This location is very clean and I have not yet encountered any issues with the staff. I ordered my meal online and it was hot and ready and waiting when I arrived. The food here isn't bad. Its like mexican food without all of the fat (which makes it taste better). I like Chipotle as a good on the go semi healthy meal. It never disappoints.

3 stars. Here's why. We ordered online which I highly recommend because the line is entirely unpredictable. I didn't wait too long at the register but it would have been nice to be acknowledged as I awkwardly stood there. We ordered two burrito bowls, one specifically stating hot salsa and beans on the side. I received the bag of food and took a peek inside--lo and behold, no sides. It's printed on the receipt--did anyone bother to read this? Why have a "special instructions" box if it's just going to be ignored anyway? Whatever. We get home only to discover that the steak is practically pure rubber. Easily the lowest quality I've had since grade school, and from the looks of it this seems to be a common complaint. So beware of the steak. I'm not so sure we'll be back to test anything else out.

Very good Chipotle franchise. The staff is friendly, the line moves fast, clean restaurant, food seems fresher than most other franchises.

Not sure what happened to this place. It started out being very good and giving generous portions. Went there tonight and a steak was tough and meat portions tiny. I'll give it one more try and if it doesn't improve, I'm not going back.

The staff is very friendly. The men's room is spotless. That is a good sign. You can see all the staff cooking and prepping most of the food. The line moved a little slow, but that is expected, since the just opened up on January 29th. The food is just what I always expected. I have to remember to ask for limes and extra cilantro

WORST LOCATION AROUND. I ordered online and arrived at the time I had selected, the girl that worked there had no clue what was going on and kept giving me an attitude that it was not paid for yet and just kept staring at me when I would try to give her my card which irritated me since I did select pay in store. Then I got my food back to where I was going ( 10 min drive tops ) and my tacos were so soggy that the tortillas tore apart when you tried to pick them up and apparently they do not read the special comment box because I had asked for only a little bit of the hot salsa and there was so much it was almost too spicy to eat. This place sucks.. I'll drive the extra 15 minutes to the one where the staff is polite and they make an effort to be correct.

Horrible! Worst chipotle I have been to. First of all they don't put as much meat or anything for that matter on your burrito or bowl as other chipotles do. Makes me think either the owner is cheap or the staff is lazy. I do not want to blame the staff because they should have gotten trained better though. Change needs to happen ASAP.

Tables were filthy and portions were stingy compared to other locations ive been to. I got a steak bowl and it was all rice. Could not find a clean table. Only plus was staff behind counter was friendly . This was about 5th time ive been in this location and each time the portions have gotten smaller. For $10 and dirty tables i can go elsewhere. And the drink kiosk was DEPLORABLE with trash and spills

Oh yeah..... Steak burrito with salsa, black beans, brown rice, lettuce, sour cream and Guacamole. Load her up! Just like an other Chipotle. Always good

Good burrito, but way too pricey. $11 for a burrito and a drink??? I can get a better deal at a family run Mexican joint.

Let me start off with I was very excited to have a new Chipotle being built 3 mins away from where I live. If i'd known how my visit was going to turn out I would've saved myself the time and just gone to the one by the mall. First of all, the were so UNORGANIZED. The person who started my order ending up putting it down and started to do something else. When I went I had two orders so when I was telling them the condiments for one of my order I didn't even realize they hadn't even heated my corn tortillas on my second order! By the time I took my first bite at home my whole taco broke in half, and the tortilla was cold and just horrible!! They also didn't even add enough meat on my second order. Save yourself the trip and go to the one by the Joliet mall or somewhere else! No one knows what they're doing and there seems to be no leadership.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
