2.5 stars. GOOD if you want to get drunk, OK if you want food, BAD if you want to not feel trashy. Lots of youngsters makes this place fun. I'm 24 and feel old when I'm here. Getting obliterated drunk is normal for most people here. Better beer nuggets than Mickey Finns, but Finns has better beer.

It is what it is. You show up here around 1 am for the skanky chicks as they are all drunk at that point on weekends. The food isn't great but isn't bad either, just typical bar food. The bartenders are all in their early 20s and a couple of these girls are ridiculously sexy. A few others not so much. Decent specials but really you come here late on weekends for the easy drunk chicks. Definitely a college bar, and you're just creepy being here if you are in or past your 30s.

The rudest workers at a bar/grill I've ever seen. I would have had a better review after visiting this establishment a few times, but the service this last time I visited was terrible. It took me almost and hour to be severed, on a night that was not particularly busy... Because the bartender was rude I'm sorry, but after 30 mins, it's a bit ridiculous to look at me and serve everyone else instead. Isn't it a part of your job to be welcoming and serve those coming to your establishment? Very very very very rude bar tender. Go to the bars surrounding Tommy's before you stop in here. They are muuuuuuch classier, and friendly. Bartender, if you HATE your job so much, maybe don't tend bar.

Service typically is slow and when they finally get around to getting your order they act like your inconveniencing them. Food is average bar food (pizza, chicken strips etc.). They have an outdoor area which is nice, but always FULL of smokers (yuck!) If you're looking for a bar filled with douchebags this is the place to go! The guy:girl ratio is typically 3:1 so you're bound to get hit on by some "bro" wearing affliction and white oakleys.

I give it 1 star because it's open late. I can't help but laugh when I think about my last 3 experiences at this place (it's been a while). My first two times here, were because I was on my way home late and they were known to serve food late (although I think this has changed). I'm 35 and my days of brawling and engaging in fights is long gone. lol... HOWEVER, if that is something you are looking for, this might be the place for you! Been bottling up some anger for years and need a good ass kicking or to kick some ass?!? look no further! =) My first time in here I went in solo to get a late night pizza and a beer at the bar. There was a much younger and kinda rough looking crowd. Whatever. I stood up to walk to bathroom and noticed 3 guys and a lady walking my way. This little turd in front walked right up to me and bumped his chest against mine, gave me a non-intimating hard look and continued on. So, as I stood at the urinal I thought to myself....hmmmm....whats waiting for me out there? I haven't been in a fight in years, this might be fun...unless of course i get stabbed and die cause kids these days do stupid stuff like that, what would jesus do? .... So I walked back out and sat down. A moment later the same guy and his buddies surrounded me, and attempted to intimidate me. One of the guys girlfriends came up and pulled them away from me as i sipped my beer. Little punks. Next visit, a very similar situation happened as I went by solo again...lol. Last time, I went in, I told myself, just don't make eye contact with anyone and I won't be bothered. It worked! lol... This place is a joke! To recap, if your looking for some young punks to entertain you by acting like the biggest hardass dousches in Lake County.... this is a great place.

By far, the most unprofessional, disappointing bar I have ever been to. My 3 friends and I sat at the bar, then had to ask for beers. There were 4 bartenders working with maybe 18 people in the entire place. Every one of them was more concerned with checking their phones, flirting with other bartenders or talking with a couple of their friends at the bar. I grabbed my own food menu from the bar and looked for 5 minutes then sat the menu on the bar for...wait for it...48 minutes (and counting). No one ever asked if we wanted food, but the bartenders friend right next to us have been served food...twice. Such a joke of a place. They ended up getting a zero dollar tip on a 23 dollar beer tab DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS "BAR"

rude bartenders that think they are the shit!!!!! your a bartender get off you high hourse... or off the drugs your all on..... so sad that this bar is in a great town like libertyville. maybe with new staff it would be more enjoyable to go to.... its not clean....bathrooms are alwats gross.... i would choose any other place in libertyville over this place....

Bar equipped with unlimited supply of obliterated youngens and douche. Stomping grounds for all newly legal drinkers. But hey, if you're also looking to get wasted then it might interest you ...NOT. Be sure to pregame then because service is ridiculously slow. Especially packed on weekends where youll find yourself shoulder to shoulder with guido wannabes sporting popped collars. Food as okay as bar food gets. Nice outdoor patio. Would come back for earlier drinks, but won't step foot back in after 10pm on weekends.

