Diabetics at Jamba Juice:
Eating good food at the right time can control your blood sugar, also stop you from craving wrong sort of food. Jamba Juice offers drinks in three separate sizes: 16, 24, and 32-ounce. You can choose the lowest serving size and cut down on sugars and calorie intake. If you're diabetic and concerned about the sugar intake, then you can opt for the smaller 9.5-ounce smoothies available for kids at Jamba Juice.
Foods to Avoid at Jamba Juice for Diabetics:
Jamba Juice is primarily known for its highly satisfying and nutritive smoothies and juices. Almost every smoothie and juice item on the Jamba Juice menu contains sugar. Diabetics are recommended to opt for smaller serving size while ordering at Jamba Juice. Also, avoid opting for creamy treats as all the smoothies offered in this category contain a load of sugars.
Keep the sugar content below 50g per meal at Jamba Juice and ensure that you don't follow it with a heavy meal. A small size regular smoothie is equivalent to a meal for everyone. Classic smoothies at Jamba Juice are also heavily loaded with sugars. Stay away from that section if you are a diabetic.

I love this place! Great place to get an excellent hamburger , the service was awesome our server was great. We had Great family night..

Horrible serivce!! Rude hostess, rude waitress, and after an encounter with the manager I can see why!! MANAGER had the worst attitude of them all !! Food was ok and beer was cold. But I can get better food and cold beer with great service somewhere else. If you like mediocre food and like being treated rudely by the people who are supposed to serve you... Then go to Jamesons. If you dont... pick somewhere else because anything will be better WAY WAY better....
(1)Don M.
This is a decent place, I remember when it was Northwoods, large inside with plenty of seating for dining and large bar for dining and drinking. The outdoor patio is great. Huge and backs up to an open area so you feel tucked away. The downside on the patio is the smoking. You can smoke anywhere out there. Do not care for that. Food is good and the drinks are reasonable for top shelf.Worth stopping in
(3)Zach P.
Excellent food! Excellent prices! Great place for family dinner or a night out with the guys.
(5)Kevin B.
A lively spot with good food and drinks

Three of us went in for lunch this week and were all impressed with the food and service. After reading some reviews here, we weren't sure what we'd get but we all walked out feeling it was better than we'd expected. The spinach and artichoke dip was very good. I've had it at numerous other restaurants and it was by far the best here. Just the cheese used seemed to be a better quality and it was just the right texture, not too runny and not too thick. We all opted for burgers and they were all done to perfection. I had the black and blue burger, and my only complaint, if I would have to have one, would be it could have used a little more blue cheese. Of course, I think anything could use more blue cheese! The service was fast and our waitress made sure our drinks were always full and always had a smile on her face. Overall, a great sports bar type restaurant to grab a burger and have some fun.

