food great service friendly staff. Lots of parking easy in and out. Spotless inside.
(5)kathy e.
Great service fresh and fast. Patty Melts are great. Despite the name they have options for vegetarians.
(4)Chris D.

(2)Janie F.
Great chicken fingers and so many topping choices for your burger! Friendly smiling staff. It has only been open for a short time but I have already been there twice and enjoyed everything I orderd! I cannot wait to go back and try more things from there menu!

I went here for the first time on new years day after running some errands. I expected an average meal but was I wrong! First, the girl who took my order was very sweet, patient, and energetic even though it was new years day. I expected her to be tired from the night before. I ordered the 1/3 meathead , my fiancé had the patty melt and we also shared chili cheese fries. Another girl served us our food and asked us if we need anything else. The burger I had was one of the best burgers I ever ate. The chili fries were so delicious. But my fiancé wasn't too crazy about the patty melt. However he tried the meat head burger I ordered and fell in love! We look forward to coming here again for the outstanding customer service and to try the other items on menu. I forgot to mention this place was super clean and has a free parking lot.
(5)Majid M.
(2)David C.
(4)Madeleine E.
(3)Khris L.
(5)John B.
We will come back
(4)Natasha T.
(5)Evan L.
(2)Chip G.
We're at the one in Schaumburg and it found things less than stellar but they either have improved overall at least in Lincolnwood one service was great and the food was very good good burger we had were hot fresh not drippy the fries are nice and pleasant and the atmosphere was pleasant love the drink machines they use their latest choose from a lot of options we did try the cookie dough it was okay the hamburgers were great the fries are very good also on all we would definitely be back
(4)Linda G.
I went to meat heads one time, that was the last time. I mean their meat patties are really good, but since I'm a burger lover, I like my patties with more meat. The patties are way too thin.
(3)David A.
(5)Gretchen K.

I've been coming here for a while now. Having a prime location in a part of Lincolnwood that could use a few more restaurants, Meatheads attracts a pretty steady lunch crowd. If you don't get there between 11:30-11:40, expect to wait a while standing in line. This Meatheads location captures the community flavor of Lincolnwood-Skokie and Niles, featuring sports schedules of the local high school basketball and football teams. They even have burgers named after the local teams. In my case, I ordered the Niles West Girls JV Basketball, which was a pretty solid offering with bacon too. The walls of Meatheads are adorned with old and current Lincolnwood images, giving it a local flair that is absent from so many chain establishments that merely bring in their brand colors and a sterile or neutral décor. This gives Meatheads a character matching its community. The dining area is spacious on the first floor, but if it gets crowded, there is an upper level section going up the stairs next to the Coke Freestyle machine. A favorite burger? Can't say I have one since I like to mix up toppings each time I order. Besides burgers, you'd be amazed at the size of their hot dogs, which are grilled and extend well past the bun. And go for the Cajun fries - a little spicy but not too hot. Overall a great dining experience for lunch.

Good juicy burgers and great fries! No gourmet blah blah like many new burger joints these days. If simple good tasting burger is what you're looking for, then look no further.

Over cooked burger, you can't order it anything other than "well done" bleh! The teenagers are rude, and the manager doesn't handle complaints well. Never want to eat overcooked cow.

Great food, excellent service and cool vibe! So, helpful with my food allergies and preferences. Tracy and Mark checked on me three times! There was live music for Chicago Special Olympics and a Polar Plunge tonight. I'll be back! Yum!
