The pizza is pretty good but when you're buying it by the slice make sure you ask how long it has been sitting there, if it's fresh it's great but they try to give you pizza that has been sitting there for WAY to long and its just not edible. I've been really happy and really disappointed here, always a roll of the dice.

The food is really good but stick to delivery. The service inside is horrible, the tables behind us were dirty from previous patrons and their mess remained there the entire time. Additionally they forgot one of our meals...second time this has happened.

Great food, quick service, video gaming and a nice place to grab a beer and watch a game, have some AMAZING PIZZA! Delivery is quick. Half price pizza on Monday is a steal. The Ribs are excellent!!! This place knows how to make their customers happy! I truly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for good eats and good times.

So we tried the special 50% off on pasta. Spent around $30 w/ tip for the counter ladies since we were ordering it to go. Ordered a family size spaghetti with a side of meatballs. Pasta was the only thing that they would discount. Meatballs was full price and salad was extra. The meatballs, garlic bread and salad was alright. Now as far as noodles for the spaghetti, over cooked. Will give the place another try with their monday special of pizza. Hopefully they could redeem themselves.

The best pizza in the area. Authentic Chicago style Italian joint. Great beef sandwich and fries. Fast delivery and a new clean dining room. We also us them to cater parties.

Excellent pizza and their beef and combo sandwiches are great if they screw up which it only happened once on a carryout order they insisted on delivering a new pizza with a coupon for the hassle.

I've never had an issue with customer service here until today. It's typical for my mom to walk in for pizza sauce to take home to make home made pizza. However today she walked in for pizza sauce and Barb (the cashier) gave her pasta sauce. When my mom got home I told her oh no she accidentally gave you the wrong sauce. Really it wasn't a big deal. I went back to exchange it with pizza sauce and the customer service was so rude. She told me that my mother was extremely impatient and she asked my mom three times of what kind of sauce she wanted. I think it is kind of ridiculous that she didn't understand my mom saying pizza sauce. Instead of apologizing she told me my mom was wrong. That wasn't the worst part. I came home to see that she just dumped out the pasta sauce and put the pizza sauce in the same container. This mixed up both sauces. Don't get me wrong, I've never had a problem with customer service before but I just can't believe I was talked to like that today. I guess "customer are always wrong" is the motto here instead of "customer is always right"

It had been a long time since we ordered pizza from Rozatis. When we received our pizza I remembered why it had been so long. I ordered a large sausage, onion and green pepper. I also requested "easy cheese". What i got was an undercooked pizza (cheese was not even slightly brown) and a few peices of each of my toppings which ran me $2.50 per topping. They must have forgot my easy cheese request because it was the normal amount of uncooked cheese. Way better pizza in the area for delivery or pick up. Try JJ twiggs in Wauconda or Buddyz in McHenry. Per my wife who managed an area Rosatis for three years, this was not a real rosatis pizza. Strike three for Lakemoor Rosatis.

OK--My significant other brought me home some bacon sausage and peperoni pizza, So I didn't actually go into the place, but it was truly awesome. From what I understand they have a dining room and home made Alfredo sauce. Of course I will stomp on over and update you as the lusciousness progresses. Still: what I had was enough to put them on my best pizza list. Awesomesauce, guys!

Mamma Mia, what a pie we got. 18" of great chewy double crust, tasty tomato sauce and gooey cheese. Pepperoni too and lots of it. Took only 15 minutes from ordering to walking out the door. What's not to like?

OMG We stopped in today and got four slices of Pizza to go. The slices had pepperoni, sausage, and bacon. It was like a meat lovers dream. I am now one of their biggest fans:) Yummy...just so you know I am doing a little happy dance as I am writing this:)