This place has changed hands several times in the past 4 years. Unfortunately, the lamest one seems as though it will weather the storm. I was driving so I ordered a soda and my friend had a vodka and water. Or should I say I had brown water and he had clear! The whole dinner I felt as though they were trying to drown me. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw. They give you a big dish of slaw but, It had no taste as it was swimming in water. The sandwich came open faced on toasted french bread. I tasted the sauce and it was mild, but sweet. When I bit into the sandwich though, I felt like I was squeezing a sponge. It must have been the condensation from leaving it in the steam table pan too long. Yes, I'm trying to be nice as a newly minted Lutheran. But WTF! I'm still Italian and I'm not eating supper at 2 with my grandmother in the home! My friend made a funny and said even the pepper had no taste. The place looks great though.
(2)Joe K.
Food is just ok. Bar is fun. Great place to watch a game on the TV's.
(4)Melissa B.
I just can't like this place. I come here when I don't want to bump into people I know. The service is ok I guess. They try. I just don't think any of them are cut out to actually be in the service industry. The food is just awful. I will make it work in a pinch (meaning drunk). Sober me can't eat here though. The drinks range from watered down to average. I would never suggest anyone going here unless it was a last resort. They do seem to always be open. I'll give them an extra star for that.
(2)Chris L.
This place is really bad I've had nothing but terrible service there. I've noticed it's very cliquy with the staff and their friends that come in. So I've your server happens to have a group of friends they you might as well leave. The food is terrible as well. Long story short if your in the burbs and want to possibly get into a fight with some fist pumpers that think they are on Jersey Shore this is your place.
(1)Kristin M.
This is my boyfriend's favorite restaurant. Probably has something to do with the scenery. I've only eaten there once. I had a chicken bacon panini that was really good. It was huge I could barely eat half of it. The waitress was ok. She was nice but brought us our check before we were done eating and we were planning on ordering another round. I liked that they played music but it wasn't so loud you couldn't hear each other.
(4)B C.
Great place. Sandwiches are the best around. Portions are huge and the service is quality. We go quite a bit. If you are craving a good burger I'd go here. Have had a variety of me u items and have never been disappointed.
(4)Dan C.
The bartenders are crooks and management doesn't care. They got big boobs but will steal your money when your not looking. Count your money after each round. Don't get distracted by their tight shirts. It's not worth it.
(1)Julie C.
Be careful...we ran our tab on a credit card. When the bill came, we paid cash. However, the bartender took our cash and STILL charged our credit card!! Thieves! Management did NOTHING!! "How can you prove you paid cash??" Fuck Jameson's! Will NEVER go back there again!!
(1)Chad K.
I love this place, great selection of food and beer. The place is always packed and a good time. They have a huge patio with bags and plenty of tables.
(5)Autumn M.
First of all, they brought me pasta with shrimp in it!! I ordered it with chicken bc I don't eat things that swim. I asked her to take it back. Then the waitress comes back to ask me if I'm allergic to shrimp. So basically I think they just pulled it out which made me sick to my stomach. The dish was not worth my $14 at all!!
(2)George S.
Once again horrible service too young to bartenders understaffed at the bar waitresses leaving appetizers for like 10 to 15 minutes sitting at the bar and then bringing them down to you absolutely disgustingdon't hire little teenage girls to run your business they want to bullshit more than they want to serve people's place is disgusting I can't believe I gave it another chance never again
(1)Michael H.
I'm 3.5 Stars here! Huge space with like 50 flat screens/ It used to be "Northwoods" so the inside is kinda rustic-Log-etc. Super hot staff all around but especially at the bar! Wow/ food is good and the menu is quite extensive-- maybe a little too much to be honest! Good beer selection as well/ cold A/C-- try it!! P.S. The Owner stopped by to ask how everything was!! A rarity! GTFJD
(4)A-ron M.
If I could give a negative star I would because they don't even deserve 1 star. Talk about piss poor customer service and complete failure of quality of food! So I order 3 pico burgers to go($37.91), well done. I drive 15 minutes away to our destination, it's now 9:20pm. We open and mouth is watering because they look delicious. My wife and daughter cut theirs in halves and they look good. I don't cut mine in half but instead take a bite. Medium to medium rare I'd call mine. I ate half of it attempting to eat around the edges trying not to eat pink ground beef. So a phone call is in order. A phone call is made and the woman on the other end basically said bring it back we'll make another. If I was dining in that wouldn't be much of an issue. But at 9:20 pm on a Thursday I will not be adding another 30 minutes of driving to get a replacement burger and eat 45 minutes later than my family! I suggested a credit, nope they wouldn't do that. And I'm not doing what they suggest so they can literally go pound sand! I try to visit or order from them once a month but after this poor choice of customer service they'll never get another dollar from me! Sincerely one pissed off customer PS... I'll add a side by side picture of my well done versus my wife's well done burger and you be the judge.
