Only two stars because the manager attempted to come around and address us. The waitress we had was terrible I had my little girls with me and she didn't even try to fake an up beat personality. It was as if she was there against her will. I can be patient and wait for my food I understand things happen but her people skills are terrible. They are very unprofessional displaying there attitudes towards work or personal reasons to the guest. I will not be returning to this location and my boneless wings were terrible they were fried to hard. This place use to be awesome never again.

Went to this location the first time last night with my daughter and fiance. Our server was great. She made sure to check on us and was very attentive. However our food is another story. It was $.65 wing night and I was excited. The wings we honestly terrible. We couldn't even force ourselves to eat the remaining wings. They were very stingy with the sauce. it just wasn't good. You guys have to really step your wing game up because Hooters are killing you guys right now. The alcho drinks are very tasty. The drinks and our waitress are what gave your store two stars. Sorry I just want great wings and these were subpar.

I definitely prefer coming here than the Schererville location, even though it's a bit smaller and not as many TVs. At least the clientele is a lot less backwoods and our server was perky and attentive.

This place has terrible service. Twice it has happened. Once we waited 45 min for our food and when it came out the waitress dropped out tray all they did was take out drinks off the order and 3 out of 6 of us were drinking water. Another time the waitress never brought my food and when the manager came she said to fill out the survey on the receipt when I went to do it it had already been done by someone so I couldn't. My guess is the manager did it. This place is a joke!

entered w/ family & could almost immediately tell from the "HIRING SERVERS" sign that on entry, delayed, low grade greeting. no welcome talk from the same person who seated us; saw 2 waitresses busing tables and going about. we sat for about 20 mins, and no one approached us- no water- how your doing.. nothin. we left. very disappointing, as this seems to be common in many restaruarnts. customer service is so important that i don't think some employees get it.

one of my favorite buffalo wild wings to go to, unlike others they are not cheap with their sauces. They are very well drenched just how I like them. their onion rings and fries with cheese are delicious. i love dining in here to watch sports and hang with friends. but i must say when it is not packed at all the service here can be slow at times.

On 12/1/2013 I called in to order the Lansing, IL location as usual, destiny answered but then it was all downhill from that moment. She was rude and acted as if I was troubling her, while I was ordering she interrupted me and asked me "Is that it?". After two items I decided to speak to the manager, she initially didn't want me to speak to the manager and would not transfer the call. After a few moments I spoke to the manager "Rakiya" and she was not much help. She didn't even want to listen to whet happened during my order, she asked me "Did you get to order?". She didn't want to hear the complaint, maybe she had other important work than doing her job. I have been going to this location since they opened but after this incident and other from this location has stopped me. If you feel like going here your better of having someone slap you and you pay them, that pretty much sums up the service you will get.

I've given them several chances but they clearly aren't taking customer feedback seriously because they never improve. My last experience involved walking in and waiting a while to be seated. Finally a girl comes over and seats us, but acts like she is annoyed she had to do her job. The dining room was mostly empty but it seemed like the tables that were full were waiting for service. We waited 10 minutes. No service. We looked around hoping to find someone and this is what we saw: -Two servers standing at the front counter talking. They looked like they were griping. We kept staring at them hoping to get their attention. They looked over at us and then it got worst. They pulled out a bag of food and started eating. Right there in the dining room! Finally one of the server sets down the food and walks over to a table taking their drink order while still chewing. -Another server standing at the host stand writing, coloring? Who knows what he was doing on that paper but he certainly wasn't doing his job. -Several servers walking by...slowly...avoiding eye contact. Not a single "I will be with you in a moment". Nothing. So now it's been 15 minutes and we haven't been acknowledged. We get up to leave and pass the sloppy server eating. The guy at the host stand says "Have a good night". My fiance says "You know we never got served?" He looks down. Are there not managers working there? I guess they don't care. No wonder their dining room was empty on a big football night.

The store has changed a lot over the last few months. Service is decent, over all sports experience not all that. Taking away that makes some customers veer away. Including not having any more drink/beer specials. Wing specials not the same changing the prices and times(Tuesday) wing specials only until 8pm. Beer prices going up. My last two visits in the last couple weeks have been disappointing. Waiting for our food order for over 40 minutes, no manager stopped at the table to fix the situation. Again a couple weeks later waiting over 30 minutes for a burger and a sandwich. Not acceptable. A manager did not approach the table, until I informed the server that we were upset about the situation. For us to wait 30 minutes for our food and to almost leave for her to only take off $5 for the issues and not apologize.

Horrible service!!! My family and I attempted to go here tonight. When we step into the restaurant there is no host at the front door. We think nothing of it, rather than it's a busy Friday night and they may be seating people. Time passes and we're just standing there as waitress after waitress walks past us with no word or acknowledgement whatsoever. TEN minutes past!!! My mom and I wanted to leave, but my sister (a restaurant manager at a different manager) was being simpathetic I suppose. Finally, I see what appears to be the manager emerge from the kitchen. She sees us waiting and without a word walks straight to the bathroom. She comes out with another employee holding cleaning supplies. The manager FINALLY comes to the front and simply asks if we've been helped. She doesn't apologize for the wait at all. I ask her "Is there a reason why there is no host up here on a Friday night?" Her response was "She was cleaning the bathroom". No emotion, no feeling of remorse, because they don't care!! Once we've finally been seated, we still wait for a waitress. When she finally comes to take our drink order my 46 year old mother attempts to order a magarita and is asked for an ID. My mom left it in the car, but didn't think anything of it because she clearly looks over 21 and is never carded. The waitress tells us my mom would have to go get it, mind you it's raining! We ask her why, what happened to the "Under 30" rule. The waitress says it's strict BBW policy. Regardless if their idiotic policy is correct, which means they would also card 65 years olds....if they're so strict about that, why can't they be strict about proper customer service???? Horrible service and we will never be back!!!!

