Update 1/2/13: I no longer approve of this location. Why, you ask? Because for the past 6 months I've been told their gift card machine is "offline". This is an inconvenience as I have to stop at a different location (closer to my home) which is always extremely busy in the morning! If this seems petty, you clearly don't understand the connection one may have with Dunkin Donuts.

It's hard for me to find fault in any Dunkin' Donuts. Honest. I very rarely place orders inside, as I am a drive thru girl. What I do like about this location is that it's convenient... right off the expressway and situated in the heart of a popular shopping area. I don't like that they charge you for certain extra items. The drive thru employees are courteous. But this is not a location I would drive out of my way for; I only buy coffee from here if I'm shopping or on my way to the nearby expressway.

In April I went through the drive thru to place my order. I was greeted at the speaker by a pleasant female whom asked for my order; I asked her to give me one moment as I was trying to get decide what myself and what my 13yo niece wanted. I wasn't delayed more than a min when a completely rude and ignorant woman came over the speaker stating "come on now this is a drive thru, if you don't know your order come inside" I stated excuse me? At which time she repeated " this is a drive thru" I stated ok, but no one is behind me so what's the difference. I proceeded to pull through to make my way inside when I changed my mind and took my business to Starbucks across the street where I was received in a much more professional way. I will not be returning to this location again..

I went to this location this morning to get a cup of hot chocolate and what I heard made me really think that the manager had no real sense of professionalism and class.This guy was yelling and carrying on and had no idea that his headset that he used to take orders was on and actually amplifying the entire rant out for not only myself, but other people in and outside the shop could hear as well. It made me really uncomfortable to know does this manager speak to his employees in the way he did when he was totally oblivious to airing a rant over the drive thru speakerbox. Only an idiot would yell what should have been a private conversation. It makes me think some managers have no real professional skills to know the appropriateness of what they say to an employee that doesnt catch a customer's attention.

Yikes some pretty bad reviews! Well i was here end of June, and as a California girl, i love dunkin donuts when i am further east! Came to this location since it was close to the house i was renting for the week, and i have zero complaints. The girl at the register was super friendly, the place looked clean and everything was fresh! We bought a dozen donuts including the World Cup special, some donut holes, an oatmeal, a box of joe and a couple of iced coffees. All delicious! Sure they forgot my oatmeal when we left but we went back inside for it. Aside from that it was peachy keen and i miss that coffee already!!

Impolite service, uneducated employees, and inefficiently managed. Used to go here all the time because of the convenience, service/quality was always sub-par. Today it was too much, and will not go here again. Drive-thru service is impolite and unfriendly. Inside, staff doesn't seem educated on the full menu (ex. Toasted Almond flavor, "turbo-shot" of espresso). It's not good if I have to explain to YOU your items. Manager left me waiting at the counter after taking my order to do another task. Just go to Starbucks down the street and save your gift card for another location.

I don't care what they say about DD. It's not good at all at any location. The donuts was really good/tasty and filling many years ago when they acutely made the donuts fresh in the store and not deliverd like they are now. It wasn't until they started to come out with breakfast/lunch items and fancy coffee drinks that the donuts became less quality/filling.

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. The guy gives me this watery half full oatmeal and when I give it back to him he looks at it and asks me what's wrong with it. Lol I couldn't help but laugh as I said, "Oatmeal is not supposed to look like this....sir".

My Review of Dunkin Donuts, an open letter: Dear Dunkin Donuts, I think about you all the time. I can't stand to be apart any longer. My mornings are always so empty when I wake up without you. I long for your steaming coffee, as it warms me in both the physical and emotional sense, comforting me, awakening my senses...convincing me that it's actually worthwhile to get out of bed. Your aroma, filling my nose with an indescribable sense of euphoria... It seems like just yesterday since I felt the sweet taste of glazed Devil's food on my lips. Devil's food...tempting me to do bad things. Unspeakable things. (Like eat 10 Munchkins for dinner.) Baby, please don't take that as a sign that I don't appreciate ALL you have to offer. Jelly-filled, Boston Creme, sprinkles...I want it all. I crave it all. If you're still having doubts that I'm playing for keeps, I promise that I will love and cherish your Munchkins till the day I die. They're a unique bunch...I can't find them anywhere else. So I beg you to think about it. Come out to California. No more months between us visiting each other. No more turning to Hostess just to fill a void, that, let's be honest, can be filled only by you. No more shady 3am visits and stumbling in like an obnoxious fool after a night of drinking. Wait, nevermind...you actually like that. I won't even talk about "gym" anymore because I know it makes you question my commitment. And we can live happily ever after out here, because damnit, I miss you! You're my boy, DD. Love, Alice
