This Jimmy Johns has improved a lot in the last couple of months. Before, the staff members were lacking in enthusiasm. Also, they used to charge $0.45 for a water cup. Thankfully, both of the above shortcomings have been eliminated. Presumably the management has improved or been replaced, as the new workers there always friendly, the place is squeaky clean and as mentioned in their radio ads "freaky fast"! The subs are tasty, plus there is the option to use whole wheat bread which is nice if you get tired of their (IMO) rather tasteless standard white bread. Try it sometimes, you might be surprised. Whenever I'm about to leave the building, the whole staff always says "thank you". Who knew what good customer service looks like when this is so rare. Good job team!

It's a Jimmy Johns so the food is what you come to expect. Nice and clean, friendly, super fast, and seating outside.

I don't know what it is about Jimmy's, but I can't get enough. This one just opened Fall 2008, in a primo location. We needed a Jimmy's in HIllside! This one is true to the JJ name: spotless inside, freaky fast service, and smiling faces. They also have patio seating when it's warm enough. Tip: Ask for the Repeater Eater Card. It's a buy 10, get 1 free card, but you have to ASK. Also, order the pickles, they are crisp and wonderful. My favorite, the #1 with a pickle halved. I share the other half of the pickle with whomever I'm eating with. mm. mm. good.

I love this location! I order from this location about once a week, and the delivery drivers are great (especially Mary!!). The food is great and more importantly-it arrives QUICKLY. There has been many a time I've placed an internet order at 11:45am and I will receive my food at 12 noon ON THE DOT. Every blue moon if I have a new driver bringing my food, they might forget something, but even then they are ALWAYS nice and apologetic about it. The prices are excellent and again, the food is great! I only wish that they had a greater selection of potato chips. I used to be a big Subway fan, but not anymore. Because of this location I really love Jimmy John's!

Typical Jimmy John's with the exception of extremely loud rock and heavy metal music. I'm all for loud music, or... at least I used to be. Wait a second... am I complaining about loud music? DAMN - I'm getting old.

Jimmy John's Hillside Delivery is truly freaky fast!!! Less than 10 minutes from order to delivery. I think this might be my new go-to order out place at my job. Only downside to my order- I paid for extra avocado and I barely got the normal amount of avocado. Not a huge issue in the long run, but kind of disappointing for a fatty like me : )

I had ordered Jimmy Johns for my office for about 17 people. It was a last minute decision and the food came fast which was much appreciated! I had signed for my order and provided tip in cash. Why the one star? Because they decided to take it upon themselves to add tip to my credit card slip without my knowledge. Really? On top of that I called the location to notify them and the "manager" said they would have it refunded. It's been almost two weeks and I have received nothing. Don't use this location for personal orders or company events.