(1)April S.
Food and drinks here are awesome! I'm constantly trying new items. I really enjoy the burgers. They are always cooked perfectly. Great place to watch sporting events but get crowded. Great atmosphere arrogant staff. Even the owners are rude. They talk down to their staff and made my friends and I very uncomfortable.
(3)Brian S.
* Beautiful Establishment * Big Back Deck * Eye Candy Let me just start off by saying that when I come here, it's for beer & shots, so I really have nothing to say about having my order/drink made wrong, as others have mentioned. The place is a giant stone/log cabin which is nothing short of impressive & totally undeserving of Frankfort. That being said, it can still be a bit cramped on Friday & Saturday nights. Plenty of televisions to provide whatever sports teams are currently playing. You can easily be mesmerized by some of the best music videos of the 90's to today on those same televisions later at night..... a nice alternative to the standard Touch Tunes. You won't find any cheesy cover bands playing "Jesse's Girl" here, or any bands for all that matter. There is a small private party room upstairs with a full bar & it would be nice to see them utilize this with a DJ from time to time when it's not already booked. As previously mentioned by other reviewers, there's not an ugly server in the house, which is all the more reason to come here. As for the food..... I like to keep it simple with a burger & fries. Ya really can't go wrong there. If you plan on coming here with the wife & kids, just be out by 8 or 9. Because after that, it's just another bar, filled with bar type people, so don't complain about beer slugging meat heads or the occasional cat fight.
(4)Cheryl M.
Super good! My husband just loved the burger and I enjoyed the panini very much. They were very nice too we will definitely be back
(5)Blake F.
2 stars only because the space is pretty cool. Very loud, very crowded with children. And when I use the word children, I mean fresh 21 year old kids. If you're super young, of age, and think your shit don't stink, hang out here. As for me, I won't be going back.
(2)Dave S.
When there during the week usually have a bartender named Ashley. Great girl to talk to and great at what she does. Extremely nice and friendly. On the other hand, just left there 15 minutes ago and had possibly the WORST bartenders ever. Not sure they can even speak because they never uttered a word. No personality whatsoever. Practically threw drinks at people. A decent place overall but the bartenders act like they're doing you a favor
(2)Ian R.
Great food. But not acoustically sound. Hard to hear people talking. It gets really loud. why even come for dinner if its difficult to converse with people.
(3)Roo B.
This is one of my go to places to eat on Mondays when they offer $4.00 burgers. I upgrade to the black and blue burger which is $6.00 which also comes with a side of fries. The service is good- the servers constantly refill my soda. I feel that I am getting a good value with the food and the service!
(5)Paul M.
They have good food and the people from my experience are polite. Like others said it takes a while to get any help because they are all talking most the time.
(3)Melissa R.
Had a private party upstairs on a very busy Saturday (St Patty's weekend)--and I cannot say enough good things about the service we received. They patiently answered all of our questions, and let us come in early to set up. Our bartender Amanda was amazing, the managers took time to check in on us throughout the party, and the busboys pitched in to help us bring gifts down to our car. And I can't forget to mention that everyone at the party raved about the food! We had an assortment of appetizers, salads and wraps, and everyone found something they loved. Would highly recommend Jameson's to anyone looking to host an event in their upstairs space!
(5)Randy S.
Great tasting food and a nice beer selection. However, please please please invest in a water filtration system to get rid of the Frankfort water smell!!! It really stinks in here!
(3)Ed B.
Went the other day and my experience was better than the last few. The place was packed and there were only a few seats at the bar. It was burger specials night with all selections of then between $4-6. Included fries. The sandwich was very good. Better than the last time. The service was also very good. So not sure if this was one of the"hit" days rather than a "miss" as I refered to below. I will be back.
