Stopped in for a quick bagel-sandwhich after leaving my Dr's office, which is two doors down! Am so happy I did! This place is great! Large, clean, and plenty to offer. Not just bagels to go. You can get all kinds of different bagel sandwiches and stuff. Yay! CAn't wait to come back! The help was nice, and they got me in and out so fast!

usually this place is on its game and working up to par. Today....wow. took 1/2 hour to get 2 bagels with toppers. When we got them, wow... 3 skinny strawberry slices (total of maybe 1 whole strawberry) were given, the granola was negligible, hot mess and very very disappointing. I will never buy this option again, ever. the drinks were nicely made eventually. The first guy was new and no idea how to make the drinks....how about training your new employees??? gets a two because other days they are at par...

Not sure what's up with this location... The photo of the lox sandwich on the menu board shows a bagel half with three nice pieces of lox on it (i.e., each half). I got one half with ONE piece which didn't even cover half of the bagel, and a second half with two skimpy pieces which covered the surface of the bagel but which were mangled and paper-thin. What's up with that? Wife's bagel had so little cream cheese, she spent more time moving the little bit there was around with a knife rather than eating. Arl. Hts. location has always been good. This one, nope. How about actually giving me what I'm paying for...?

Great friendly staff, but location is difficult to get to when coming southbound on Milwaukee. They have plenty of your typical bagel options and the shmeers are pretty good as well. I wish they had some more options on spreads, as I can get plain and strawberry anywhere. How about hazelnut, veggie,etc? We would frequent this place more often, but its a bit far from the house.

Average at best. I was a regular here for many years, almost daily, but the service is horrendous now. They run out of product often, shorthanded staff/careless (Saturday's of all days???) and coffee urns are empty until a customer tells them they're out. I go in occasionally now for convenience on off hours, but found other spots locally that know how to run a coffee shop. Why they have 2 people taking orders with 1 cashier on weekend mornings with a line for both that moves at snails pace. I've seen countless people walk in & say forget it and leave. I think my gift card has $30 left on it and I'll stop going in for good. Too bad...

Parking out front is easy. $10 buys you a large coffee plus a really good toasted bagel with the right amount of cream cheese, generous slices of smoked salmon (lox), onion, tomato and capers ... perfect breakfast. Staff are friendly, wifi is free, there's plenty of seating and the place is clean and bright. What more could you want?

I had the worst experience today that I have ever had in my lifetime. I came here for two bagels, it took them twenty minutes to make them. They did not give me my drink, I had to ask for it again. To top it off, I received nothing but rude remarks and DIRTY looks and stares from the three girls working whenever I asked a question. It was extremely horrendous service. I have been coming here for years and I will NEVER come back. I felt extremely uncomfortable and livid by the time I had gotten my food. I do not recommend this place to anyone with taste or class. The girls working there have none. I never write negative reviews unless the service really ruined my day. I think they should all be fired and they should hire a totally new staff. Until then, I will NOT be coming back to this establishment.

Standard chain with above average bagels and cream cheese. With increasing competition for breakfast they continue to be innovative with their items. Their new clusters seem to be redundant with the poppers, but are very good. They have both Asiago cheese and cinnamon clusters. I am not a big coffee drinker, but the hazelnut is very good and they also have fresh squeezed orange juice.

A word of advice. If you do not have available the soup that was ordered by your customer, tell them so. Do not dig around the bottom of the canister, sigh, then go get a FROZEN bag of soup, throw it in the microwave, squeeze some in the to-go soup container, throw it back into the microwave to finish thawing. Then, if the customer asks that the soup be taken off the tab, considering the wait was over ten minutes, this was a legitimate request, do not ask 'why' in a hostile manner. Said customer would have been fine with just a 'we apologize for the wait, but I'm afraid this goes against our store policies.' Instead, the customer was incensed and had to tell employee she did not appreciate soup being thawed in front of her without even being asked to wait, and then being charged for soup thawed in a plastic container--love additional BPAs in my food, yup. Let us not forget the parting shot from aforementioned employee telling me 'you should have told me you did not want the soup earlier; then I would not have gone through the trouble of heating it'. Yes. You could have given me the same courtesy so I could have declined the soup and spared us both the wait and the exchange. Manager, I would suggest that employees learn to check supplies after a lunch rush and some customer courtesy. Never spending another cent here.

I think this local franchise is pretty swell ... small, quiet ... nice staff ... and the coffee was good. However, it was super cold in the store, which I guess meant I had to drink more coffee. Anyways, pleasant experience ... and this coming from a Starbucks snob.

I challenge anyone to find me better bagels in the Chicago area. Lately, I have not been able to get enough of the Asiago bagels with reduced fat cream cheese. Everything bagel with veggie cream cheese, onion with veggie, and cinnamon raisin with plain are also classic picks. Even some of the crazier bagels work well together; I remember my first bagel as a kid was a cinnamon sugar bagel with strawberry cream cheese, and it was FANTASTIC. Every once in a while I feel the need to revisit my youth by placing that very same order. Their espresso drinks are just ok, but their drip coffee packs quite a punch. Euro-French roast and Vanilla hazelnut are the two I normally go for. Fresh squeezed orange juice, fountain drinks, and a variety of bottled water and juices complete the wide array of available beverage selections. But really, who needs more than coffee? They have a ton of other options, like hearty breakfast sandwiches with egg, bacon, cheese, spinach, mushrooms, or pretty much anything else you want on them. Lox and bagels is not my thing, but other people have told me they like it here. They can do buckets of bagels to go, lunch sandwiches, and muffins too. If you need bagels and coffee for an office meeting, they can do that too. Overall, Einstein's is well-run and a great place to grab a bagel and a cup of coffee.

I find it unusual that I am a self professed low-carb diner and I am writing a review on the Einstein Bros. BAGEL shop, but I had a great experience and felt like sharing. I had a business meeting around the corner, so I called in for a multi-bagel order this week. On a Wednesday, I placed an order for 130 bagels, and the team was very helpful. I was running a few minutes late, and about 10 minutes after I was supposed to pick up the bagels, the manager called to make sure I could find the store alright, and make sure he knew I was coming. On arrival everything was set up, packaged, and ready to go. No waiting! He also had the receipt ready, so I literally signed the receipt and walked out! Although I did not eat any of the bagels, they had plenty of cream cheese selections and many of the 90 people who had the bagels said they enjoyed them!

If your in the mood for a great bagels and good service , then here's your oppurtunity to check out einstein bros.The cream cheese is so damn good and im not even jokeing .The coffee could be better but not the place for that i suppose. The employee's are nice people and get the job done. Parking lot is decent , well kept and very clean whenever i stop by here.Not much of a varity other some small snacks but there are other places for meals around lincolnshire.
