My kids like to come here because of the shakes. The food is average, but the service is always friendly. Depending on who makes your shakes/ concrete mixers, they might be really good or really watery. They're cheese curds are really good if you've never had them and they're food always comes out piping hot. Give them a try and see for yourself.

Food was good. I had the butter burger was a little disappointed I thought it was the same as windys double burger. The ice cream is always the best. And they do bring the food to the table.

Restaurant was clean, the food was good, and the staff was kind and accommodating. Shakes were creamy and the food was cooked to order and hot! We have zero complaints!

Love their Crinkle Cut Fries, always nice and hot in drive thru. Crispy Chicken sandwich is good too but the concrete mixers are great!! M&M and Reese Cup sooo good.

A-OK. Came through after dinner rush, ordered an Oreo Mixer. Paid. Received oreo mixer. Left. Ate Oreo mixer. It was delicious. All as was expected. No complaints.

A few Sundays ago, my wife & stopped here just to get ice cream for her and lemon ice for me and this place was a disaster. My wife LOVES Culvers, I think its just oay, I've eaten at more of these locations than I'd like to admit. I also think I can make a better burger than them, but that's another issue. Anyway we walk in and though its 60 degrees outside, this place in burning up in there, no A/C or nothing, feels like the kitchen. Only 2-3 teenagers working there and they are overwhelmed, no manager or anyone over 19 years old. We order our ice cream/lemon ice and after a long 5-10 minutes some half melted ice cream and lemon is brought to us. We went to eat outside to get some air because the place is so warm and stuff and the ice cream/lemon ice is now officially a drink without a straw, we deal with it and enjoy what we can and that's it. My wife emailed the company but got the address wrong (thought this was Plainfield not Joliet), and the Plainfield manager wrote back and then my wife recomplained to the Joliet manager, nothing. I think Culver's over expanded and its now starting to show in the inconsistency of their restuarants, but its fast food (though they call it fast casual), but you know what you're getting in these places and most of the time, it ain't good.

I stopped by this Culver's on the way to a friends house, I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, fries, and pop, The pork was one of the best I've ever had, it was quite a surprise for a fast food place, you got plenty of meat and it was well seasoned, the fries were salty and crisp making them tasty indeed, the pop, Pepsi, yes that is worth a star in itself, everyone seems to have acid coke, having Pepsi made me smile. McDonald's pay attention there's a new kid in town