(3)Vanessa G.
Went to Jameson's for the first time on a Sunday night. There was seven of us at the table and ended up having a server who didn't know anything about the menu. She took one persons drink order and would leave and come back and then take another drink order. Didn't make any sense to me. She argued that things didn't come with what was ordered even though it stated that it did in the menu and would constantly roll her eyes. Very unprofessional. Food arrived and it wasn't great. Don't know how you can mess up a BLT. Sucks to have such a bad experience, especially since it was our first time trying them out. How the manager handled the situation is what kept me from giving one star. He was very nice and apologetic. Gave our table a couple gift cards but none of us will be returning to eat or drink here.
(2)Danny W.
Booty-shorted servers in the south burbs? Where the Eff am I!?! Came here over the holidays for some good old fashion townie bar fun, and what I found was some pretty decent eye-candy in the most unassuming of places. I didn't try the food, but for a waterhole here's my analysis... The waitresses are cute and dressed provocatively, the crowd is much younger than I expected it to be (although I'm sure the holidays had something to do with it), the booze is dirt cheap, and there are tons of TV's. If I'm not mistaken I'd say they were trying to appeal to the 20 something demographic. Kinda weird considering when I was growing up this area was all families. I guess the neighborhood has changed, and Hooters ain't the only game in town anymore. People of suburbia...here's another option.
(4)Chuck S.
The atmosphere is amazing at Jamesons. Imagine eating inside a giant log cabin near the trees. There is a cool patio out back with nice wilderness views of trees and the occasional deer or Sasquatch. The food is good and a lot of TV's for watching the game. I think the craft beer selection needs to improve significantly. Tribes is still my place but Jamesons is much better for watching a game and has more seating. The biggest issue we had was the slow service from our waitress. She barely checked in with our table for drink orders but in her defense she was quite busy.
(3)Kim R.
I came here with a friend and it was strictly drinking, so this rating is solely based on service and knowledge. For a Saturday night, it was packed. We found the last available table in the bar and the waitress was on top of her game. We were seated for maybe 2 minutes and she came right up to us. She was pretty patient as I had asked for 2 samples of different beers. After we placed our order, the waitress served us fairly quickly. She also checked back about every 10 minutes. I have to say for a packed Saturday night, she was hustling. The crowd is typically 20's & 30"s but there's some 40"s and up. A good mixture. The down-side: Parking can be a challenge as well as seating.
(4)Dana G.
Just recently making the move back to the south burbs has reminded me of a few things. 1. You're all still here?? 2. Damn, I forgot how much longer it takes to get to the city. 3. There is a serious lack of places to hang/grab a good beer out here. I miss Bigby's... If it wasn't for a group of awesome friends to make bars out here bearable, I would have a serious stamp and/or coin collection going and would be polishing them right.. now. So, Jameson's. I remember when this place opened it was Northwoods. Seems like although this place has been a few different things since, the only thing that has changed is the name. It still looks like a log cabin. The one thing I'm glad hasn't changed, is the patio. It's a huge wood deck that overlooks nature type stuff. Preetty awesome on a summer night. The few times I have been here since it has been Jameson's I have been through the gauntlet of slow and forgetful waitresses (they dress as the other reviewers state- if you're into that sort of thing), overcharged on my tab for things I didn't order, eaten below average food, and forced to drink their small last season's craft selection. But, I'll probably still go... what other choices do I have... (this question is hypothetical. I don't need you to tell me)
(2)Mike M.
I ordered the jamo burger medium and it came out well. Onions were mush. Was never asked how food was. This is a good place though. Lot to look at, Tvs that is! The servers are great too.
(3)Adam J.
The place is fine. The $4 Monday burger was above average. However the beer selection is sub-par, and they never give out a free drink no matter how long you're there. I can go without the eye candy if it means having somebody that can pay attention. The building and setup are beautiful.
(3)A M.
Cool restaurant/bar. The place looks like a nice log cabin. Food is very decent for bar food. The wings were not good. Burgers are ok. It has a hooters/tilked kilt feel to it/ great place to catch a game.
(3)Timothy H.
First time at this location for lunch today. Great atmosphere! The BBQ Atlantic Salmon was Excellent! Service and Server were both attentive and cute. :) Tribes still number one, however this appears to be a close second!

