Everything was up to par as far as freshness, taste and quick and service with a smile, however, I made the mistake of going through the drive through. You've got to monitor these employees in the amounts they are serving you. I ordered the dill potatoes as well as did my niece. She got 11 potatoes and they must of run out or something on mine cause they put 4 small ones as my side! And that is my favorite. I give 3 stars because my bill was pretty high and I was really disappointed. And no my niece did not share!

I don't usually review chain fast food restaurants as they usually only satisfy the 'fast food' need. The rest of the experience is typically lacking. But our dinner last night at Boston Market was so good that I felt I had to give them my feedback. Everyone in the restaurant actually seemed to appreciate our business and went out of their way to make sure everything met our expectations. The menu selection and process can be a little intimidating for first-timers or seniors but they couldn't have done a better job at making my 85 year old mother feel at ease with the whole process. They actually brought our food to the table including drinks, and explained that they would clear the table when we were through. In fact, I didn't even see a trash can in the dining area. The manager stopped by to check on us and, as promised, someone came by and cleared the table. Everyone enjoyed their food (turkey, chicken, and Caesar salad). Everything was hot and fresh (ok, the salad was cold and fresh). These are tough times for restaurants and I applaud this Boston Market for going the extra mile. We'll be back!!

Great fast food, much healthier than burgers and fries! They started semi serving food at tables, kinda weird. I liked the old system better. Employees seem very friendly!

Very nice experience at "Boston Market" in Geneva today. We went in at lunch time looking forward to the Tuscan Chicken. But due to a large phone-in order earlier in the day, there was no white meat available. Bummer. But the manager, Heather, sensing our disappointment graciously offered to pay for our lunch. She checked in with us as we were finishing up our meal and apologized again and couldn't have been nicer. She really made us feel like valued customers. What's more, the meatloaf (which I never would have ordered if the chicken had been available) was delicious!

We recently visited this Boston Market late one evening. The server was helpful and friendly and the food was hot and very tasty. Thanks for serving two very hungry people right before your closing time. We will return!

Poor Boston Market. Once the darling of quick serve concepts, it seems to have faded itself into small locales and last resorts. However, after loading up the vehicle with meat from Ream's, we were starving and stopped at this particular Boston Market (11/16/08) because it has a drive through. We ordered up one rotisserie and a side of cinnamon apples. They cut the chicken and put it in some nice foil-lined bags/containers which keeps the juices flowing. It was very good and fell off the bone. It's still only a-ok though as they haven't really changed a thing since the late 90's. Then again, I guess it's still working for them a bit.