So Travis thanked put party 3+ times for coming in. We provided a less than satisfying tip because we waited over 15 minutes and 4+ different parties for service. Our tab was in the top 5, clearly we've bee. There a while. His bar tending partner, took way too long to serve our party, let alone friends or acquaintances of Travis. It was completely uncalled for to say "thank you for coming in" to everyone in the party and then plea your story about how the other bartender was new and you were sooo busy. Accept that the service was shit and move on. There's no need to thank us and provide excuses and then tell us there's other bars to go to. Grow up and learn how to deal with people you're serving. This service was absolute shit. If you're busy, practice becoming the best in the circumstances.

This place is an absolute blessing for not only Libertyville, but the suburbs of Lake County. This is the truth - if you are young (or young at heart), single (or with a fun gf/bf), and fun, this is the greatest place that you could ask for! I'm sure that its a different ballgame during lunch hours, but this review is based on weekends. The laid back atmosphere encourages everyone to talk and have a great time. It's ALWAYS full of good looking girls and guys in their 21's-early 30's that are fun and willing to meet one another. The drinks are cheap & spot on and the people that run the place kick a$$...Tyler, Bridget, Travis, Jenny, Kaite...no matter who takes care of you they're all awesome and knowledgeable. As are the owners...met em a few times and they're smart & invested in their business - another reason this place CRANKS business! If the music isn't to your liking, put a dollar in the music machine and blast your tunes. Food is great too - big portions, great tasting, reasonable prices. It's bar-none the greatest bar in Lake or McHenry County. I've lived from Long Grove to Gurnee, worked from Glenview to Crystal Lake to Fox Lake to Antioch so I know em all. Man I love this place...great job and there's nothing else like it!

This little gem is just what I needed on Saturday afternoon. Admittedly, I don't get up to the Libertyville area too often. My bf had some errands to run, so up to Libertyville we went. After three or four stores, my stomach was growling. He asked, "do you want fancy bar food, or just bar food?" I said I didn't care. Enter, Tommy's, and their awesome $0.50 wing special. The bartender was very friendly and quick to answer any questions and get our order placed. For $0.50 wings, they were great. Huge wings, we even commented to each other and the bartender that usually when wings are on special that cheap they're tiny itty bitty little things. Not these suckers. We ordered extra on purpose, and were pleasantly surprised. The buffalo sauce was the perfect heat/vinegar/butter ratio, and the bleu cheese and celery was plentiful. The bar itself was a little empty, but it was 2pm on a Saturday. I'd definitely go back during peak times to catch a game.

I would give Tommy's 5 stars, were it not for one thing, that I'll get to later. Generally speaking: THIS BAR ROCKS! Decent selection of beer, with one in particular called the franzen ( whatever it is, it has a slight aftertaste of banana in a good way), and decent prices Bar food: kickass! FRIED CHEESE CURDS! Pizza nuggets! 50 cent wings! Fried mushrooms!!! and on and on and on. I definitely like to come here and chill out, and have a few beers and the like. Here is my one issue with Tommy's. On Thursday- Saturday, after 9 PM, it turns into douchebag city. I'm talking fratboys with popped collars in all their glory, men in tight jeans, and ladies skanked up royally. Hideous. I've learned not to go there on the weekends.

Late at night this place turns into the Kams of Libertyville. Those of you not familiar with the Champaign sack of suck - just know that this is nothing but a jocky festival of douchery. It's the kind of place where they give you the wrong kind of beer, dudes with backwards baseball hats spill beer on you, and dipshits urinate all over the bathroom floor and break the towel dispensers. It's really out of place in downtown Libertyville with nicer places like Micky Finns and Furkin right down the street.

I'm a big fan of this place. I come here every once in a while to get hammered w my boys on their patio and watch sports on the tube. It can be a real sausage-fest at times w a lot of Ed hardy tools, but you can find some pretty hot slizz as well, especially in the summer. As far as food goes, they offer a variety of above average bar food. The pizza is pretty good--I recommend their italian beef and giardinara pizza or their buffalo chicken pizza. Their burgers are great as are their salads and wraps. When I'm full of booze and I need to even my keel, the $1.50 tacos are my go-to. Can't beat 'em value-wise. The cheese curds are solid as well.

If you're looking to get stabbed look no further. This place has plenty to offer in that department. This has become a very rough crowd and would not recommend it to a group of girls going out or just dudes looking to watch a game. For a downtown Libertyville bar this place is out of place.

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