I love, love, love some of BW3's wing sauces. This is the only thing that keeps me coming at all. Unfortunately the wings themselves are small and ridiculously overpriced. Several other establishments in the area serve better wings at a much better price point.

I think I need to actually 'dine-in', to receive the full effect of this particular BWW. My wings were (slightly) warm, to the point they were almost cold. However, I had a carry-out order. So, I don't know if that had something to do with it. Maybe I waited to long to pick up my wings...I don't know. *shrug* My wings were decent though...once I re-warmed them. Lol.

I came here while my car was being worked on. It's nicely decorated with all kinds of sports memorabilia. I opted to eat in the bar since I was by myself. This was my first time coming here so they let me taste the sauce I was interested in ordering. (to go with the wings) The waitress actually brought out 3 other sauces for me to try. I really liked the Caribbean jerk and the mango habanero (which is very hot) I ordered the boneless wings and fries. They're not called fries, they're called something else. (can't remember) You can get a melted cheese on them or the liquid queso cheese. I opted for the liquid cheese on the side. I also asked for my sauces for the wings on the side. (which the waitress happily obliged) The food was good but I really liked the potatoes. If I knew they were that good, I would have just ordered a large and no wings. All in all, I would visit this place again. It's very clean and staff is very friendly. No problems with the food and my bill was very reasonable.

I little dissapointed when I went tonight. Service was amazing but food wasnt so good. Botched my fist batch of wings. They were completely over cooked. Then over charged us. $20+ for 12 boneless? I asked the manager if that was right and kept trying to tell me it was and i was wrong so we just sucked it up and left. I will not be eating there ever again.

i've been to different BWW, but this one is at the bottom. we went in and the cashier was moping. no big deal, but the problem is that we weren't even acknowledged, and also we weren't even helped until they were done moping. we took our order to go. our wings were ok, but had almost no sauce on them. that was very disappointing. based on the service and the wings having almost no sauce, i prob won't be back. although i have been to other locations with better service and better tasting wings, so i wouldn't ban all BWW.

Went here for the first time last night with a group of friends. Tuesdays are 50 cent wing night so it was pretty economical. The wings were delicous. BWW has tons of flavors, I had medium and it was pretty much perfect. The wedges are good too but a little heavy on the spice. They have a bajillion wide screen TVs with about 3 different games going simultaneously. Overall cool place with great wings.

The place definitely lives up to its reputation, with a few exceptions. Buffalo Wild Wings is undeniably a great place to hang out with your buddies and bond. The wings are excellent. The setbacks of the restaurant are the service and the price. "Bdubs" in Lansing, IL has very slow service. If you go with a group of over five friends, be prepared for a wait of over an hour. The food is undoubtedly delicious, but can be a bit pricey. For best results, go on a Thursday when the restaurant has its special of 60 cent boneless wings.

very new.....in the old Tortilla Grill spot......was there tonight with crazy USC fans to watch the game against Ohio St....... how ya doin Columbus? :-) turn left when yu go in to get to the bar......small area compared to Scherrerville...... but lots of HD TVs......... wait staff very friendly........totally over worked though...... its right over the state line........so no smoking..... but as illinois see's it........ yah cant smoke there........BUT kids allowed in the bar........ so no smoking but yu can get totally wasted with your 10 yo kids around?...... and illinois people make fun of us??? haha .the beers good...... like 20 on tap.....3F's and Fat Tire too....... tons more in bottles.....$3.50 Miller Lites this months special,,,,,i love the flavors you can get with the wings.......spicy BBQ and thai are my personal faves....but the wings are so so small its crazy.......if yu get wings, get boneless...... a little better deal.......the rest of the menu is way to $$ and small portions too..........nuthing to reccomend.......... BW3's is good for 2 things....... $3.50 drafts....and hanging out with friends........ oh and they have golden tee too which i can kick my dads azz at hahah

Is it a bar that serves food, or a restaurant that has alot of beer choices and TVs. Either way they are way over priced. I am 58 and getting too old to hang with the kids but we were going out for a lunch with my daughter and grandaughter a few Sundays ago when I experienced my last time there. I was carded! And when we complained we treated shortly by management. Right after that we tried to play the games with the Grandaughter and when we told them that the game was eating money and not working, the manager slapped 75 cents on the table and walked away. And oh yeah, the waitress dropped some kind of salad dressing on the floor behind my wife and it splashed up in her hair. They were very apologetic but not even a round of beer on the house. Our party was 4 adults and 2 kids, we spent almost $100. on a few beers and some fried "food". I complained on the web site and they called and acted like I was trying to game them. Still no "let us buy you a beer next time you come in. Bottom line is if you're 25 and live at home and are looking for a place to have a beer with friends this is a good choice, but for the average person this place is way over priced and the food is mediocre.
