This is your average Six Flags food. It's regular burgers, ice cream, and chicken tenders. Nothing special. The service was SLOW. I had to wait in line for about a half an hour. Go quicker next time, Six Flags! Plus, there is another Johnny Rockets in the park! The food was just okay. I like Six Flags' chicken tenders, but you can have the same taste at other food stands in the park. All in all, it's your average food stand at Great America. I might come back.

My review is exactly the same as the other 1 star reviews. Burger, fries, and onion rings were inedible, but since we paid over $50 for two burgers and a chicken strip meal, and the fact we were starving, we choked it down. They didn't provide lids for the fountain drinks, which means if you want to take drinks with you, you'll need to purchase their souvenir cups if you want a lid. And there are no refills on the regular cups anyway. The service was non-existent. Ketchup packets were like bars of gold. It's safer to fill up on funnel cakes and soft pretzels and stay away from this place. It needs to be shut down.

The cost here is high but you are eating onsite. The burgers were badly overcooked but my MIL liked her chicken fingers. The onion rings are very good and they give you large portions. We got there before 12 PM and walked right in, still waited for 10 minutes for the food that did not reflect changes from their "normal" meal. A family of 4 should expect to pay around $50 for lunch.

Worst service I have ever received in any restaurant. They opened 10 mins late even though there were several people waiting outside and employees where just standing there talking to each other, not doing anything. the food was really expensive for how much you get, but thats to be expected in 6 flags. when we finally got the attention of a girl who was busy flirting with one of her coworkers long enough to ask for barbecue sauce with our order, she looked around, didn't see any, asked him, he shrugged, and she just said "well, i guess we're out." went back a few mins later to ask someone else and they gave us some. everyone was really rude and too busy goofing off with each other to do their jobs probably. The cashier was the only one who actually seemed nice and competent.

SO SLOW. I am currently typing this from the line I have been in for 20 minutes. This line is longer than some of the rides. Why does it always seem like the person at the register doesn't know what they are doing? Are we not training them anymore? Ugh.

First when we entered the restaurant, the line was super long and it didn't look like there were many workers available, but we decided to stay; our first mistake. The only menu available before you get to the counter is on a tv screen which is far off to the right. Besides the fact it's barely visible, three fourths of the time it's just some flashing advertisement. The cashier didn't speak English well and messed up our order. The food took forever. Plus they definitely did not give you enough ketchup, or any at all unless you ask for it. The only reason it got the second star was because the food was alright. Other than that, it was ridiculously over-priced. You'd be better off getting your hand stamped and having a picnic in your vehicle.

Got there at 1:45 and had 4 separate orders. Did not receive 3 of the orders until 3:30 and a fourth one never came. Overpriced food that is not worth it.

Not even sure I can give a one star to this place. There were a couple of locations within Six Flags Great America, and when my wife said we were all meeting there for dinner, I was actually somewhat excited. I mean who can go wrong with classic burgers, fries (and onion rings) and chocolate and vanilla shakes, right? Well, Johnny Rockets can. The menu was minimal. Single burger with the works (lettuce, tomato, sauce) along with a combination of fries and onion rings. I was actually stoked (and hungry from walking about 9 miles throughout the day) to eat. Their prices were super high, about 13 for a double with fries (no drink) and 11 for a single. 12 for chicken tenders and fries, and about 7 for a shake. First the place was pretty empty, and I mean empty around 5:45 p.m. Never a good sign. I watched the couple at the front of the house, as well as what they were processing in the back of the house, and I knew I was in for nothing good. The shake kid was handling strangers 'refill cups' with the same plastic gloves he was using to handle my kids shakes, never good. I saw the burger makers handling sodas, while heading to the back and handling the burgers. Never good. I kept an open mind. Getting the burgers and chicken about 6 minutes later, I knew it was not freshly made. Again, an open mind. Returning to the table, the fries and onion rings were not seasoned. I noticed everyone did not even finish half of their burgers, fries, chicken, or onion rings. Not good. I bit into the double, and thought, what the heck? Soggy tomato, along with unseasoned patties? 13 dollars? Are you kidding me? No wonder why people leave the park to go back to their cars to eat store bough subs, or pre-packed pb&j sandwiches. The fries, the same. No salt, and the oil that they were cooked in was super nasty. No kidding. I had a family member come over to me and ask what that was. I said it was most likely dirty oil. The onion rings, the same. The only thing that people finished, well mostly finished, was the shakes. I'll never return there at the park again. It's not surprising why so many people at Six Flags walk around with soft pretzels as this place should leave the park.
