I wish I was able to give them zero stars. Always short staffed, frequently gets my orders wrong, front window has been broken for close to 4 months, sink is laying on the floor in the women's rest room. They ran out of spoons for ice cream, and I restocked the straws. The manager sat on his ass while the employees were swamped, never even tried to help out, he was busy talking to some ladies. Horrible, unfortunately I think I'm done with all DD's.

HORRIBLE SERVICE I order an everything bagel w ham n cheese. She asks if I like to do a combo. I say yes because I like hasbrowns. I ask for a med coffee for my drink. I pay I get our food. I go into the bag no hasbrowns. I walk up and said I ordered the combo you offered. the cashier was on her phone and looks up says no it doesn't come with hashbrowns. Then started to get snippy. So I ask for the manager. I explained to the manager that I wanted the combo and didn't mind paying if the combo price was different. Then she explains to me that the combos don't come with coffee. I looked at her stupid and just left. Their staff is ignorant, useless, and lack any business ethics. Go here and your better off just tossing your money down the drain.

I went here with my daughter on friday 11/21/14. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! We placed our order and the girl already had an attitude. Then I got an XL coffee and it had coffee dripping on the sides when she put it on the counter my daughter asked if she can wipe the sides of the cup and the coffee girl does it with HER HAND. She seriously thought I wasnt going to say anything. Told her to make me a new one and she ignored me so another crew member did it. I WAS SO DISGUSTED I CANCELLED EVERYTHING AND GOT A REFUND. NEEDLESS TO SAY THE MANAGER AND SHIFT LEADER WHERE PRESENT AND DID NOTHING TO CORRECT THE SITUATION!!!!!!!!! STARBUCKS IS DEF MY NEW COFFEE PLACE.....

I go their everyday spend at least 3 dollars everyday always wait in long lines. Never have good ice cream asked for a flavor the owner told the manager she never ordered it this is the 79th street and Roberts road dunkin donuts. Ask to do a survey asked for the manager to contact me about my dissatisfaction twice no one contacted me.

This place is so dirty! I don't know how anyone could sit here and drink coffee, let alone eat. This place is a disgrace! I just wanted to buy a water/juice. I walked in looked around and immediately walked out. Didn't order anything and won't be back.

didnt have what i ordered so i ordered something else.....which they screwed up and then forgot the rest of my meal. called back and spoke with miriam who argued with me. i finally gave up and hung up. needless to say no breakfast for me and now going to mcdonalds instead

Ok, this is a review not so much about this particular location but about a lunch sandwich they sell called the Texas Toast Cheese Melt. The number 11 on the menu. It's two slices of cheese one american and one Swiss on two pieces of what could be white Wonder Bread texas toast style. It was $4.05. Because it was numbered on the drive in menu board I thought it was a meal. No. It's that much for just this sandwich. There's nothing special about it and it's a rip-off. Here's why, the difference in the price of a McDonalds hamburger and it's cheese burger is twenty cents. One slice of cheese -$0.20. The two cheese slices of the Duncan Donut Cheese melt are gonna cost around $.40. The bread maybe around $.20 a slice. Finally the brushed on butter maybe $.10. The total cost of the food materials is about the same as the charge for a McDonalds hamburger. But you will pay over 4 x the price of the hamburger!! At this price the cheese better be organic but I'm not holding my breath. Seems kinda idiotic to introduce products with prices like these because they don't nurture return customers. The ice tea I ordered was extra and it was strong and bitter. I hate that. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. Their donut line my be exceptional but the company has a way to go to to capture repeat fast food lunch crowds tired of burgers and tacos.

I ordered a ultimate omelet sandwich with bacon on a croissant with a medium black coffee. This sounds pretty explanatory right? Obviously it wasn't to the 110 year old toothless brain surgeon behind the counter. The adventure is about to begin... I had to explain my order twice to him before he even went to make my sandwich. Then when he came back he asked me again what size coffee I wanted. For the third time I told him a medium black. I ended up with a egg and sausage sandwich (that was still cold in the middle) and a medium coffee with cream and sugar. Maybe I should have wrote my order out too? Maybe I should have held a double barreled shotgun to his head. Maybe then he would have understood. The last time I will be here guaranteed as they messed up my order last time too.
