The best hand tossed sausage and cheese pizza I've had in 10 years. Been ordering thin crust from here for years and never thought to ask if they offered hand tossed since it's not on the menu (they were apparently a little confused by what I meant when I asked, doesn't seem to be a common request). But I'll be damned if it wasn't exactly what I've been craving for so many years. I'm never gonna order from any other pizza place again.

Good food (pizza slices, chicken sandwich, fries) OK service Worst absolutely worse wings I have ever had though.

This pizza place has been open since my childhood, and I would protest when my mother wanted to order it because it wasn't the best option in the area, and still isn't. She would order this because it was cheaper, and I was a little a**hole that didn't care. Still am. However lately I've rediscovered them through their economical pizza slices ($1 and some change before 4pm). I don't know why but ordering a whole pizza from here sucks, but their slices are pleasing. A good choice for grabbing a slice during lunch. But for anything else, hit up Grand Stand if you care about the people you're feeding.

This is a text book hole in the wall but great food kinda place. Fellow yelpers make sure you check in here for a special treat. This is gotta be one of my top five pizza places. (Gotta mention I'm a thin crust lover). The sauce is great with a bit of sweetness to it. The sausage is really good stuff but the cheese sticks are the best I've ever had. Highly recommend them. They have huge pizzas if you are hosting a good get together with buds. And they sell frozen pizzas for a cheaper price. The only downfall I'd say is their customer service can be lacking at times and maybe seen as a bit rude but it's totally worth the pizza!

The food was OK for thin crust pizza but this place needs some serious professionalism. Workers were rude to each other and yelling at each other. This is not a way to act in front of customers. It made our visit very uncomfortable and awkward. To the employees: grow up and act professional!! Will not be coming back here

I've gotten Nick & Bruno's a few times here and there when I'm at a convention in Rosement. The first time I got it was ...nearly a decade ago? I was pretty happy with it, and I don't normally like thin crust pizza, so I ordered a few times after that. Wanting to relive some nostalgia, I got Nick and Bruno's delivery last weekend. Prices are a little high, but I don't know how they compare to other prices locally. The pizza is about as good as I remember. Nothing amazing, but still just about the only thin crust pizza I'll willingly eat. I hate biting into a slice of thin crust pizza and having all the cheese come off with it. I don't have that problem here. Delivery wasn't the fastest, but they did come exactly when they said they would. My only other complaint would be that the pizza is pretty greasy. Oh well. I'm rarely in the area these days, but I definitely like to order from Nick & Bruno's when I have a chance.

Ordered a monster size pizza the other night and an order of garlic fries. The crust was very crisp and was even tasty and I don't often mention a pizza crust being tasty. Plenty of cheese and toppings, but the sauce wasn't all that great. Still, it was a good value. The garlic fries weren't the greatest and I wouldn't recommend ordering them.

First timer. Not really a thin pizza lover but decided to try this spot out on a very hungry day. I ordered a small pizza with hot peppers and other toppings and they put sooooooo many hot peppers on there that I had to pick them off but besides that the pizza was bleh just bleh. I also ordered a beef they forgot my auju sauce on the side that I requested and it was not good at all. Money wasted both pizza and beef ended up in the garbage

Great thin crust with just the right amount of toppings!!! I agree with what Jose G said about the mozzarella sticks. Never seen anywhere anyone have Mozzerella sticks like that. They are long rectangles with great sauce to dip them in. Their prices are very good especially if you have coupons to use. Garlic dressing for the salad is the best!! Take it from me, if your a thin crust lover this place blows Grandstand pizza out of the water!! Actually get my pizza cooked well done and it comes very crispy but the toppings are not burnt. They know how to throw it down!!!

True story: the ribs are actually some of the best anywhere. I know, right? And those fries! (Yes, solid pizza, too. Great sauce, but ditch the (canned) mushrooms.)

The food is decent. The people who answer the phone are so rude and always have an attitude. It is like they are doing you a favor. Their prices have gone up a bit too. Try Mr. Beef on Harlem for better pizza at a cheaper price. And they are always super nice there.

I lived in Franklin Park for about 15 years and it was my favorite pizza place. When I visit my mom in Elmwood Park, I stop here and grab one for us. The area has a lot of really good options for pizza, but this was my favorite. And for lunch the 99 cent slices CANNOT be beat! Same Italian guys forever, never speaking better English, but always gets your order right! It's take-out only

The lady who takes the orders was a total asshole. Enough said. I left. I'm basing this review soley on customer service. Didn't get to try the food because the service was so bad. She acted like she was doing me a favor. That's a great example on how NOT to run a business. You can have the best food in the world but if you treat customers like crap that's how your business will be seen as. Crap.

Great pizza, but sub par service. Stopped by after work to pick up my pizza and seafood platter that I had ordered 20 min before. I was told it would be 15 min ended up being closer to 40 min. When I got there they had my pizza ready but someone forgot about the seafood platter. After a some bickering among the employees and 25 min later I received my order. Grandstand had a better overall experience (and a free soda) but Nick and Bruno's has a better crust on there pizza.

