Service is whatever. The pizza is cheap though and it's great for the pricing. The portions are large and cheesy :) It will be 2 bucks well spent. The ravioli is good too. Anyways, cheap and good pizza, open late. Stop expecting to be treated like royalty, its a friggin pizza place that sells $2 slices and canned drinks... Good enough for 4 stars.

Best thin crust pizza on the north shore. Their service has gone down a bit, but the pizza is hands down the best. Well worth it.

Ordered beef and sausage combo sub. it was ok. I really want to like small places like this, but its my fault for ordering a sandwich instead of pizza. I think its a pretty decent place, they look like they really cook the pizza to be crispy, so its not a gooey pizza. I saw other peoples pizza, so you have to like that kind or its gonna be too "dry" for most people. I will give it another shot when i am there.

I grew up here in Glenview, and Jake's pizza was a standard back then (a looong time ago, seriously...). Now that I've moved back, it's nice to know that Jake's is still around, pizza is still great, and remains one of my family's favorites.

I have been eating Jake's Pizza for over 30 years now, but just recently relocated. This is really thin crust pizza and was the same as I remember but there are a lot of great pizza places around now. Had some of their non pizza items and they were ok. Was inexpensive which is good when trying to feed the kids.

Awful customer service. This makes me so sad, as they are #1 on the calzone list! I called to order two taco salads and a broasted chicken dinner. I started listing the particulars on the taco salads and the guy said in a rude voice "Why don't you just tell me how many taco salads and we'll get to the details later." Wow. So then I gave him the first set of details (no onion, no jalapeno, salsa and ranch on the side). Okay. I started to give him the second set and he interrupted me, saying, "We're just going to make them both like that." I was flabbergasted. And what showed up was not salsa; it was some weird, thin tomato sauce. And the broasted chicken dinner was a D+. I told my team that we are not ordering from them anymore. I cannot deal with this level of nastiness and incompetence. I MAY occasionally get their calzone on my own.

We ordered from Jake's Pizza for the first time last night. The food was really good! The pepperoni tasted great - it had the right amount of kick to it. We also liked the flavor of the ribs. The bottom of the tiramisu was a little bit frozen but it still tasted really good. I'll definitely order from here again.

Ordered from here for the first time the other day. The prices are super reasonable (plus they had some coupons posted on their website) We got a pan pizza and the quality was great. Very tasty and delivery was pretty quick. I would order again!

DO NOT GET PIZZA BY THE SLICE!! For lunch I ordered a slice of pepperoni and a slice of sausage and boy what a mistake I made. Out of the 2 slices, the pepperoni was the only decent slice, not great!! I strongly believe that they reheat the same pizzas from the day before. The cheese on the sausage slice was SOO DRY and practically tasted like glue. Also, it seems as though they try to slap some grease on the slices to make them look like they were just freshly baked. This was my 3rd visit because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but each time I am disappointed. I would suggest just ordering a whole pizza instead.
