This place is getting 2 stars, though I'm tempted to give just one. I've had a handful of "okay" experiences and only one really good experience. The rest have been downright awful. Most days I'm lucky to get a "good morning" or a "thank you" from the employees at the drive-thru window. Usually I'm the one saying "good morning" and "thank you" and I'm greeted with silence in return. I know what it's like to be in the business of customer service and even when someone is rude to me, I would never think to not thank them for their time. I however, have never once even been rude to one of these employees, so I'm not sure what the problem is. I think they are just generally unpleasant people. Or perhaps unhappy with their jobs. I'm sure the employees at Starbucks don't necessarily love their jobs either, but they always put on a happy fact and it keeps me frequenting their locations. The drive-thru gets a lot of business in the morning. I'm sure people are not happy that they have to wait 10 or 15 minutes for their coffee. Still a simple thank you could go a long way. Common courtesy seems non-existent at this location. I've noticed customer service as a whole at Dunkin Donuts is lacking, but this location takes the cake. At least at some of the other locations that I visit, I can get a thank you, even if it seems forced.

I give 5 stars for their coffee it is so much better than stbucks.. But when I got an iced coffee a few weeks ago I had way to much milk and not enough coffee..

This DD is great to walk over from Park Place while waiting for your car to get washed. It also doubles as a baskin robins to get some ice cream treats!!

I've be a drive thru client for almost 3 years now, most of the time its the same 3-4 people at the window and they are always nice and polite. I like seeing the familiar faces every morning with a smile and a thank you.

Excellent customer service! The coffee is hot and the food is as well. There is plenty of space for seating considering that it is a very small Dunkin Donuts. Fast and efficient! Keep up the excellent work!

The young lady at the counter was fairly rude to my wife and I when we hesitated a little on what to get. I understand it sucks for you to be working on a Sunday morning, but I am a customer, pshh. It's pretty cramped in there and there is no place to sit so apparently you have to get your food/drink and leave right away. They do have a drive-through (I always thought that was weird for a donut shop...what is our laziness coming to?) I would rather go to the Gurnee location where they see more customers and treat them better

Always had positive experiences here. Donuts are fresh, coffee is good, service is good. For those comparing this location to Gurnee, you probably should know the franchise locations are owned by the same family and the employees swap between the two locations. So, uh, that's awkward for you now, right? Right. Carry on.

It's been a while since I have gone to a DD, but after an earlier disappointment for breakfast plans, they came up along our route. I saw that they had an apple fritter and was sorely disappointed. Te me, an apple fritter has apple chunks folded into the dough - not here - big clumps dough without a trace of apple in it other than a glob of sugary sweet canned apple pie filling - yuk.

Employees deny Burnt Coffee! Came in this morning with my daughter for donuts and a iced coffee. Which we decided to sit down for. I was gonna try to drink the horrible burn tasting coffee I was given, but after a couple off sips I simply couldn't stomach it. So I went back up to the counter where I told the two women behind the counter that my coffee tasted burnt. They decided to try and argue with me and say that the coffee is fine. It's iced, it can't taste burnt. They didn't burn it because it's iced and there is nothing they will do about my horrid coffee. Employees usually at least try to fix a problem but not here. Needless to say I was offered no refund or even a replacement coffee. I ended up dumping it in the trash as I walked out the door. Such rude employees, I won't be going back again.

Service was great. Very pleasant. Donuts were old and stale. I know this is not a bakery. I know what to expect when I go here but this visit lowered the bar further. You can go to Jewel at night and if they have donuts left they may not be super fresh but they are just fine. Here tonight the donuts were hard and stale. Had to be from yesterday. Inedible. It's bad enough that the quality is pretty low but serving old low quality donuts is a good way to lose business. That's it for me. Plenty of chances. I'll never buy donuts from here again. Coffee was fine.