This is another epic Mom and Pop hole in the wall that is Chicago quality and makes me happy-happy. There is a particular easy pizza to make, damn near impossible to make right, which is also my all-time favorite... no surprise there... one which I judge anyone who makes pizza by... the dreaded sausage and Italian roast beef pizza... it is so hard to get this right... making sure the pizza is cooked all the way through, without drying out the roast beef or the sausage. I'm pleased to say that Nick and Bruno's is the only place I have ever been that nails this pizza each and every single time... is it skill, talent, luck or all of the above? I don't know, but the fact they can nail it seemingly effortlessly melts my mind... I bow to their superior pizza making skills... I'm not worthy. Do they sell other items? Yes, can I name any? Nope, I'm just in it for the pizza. This is primarily a takeout style pizza joint and it is extremely popular, which mean kind of long wait times, typically when we call it's 25 - 35 min, however we have had a few 90 min (granted both times were during a power out and they were one of the few places with any electricity)... do I bitch or act a fool? No, 'cause I know the pizza is well worth the wait. I can honestly say that after 5 years and probably close to 100 pizzas, we have only had 2 problems, which were corrected without any problems. One time the new guy on the phone got our order wrong and the other time another new guy accidentally gave us the wrong order, like I said both times the problem was corrected without any problems... outside of having to wait for our order to be re-made. Oh, one side not before I go... these are really nice people, but they do get a lot of phone orders and they try to get through them as quickly as possible, which can at times make them sound short or fairly unpleasant... I watched the poor dude on the phone, how he can take all those calls without going insane is beyond me.

This place is great. everything I have had has been good. Only thing I didn't like was the italian beef it didn't have any flavor. That being said I urge people to order from here. The meatballs are great, the panzerotti's are one of the best in chicago, the eggplant is perfectly made the pizza never fails. they have good coupons and daily specials. We had my nieces party catered from here and everyone was complimenting the food. We got 3 of the monster pizza's fried chicken and potato wedges. All came hot on time and driver was very nice. The owner took coupon off for each pizza which we didn't ask he did it on his own. That's grade A service. those potato wedges were so good they are seasoned and breaded they taste great. There is a worker there that seems to have an attitude on the phone and in person but coming from working in the restaurant business for 15 years it happens to all of us. She got to talking to us when we picked up food and was joking around and was really nice. I tell everyone to go here for the value and great food here, keep up the good work!

Ordered from here for my son's birthday party that was yesterday. Placed my order a day ahead and they were very accommodating. I was able to pay when I ordered and include a tip so anyone at the party was able to accept the delivery, which was very helpful. The pizza arrived exactly on time (which was awesome because the location was not easy to find), was hot, the order was correct and everyone raved about how good it was (kids and adults alike)! Overall great experience and we will definitely order from here again!

This pizzeria/restaurant is next door to our taekwondo school so sometime they come in handy when we're pressed for time between my class and my daughters. They have a full menu that includes sandwiches and pizza. The Eggplant Parmigiana Sandwich was very good. The combo came with fries and a can of soda for about $5. They also sell pizza by the slice for 99 cents before 4pm so and a can of RC® (85 cents) and that make a pretty good lunch. Now they have two tables inside (and one outside during the summer) so there isn't much room to have your meal there. This is mainly a take-out/delivery place. The last time I ate here I had a personal 8" thin cheese pizza and a can of soda for about $4.00. The pizza is good and thin, not too crispy and the cheese was tasty and thick. This is a must try place for anyone in the neighborhood.

I thought the pizza was good, not the best I have ever had. The service was amazing. They have great deals for large groups. I needed five pizzas for my soccer team. Not only were the courteous, but they were very accommodating. They opened a half an hour early to have order complete.

The representative that answered the phone had such an attitude to the point of coming off as if I were bothering them but went with it all the way to almost giving my CC info but I could not handle it anymore and was so immensely turned off by the rep that I canceled my order and called Grand Stand instead (847) 451-0464 which does not carry one of my favorite toppings Ricotta but they are always more than pleasant.

Nick & Bruno's Pizzeria is a good place for some Italian eats. The young woman at the counter really goes out of her way to take and serve up our orders in a friendly way. She responds well to people who show some respect and courtesy. Some people come in and order with no personality, no smiling, and a poor attitude, and in such cases I totally understand if she doesn't bother to smile in response. Carry-out is best, but if you want to eat-in there's a table for 2 between the order/pick-up counter and the door. Seating for 3 people directly outside. Plenty of parking in a lot with other storefronts. Many Italian items. Really enjoy the eggplant parm sandwich - eggplant is thinly sliced with a subtle flavor, and the sauce is spicy, yummy, and plentiful! Order fries with your sandwich, and if you eat there the fries get served with a bottle of Heinz - that attention to detail makes me smile. They'll fry the eggplant directly out of the freezer, so you might wait 12 mins or so, but it's worth it! Namebrand bottled spring water - thank you. Sausage pizza slices are tasty, large, and loaded, and we enjoy the crust - fairly unique in texture. Just $12.00 @ lunch for 2 people!

This is my local delivery place. The thin pizza is decent, the sammies are good(Eggplant Parm on Garlic Bread is my favorite!) . Daily specials and your order always comes hot!!You also get coupons good for your next purchase with your order. You can eat in,but this is not really a sit-down place. Most orders are delivery or to go.
