I love dunkin' donuts but unfortunately this location doesn't have the best customer service. After repeating ourselves multiple times at the drive thru, they still managed to get my order wrong. I also didn't appreciate the employee's tone of voice as he was asking us questions. Regardless, dunkin makes the greatest 'everything' bagel.....even if I wanted veggie cream cheese instead of regular.

Coffee is ok. Service is awful, store is no clean at all. Assistant manager show poor skills to deal with a simple order. NEVER AGAIN....

Seriously?? Can i please make an order? I almost had to beg the staff to take my order. On the third try she decided to stop talking to her coworker and responds "I'm waiting for you" wtf? Their conversation was " No he's not going to pay me if i stay because he goes by the schedule" Uhm is that more important than taking your customers orders?? Whoever "he" is, i hope you read this and realize your location is falling apart. Worst staff EVER.

i literally drink DD's coffee on a daily basis, so I am a great judge of their coffee. i come to this location 3-5 times a week before work and order a regular coffee. For some reason, their regular coffee tastes horrible. It does NOT taste like DD coffee. I could not even drink it today. I am not the type to complain, but I really don't understand why their black coffee tastes so bad. Are they possibly not using real DD coffee? It's odd that out of the last 5-8 times I've ordered there, the coffee has been nasty. WHY?!

Too many memories here, this is where you take that semi-attractive chemistry lab partner from second period when you need a serious DTR because your friendship has taken a romantic turn. So next thing you know, you're buying two coffees with cream/sugar, a couple chocolate long johns, and off to the Flick Park swings to hammer out whether you're going to take this relationship to the next level. Like Cinnabon at Northbrook Court kind of level. But alas, times have changed and so have I. The nostalgia is still here but last night the long johns and coffee quality were no where to be found. It will always be 5 stars in my heart though.

Good luck if you go through here in the early evening. I've been to many Dunkins and am typically satisfied to delighted. I'm giving this a one star not just for the child-like rudeness of Ashlan (I had to ask her twice to write her name down on the receipt, she knew she had been rude) but also for the clueless manager who hired her. I give her a $20 bill for a $6.27 bill. Her window snaps shut and she walks away. I honked. She looked directly into by eyes. Then kept walking away. It was bad enough she acted flaky when she walked away without giving me change or telling me she'd be right back, but to acknowledge that she hears be honking and still elects to continue walking away is childish. I continued to honk and it took her quite a long time to come back to the window. She explained she needed change. I asked why she simply did not say that. She told me she DID, but her window was closed and I did not hear her. She further explained that she thought I was honking about something that might be happening in the parking lot. (??? - So she still ignores the situation?). Someone this "flat" in her customer service is not someone who is having a bad day. She's not plugged in.

I don't get this Dunkin' Donuts. I have never had an order correct when I walk into the store. I get plain cream cheese instead of veggie, too much sugar in my coffee (to the point of making it take like I'm drinking sugar), and just rude service from people who barely speak English. It also takes 10 minutes to get a bagel and cream cheese. Once, I ordered bagels with tubs of cream cheese for work. When I took it out of the bag at work, I realized they gave me a tub of used cream cheese that they probably used in the store! On the other hand, I always get quick, attentive, and accurate service from the drive thru. Shouldn't it be the other way around? I am almost done with this place.

i ordered the food with coupon 1 dollar off,,then i noticed the price different on cashier machine,,i asked cashier if she did include 1 dollar off,,her facial expression was rude and say WHAT??? i was shocked,,and asked for my coupon back,,she did and i left the place quickly...i will never go back that donut dunkin location again...

They have no concept of customer service at this location. I ordered iced coffee today and it was too sugary and bland and when I politely told them that, the staff responded rudely. I used to be a regular at this location since it is located right across the street from my house, but I will be visiting another Dunkin Donuts several blocks away from now on.

We have been going to this Dunkin Donuts every Sunday morning for about 4 years and have been extremely happy overall. They have just recently remodeled which has made them even better! There is one lady who is especially wonderful and friendly who almost always remembers our orders and ALWAYS has the most charming smile and demeanor!! The coffee is excellent and always HOT HOT HOT. They throw in extra munchkins. Great folks.
