This is a great DD, they always get my order correct (which we all know is rare for a drive thru) they are quick and friendly. Sometimes it gets a little crazy in the parking lot/drive thru during rush hour, but over all my go to DD!

Great staff. Always quick and friendly. This is a very clean store. And you already know what Dunkin Donuts is, right? The parking lot is a little small but that's not really a problem as there is quick turnover.

As I woke up today, I had no idea what events awaited me. I just ate a moldy bagel, my coffee tastes like dirt, and I want to throw up. This location is horrible.

Since it's renovation a couple of years ago, this has been my go to place when I needed to write papers while working or after work. The staff is very nice and besides the music a little loud, I was able to attain the peace I needed to do my work and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee.

Yes, I'm a fan of this DD. This DD is conveniently located on my way to work so it's nice to get in and then get out and then back on the road again. The place is always fully staffed with helpful and friendly people. The donuts are always fresh and the guys from work haven't complained about them. They have seasonal donuts which I don't necessarily like but they do have them. My only complaint is that the parking is a little tight but then you don't eat a parking lot.

In a nutshell: Google can make cars drive themselves 1,000,000 miles with 0 accidents, but this Dunkin Donuts can't properly sweeten a coffee. The people that work the drive-thru are great on a personable level. Super friendly and orders are always correct. HOWEVER, there are huge issues with how this location prepares coffee. 1) What coffee purveyor doesn't know that sugar fails to dissolve in iced beverages? Other Dunkin locations are able to sweeten iced coffee. At this location, you end up with a quarter inch of sugar at the bottom of your cup. 2) Stir the sugar! Even in hot drinks, all the sugar is at the bottom of the cup. 3) If I order a flavored iced coffee at any other location, it is delicious. Here, it always tastes like sour burnt bacon. It's like corporate accidentally stocked this location with butter milk that only gets used on iced flavored coffee with cream. This is probably just a product of #1 above, but I felt it needed it's own callout. I don't go to Dunkin for the quality of the coffee. I go when I want sugary caffeinated goodness. Therefore, it's important to me that the sweeteners are handled in a manner that meets the most basic requirements of modern civilization.

Made a quick stop at this location on our cross-country road trip. After about 14 hours of driving nonstop and at 11pm, my husband and I both needed an energy jolt to keep us awake until we got to our destination. We were debating whether we should wait to find a McDonalds, but we decided this was closer. Going through the drive-thru, we were not greeted. In fact, we had to ask multiple times if anyone was even there. When the employee finally answered, we ordered a large vanilla latte with whipped cream. The employee repeated our order to us once, and then a second time: "Just to make sure, you said large vanilla latte with whipped cream." Alright, cool, this guy is triple checking, no big deal. Well, we get our large coffee and drive off. A few miles down the road, I take a sip. Black coffee, no sugar, barely any cream and no whipped cream. You would think after repeating our order to us twice that they would get it right. Nope. Oddly enough, we were still charged for a vanilla latte with whip. Next time, we'll stick to McDonalds.

What you'd want from a fast food place: efficient, clean and polite. Conveniently, they achieve efficiency without making you feel rushed either. The front counter girl was a bit soft spoken, though, which made her hard to hear.

Re-Newed. Clean. Colorful. Happy. Donuts and More! Of course we had to be at the grand re-opening of Dunkin Donuts on Skokie Valley Road! This place has always been a favorite pit stop with the boys...a reward for being *good* helpers at home. Last week they were really lucky boys, because after having s'mores from the Downtown Highland Park Holiday Shopping bonanza, they reminded us that we promised to take them to their DD. Sugar rush x 2! What the heck. A midday stop on a Saturday, their donut case was actually full for a change! I'll be curious to see if this is because they made extra goodies for their special day (stay tuned for an update on that one). Bright, cheerful and comfy like Starbucks, there are a few changes one can't miss: - Added glass case next to the register with fancier baked cookies and pastries. - A new kiosk with prepackaged coffee bean goodness. - More low table seating with comfy club chairs. - Still the same clean bathrooms. - 31 Flavors moved to the right hand side. I look forward to spending more time at this place now, but of course the boys will have to keep it up with their 6-year old helping hands. Oh, I forgot to mention DD remains open 24 hours!
