Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Can't believe that there are no reviews out there for Jimbo's! Just moved to Lemont in the past 6 months, decided to try Jimbo's since it was right down the street from our house and absolutely LOVE it! We've tried some of the other local places (non-chains) and they have not compared. The service is great, the people there are friendly and the prices are good. The dough knots are excellent, if your going to order from there, you have to try them. They are still a little bit doughy and the garlic on them is delicious - ahhh I'm starting to drool just thinking about it! Now that they have opened up a seating area inside, the place is really nice. We have always ordered carry out, but have said we need to go there and dine in sometime too.

Superb Pizza. One of the Best in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago. This is saying allot since there are many Pizza joints in Chi-town that kick booty. Jimbo's is always a consistent, quality product. dine in or carry out, you will not be disappointed. When stopping in tell Jim Mandra, the owner, Mark said hello.Besdie a great Pizza chef, Jimbo was a dam good goalie for our College Hockey team. When you do visit I recommend the thin crust sausage Pizza, pure, simple and delicious!

In Lemont, there aren't many great pizza places to choose from but Jimbo's is now a go-to for thin crust. I moved from my hometown on the South Side where you have so many amazing choices for true Chicago pizza that you can have a different pizza every night of the week. I'm happy to now include Jimbo's. The price is fair for the area as far as pizza goes. I wish it didn't cost as much for a pizza as I feel like the meal should be a great bang for your buck. The cheese pizza holds a well balanced amount of dough, cheese and sauce. None overpowering the other. The thin is a little thicker than the average thin so I'm looking forward to trying the super thin next time. Also, the Lemonster looks pretty epic. I ordered Bosco Sticks which were reminiscent of the first time I ate the gooey goodness. Crusted edges topped with Parmesan and soft on the inside with the cheese stretching out with the first bite. One thing all Lemont pizzerias can work on, open at Noon on Sundays!!! At least in the fall so I can eat a pizza and watch Da Bears game.

Used to be really good but they fell off. Not sure if different cooks are working but nights and especially weekends is like half quality. When Jimbo is there it's good but he only there during the day usually.
