Had turkey sub and was very impressed. Fast service, they don't deliver.

Best Italian beef ever and big serving of cheese fries. Their lemonade and soup are also a great hit at my household. A great place to stop by and grab a bite in Joliet. Their prices and hours are also reasonable.

Tiny place that is more for takeout. I ordered a chicken pita that came with a beverage and French fries at the counter, and it only took a few minutes for them to call out my order. Everything was made fresh but a little lacking in flavor...fries were unsalted, and the pita could have used some kind of sauce. Lemonade with crushed ice was tasty, but boo on only serving Pepsi products otherwise.

Best gyros in Joliet by far! I love love love them! You are able to order ahead too!

This is a great little fast food place. The gryo's are the best in the area. You can even get a gryo sub sammy. I got the chicken and fish taco last night for dinner. The chicken one was very tasty. The fish was wonderful. The fish itself was just a some fried fish. But, then the added sauce and some peppers sent this little bit of food into yummy yummy land. I could have eaten 9 of these tacos. I can't wait to go back and get me some fish tacos from Subdock. The only thing I hate about this place are the doors. They are a b*t{h to open. There is some kind of super conductive sucking force that keep the doors shut. You will get your work out on opening these doors.

Such a hidden gem right down the street from us! Called on my way home from work and it was ready to go when I arrived 10 minutes later. The soup comes with soft, fresh bread that was delicious. I loved the gyro plate as well!! The poppers were okay. The customer service was great. The gentleman who helped me was so kind n friendly. I can't wait to come back!

Been going there for 30 years. Would have gave 5 stars but they changed their fries and lately they been running out of sausages. Still one of the best places to get a beef.

Very very good over all. The lemonades are on cue and I highly recommend the pineapple one. I get the chicken pita meal for only 6$ which is plenty enough to fill me up and the chicken is so tender and juicy!

Best Italian beef ever! Never had anything here that wasn't tasty and made right. Great staff and you can call in orders to avoid waiting in line. 5 stars all day.

Like everyone before me said it's a fast food place, they have just about anything you can want soups, subs, salads, burgers, pasta, Ribs, gyros,Chicken, etc. I think the quality is pretty good for a hole in the wall type place, it's not the cleanest place you have ever been into, but they treat you fair and the prices are good, it's worth it if your looking for a snack type place.

White haired older guy that works there is rude as hell. I asked him about the menu and he told me that he does not have time to answer my questions? Hello I am a customer? They have okay food, but its nothing original, just a bunch of fried fast foods, heat and eat foods, and these places come a dime a dozen. I will not ever waste my money here, and I left right after he did that.

My husband and I are always looking to try new places and my coworkers have been raving over this place, so we thought we'd give it a try. Right off the bat I was a little confused since the website says, Sub Dock, Family Drive In" and there is no drive in. Or Drive thru. Their menu is pretty extensive and offers lots of choices. I had the luxury of reading it off the website, while my husband, who picked it up, said that the menu inside is kind of hard to read. He said it's a very fast paced, "what'cha want?" kind of place so he felt pressured into ordering and ended up getting something he wasn't overly excited about. I ordered the corned beef brisket sub. It was OK. Maybe it was my own fault because I had high expectations of this place, but the sandwich was a little lacking. The bread was good, soft and tasty, and I enjoyed whatever their sub sauce is, but the corned beef was not corned beef brisket. It's more on par with the Carl Budding stuff you can get for cheap at the grocery store, not true corned beef. The swiss cheese? Also the cheap stuff. The processed singles kind of swiss cheese, not the hole-y kind you'd think of. My husbands Ruben was the same way. Both sandwiches were lacking on the amount of meat on them. The Ruben hardly had any sauerkraut on it, and it also had mayo on it. No 1000 dressing. It wasn't bad. Just not what you would expect a Ruben to be. The prices are reasonable, $10 for both sandwiches, so I guess you can't expect the highest quality. I can't say I'd seek this place out again, but if I were passing by and hungry, I'd come back and maybe give some of the other stuff on the menu a try.

The gem of Joliet. Strictly carry out, but oh so delish!!! Eat the gyro, it's one of the best I ever had.

Great soup. Good for fast food. Open late and quick when you call ahead.

I had a taste for soup, so a co-worker recommended this place. I had the chicken gumbo and it did not disappoint. Delicious. It's also open late, which is a plus for a 3rd shifter like me.

The food and service is OK here. They are pretty quick to have your order ready, and the place is pretty clean. The issue I have is the quality of food changes from visit to visit. Sometimes I go there and the food is so good, I crave it for the next few days. The next time I go, I can't forget how bad it was. They need to work on being consistent.

I love subdock. My favorite is the King Subdock with everything on it. The prices are decent and the place is quaint. They always have hot soup ready which I love and the fried mushrooms are awesome. I recomend this place to everyone.

The best place to get fast food --- from burgers, to chilly dogs to the awesome gyro's......and the prices are good.
