Love Starbucks but this location doesn't seem to have that the service you've come to expect. Anytime I go through the drive thru I am use to "how are we doing today" "what can we make for you" and lil bits of small talk This location is more direct and to the point. I come to Starbucks for a better coffee / drink experience Tweak the customer service a bit and everything would be great!

Every time I am in this Starbucks, I have a great experience with either the staff, the food or the drinks I get. Although they always seem rushed, they do a good job of getting you your stuff quickly. I am a gold member with Starbucks so I get free refills. I am here quite often so now whenever they see me low on coffee, I am asked if I want a refill. What lovely service! Going back to my last review, which happened to be my first review ever written on Yelp... This Starbucks as good as it gets and I will certainly continue to come here whenever I am in the area. Highly recommended.

Not the friendliest Starbucks I've ever been too. They seem to always be rushed and are simply a "what can we get you" type of experience. When I go to a Starbucks I like to feel as if it's better then going to your average place. Other Starbucks locations make it an experience that makes you feel welcomed even through the drive through. This location, not so much.

I work out of a hand full of Starbucks locations on my days out of the office and I love this location. It's my favorite. Great staff... Friendly, learn names quick, care abt your order, takes time to educate those new to Starbucks. Sampling... This Starbucks is always sampling stuff! Overall it's a super clean location. They are ALWAYS cleaning! Marty is my favorite barista. This location has had significant turn over in the last 2 years but glad he's still there!

Conveniently located drive-thru, although not as fast / efficient as the location I reviewed in Gurnee. Also, my coffee could have used a bit more cream (just plain and simple Pike Place roast drip - no sugary fabrications here). But no complaints :-)

Parking is difficult at this location, so your best bet is to go through the drive thru. Starbucks recently changed their Lemon Loaf, which was always one of my favorites. Different shape and size and no more frosting!

Ok, let's get the parking situation out of the way first... there is a total of 6 "real" parking spots and a few creative places to park. I'd say 8 cars MAX can fit in that lot. Other than that, I think the staff is friendly the wait is minimal and the coffee is always perfect.

Starbucks is Starbucks...I love the drinks and if you go inside, the drinks are fast and the service is friendly. If you are lucky enough to squeeze into a parking spot that is... Parking here is waaaaay to small and considering I have a bug truck, it's not too friendly. Agree with a previous review that the chit-chat at the drive-up window sometimes can be a little irritating.

The food and drink are what you'd expect from any Starbucks. Friendly service. A few hangups though. - Like the reviews before stated, parking situation is terrible. Too few spots. Even when the parking lot is full you'll notice that there are plenty of seats to be had inside the restaurant. And going inside is the way to go, it is always faster (at least for me as I inevitably get stuck behind the person ordering eight drinks in the drive-thru) - when they mess up orders, they are usually not quick to own up to it and/or comp the customer - they do not salt the sidewalk. at least the one day I went when it was extremely icy. I was told that they contract that responsibility out to the plow service who doesn't show up until 11am (!!). so be careful in the winter.

I was in this Starbucks on Christmas day. They have a hard working, cheerful, and friendly group of young people working there and they deliver the best tasting mocha I have found. I have had bad mocha at other locations and also distracted, unfriendly servers. The Grayslake Starbucks has all the good stuff. Good job!

I was in this Starbucks on Christmas day. They have a hard working, cheerful, and friendly group of young people working there and they deliver the best tasting mocha I have found. I have had bad mocha at other locations and also distracted, unfriendly servers. The Grayslake Starbucks has all the good stuff. Good job!
