The minute I walked in was acknowledged by the staff. I ordered and food was brought to my table. They no longer have spinach without cream for some reason they discounted it. The turkey was not dry but the vegetables could have looked better. Will be back it's the closes location to me.

I've always been a fan of Boston Market, and haven't had it in quite awhile so I was looking forward to reuniting with their delicious comfort foods. However, upon ordering from here, I can see now that their food quality has gone far far downhill. Not sure if it was this specific place or just in general. I ordered a turkey carver sandwich and all I could taste was mayo. It overwhelmed everything else. On top of that, it was an unpleasant luke warm, wet texture. For what you pay for a sandwich, you might as well go somewhere else. Overall, the quality is definitely not how it used to be. And I would not be going back again.

If you are a true fan of Boston Market, try the Boston Market in Waukegan. It is totally different than the one in Gurnee. Food is fresh, perfectly prepared to your specifications and piping hot. Customer Service is superb. The Gurnee store is a disgrace to the chain. It is a shame how they have damaged the stellar reputation of Boston Market in the area.

Always enjoy the chicken here but tried the ribs for the first time tonight and the ribs are amazing!

Just visited the Gurnee Boston Market (haven't been in a while). I'll be back! The service was amazing, so was the food! Since I was dinning in they served the food on real plates with real silverware, pleasant surprise, plus our food was brought out to us and the employees came out to check on us. The food was good: the brisket was one of the best I've ever had (and I'm picky about my brisket).

This was the worst food I think I've ever paid for! It was luke warm and tasteless. The staff was nice but they were the only pleasant thing about this resturant. Just awful and to top it off there was a hair in my sons kids meal, on his rotisserie chicken drumstick. I will never go back unfortunately:-(

I always get their turkey carver. It is good. I just like turkey, cheese, lettuce and tomatoe on it. For some reason, they always find a way to place the sauce on it and mess it up. I would have given them another star but the gentleman is a bit inattentive. Anyways, the sandwich and side of spinach is a good combo.

After a bit of a miscommunication this Christmas Eve we were going to be left with turkey but no side dishes for Christmas dinner with my relatives. Thankfully, these guys were open Christmas Day and we were able to get what we needed last minute. For having to work on a holiday the staff was very fast, efficient, and friendly. I'll definitely make a point of going back again.

Pretty good rotisserie chicken and very good sides here. Table service is a notch above what you expect for a fast food chain. There's new Tuscan chicken with finished with herbs or tasty sauces like barbecue and chili garlic added complimentary. There's a health consciousness to the menu I appreciate with fresh vegetables highlighted.

A nice, simple restaurant which serves wholesome comfort foods such as chicken, BBQ pork, turkey and ham... along with sides such as sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, spinach, corn and mac-n-cheese. You can either have pieces and parts of chick/pork, and they have a few sandwiches. For me the draw to this place is the way you can get a family style meal for a family of 3, 4 or 5. The family of 4 comes with 1 and a quarter chicken, four sides, corn bread and for just $2 more an entire pumpkin or apple pie. T There is a small, but nice dining area so you can eat your meal right there or have it to take home. The nice thing about eating there is they actually give you real plates and metal forks & knives to use! Then, after you finished eating they clear the table for you... a nice no-hassel meal indeed and giving you extra time to spend talking with your family.

Horrible! Food was cold, servings were very small, and they forgot to give me 5 items!!! When I called to tell them I want my card reimbursed for these missing items the manager laughed.

Placed an order by drive thru, had 2 gift cards and used both because the first card did not have enough on it. The cashier, georgina (name on my receipt) tried to pull a fast one and gave me the wrong gift card (0 bal) and kept the other one. Second time this has happened at this location, so before driving off i looked at my receipt nd the numbers did not match. It was obviously intentional since the card w/ the bal. was sitting on the register not in trash. Really? This is a crime!