I took the wife and kids here for V day. They had Lagunitas on tap. That was nice. They forgot my soup. Not nice. Our server did a good job. It seemed like they had a bunch of new people working there. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and a potato. It was good like it always is. Wife liked her buffalo chicken wrap. Kids liked the food too. The women are not as scantly clad as they used to be. Kids were bummed out that they only had a couple games to play.

You gotta know what you're getting into here. Went for a late lunch on a Saturday with my husband, baby and another couple. Now, maybe it's the fact that me & the husband ain't exactly hittin it like we used to, but the waitresses donned in super short mini skirts and boots about sent him over the edge. I found the whole deal quite funny, but my friend, who's date could not stop commenting and staring, found it much less amusing. Maybe not so great family atmosphere, but hey, I didn't pick the place, and it didn't bother me. The food was good for what it was. I had a chicken wrap that had cheese, red onion, jalapeno, lettuce, bacon, ranch with the pasta salad. Really decent. They also had 22 oz. beer on tap on special for $3.50. Our server was great. Ladies, if you are secure in your relationship I'd say feel free to have a good time here. If not, I'd suggest coming here for a girls night out and going elsewhere with your man.

First of all I loved this place as the Northwoods. The down side, people bring in a whole brood of spoiled yuppie larvae and they make no attempts to discipline them We went into Jameson's last night for the first time since they opened. I got the last parking spot available. We expected a long wait and we were given the standard "Minimum of 20 minute wait" which translates to much longer. There was an open high table as you walk into the bar area and we asked about that and sat right down. I agree with others about the server's showing too much cleavage and short shorts. While some could wear this, others should not. The food was reasonably priced. I asked our server for Salt & Pepper when she brought my salad. Well I finished it and when she brought the entrees, I again asked for it and she finally brought it. Other than that she was good. The food quality was pretty good also. The only downside it is so loud in there. This was the same when it was Northwoods. However, when it was the Fireplace it was more quiet because it was a little more pricey. If anything, I would ask...People if you want to go to dinner with your brood, especially young babies, head to Denney's, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Buffalo Wildwings...you get the picture. Nothing is worse than having a stress filled week at work and some Soccer Mom's brat bellowing and she is tone deaf to it.

Really nice place. The outdoor seating is fantastic. Good atmosphere. So much to choose from on the menu. I ordered a panini and it was huge! Service on the other hand could have been better. It took us a while to get our first drink and after we ordered our food she didn't bring out any silverware. It wasn't terrible service, but it definitely could have been better. I would come back.

Went there today with my mom for a girls lunch and the food was amazing. The staff, however, was ridiculous. We walked in and the little 14 year old brat working the front desk didn't even say hello or ask how we were after we had asked her initially and the server did not say goodbye after coming to the table and snatching his tip before we left...maybe these kids have never been to a classy restaurant before but that is a big no no. Will not be back.

Love the food here. The servers are good looking but should they be chastised for that? I don't think so, haters. I'm a woman, we are well aware that there's a difference between good looking and just plain skanky. These gals are not skanky. The food is fresh with a great variety of sides that are not the typical fries or chips. There is a loft for rent that we're seriously considering for my boyfriend's 50th birthday party. Private bar, seating and a great view of the establishment. Its like a log cabin, but modern. We love it, love the food and the prices are great. So ladies, get over yourselves. Waitresses are SUPPOSED to be good looking. Grow up and work on your self-esteem will you? (Or ditch the dbag with the wandering eyes that you're with and obviously stressing over!)

Jeeze people, get over the outfits, did you come for food or circuses? Ive always found the food to be very good. Generous size proportions and nicely done. The service is good and the prices in the ballpark.

I have been here several times. Party of two many times, party of four and once as a party of eight. Each and everytime seating goes without an hitch they have a system and it works. The service has been excellent everytime but once. That must have been a glitch once it was brought to a managers attention it was corrected. The servers even with the party of eight the server seemed to be there when we needed her. As far as the food goes, everything we have had (and we have had a lot of what is on the menu) has been delicious. The drinks are great and if you need some assistance of what is offered they are there to assist and again if they don't know they will go ask. With excellent service, their variety of drink and food along with it's great taste at a fair price makes a place to try at least once...you may find it to be one of your favorites.

Attractive Staff. Good drinks horrible food, unless you are a fan of velveeta cheese.

I've eaten at Jameson's Pub on several occasions and have mixed feelings each time. The service is inconsistent. I have found that their lunch staff is much better than their evening staff. The food is above average bar food however I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. The wraps have appealed to me the most with the Grecian wrap or the Tuscan wrap being my default choices. If you're a football fan, I would recommend coming here to watch a game. Great deals and good atmosphere!

The owner of this restaurant does not respect women! My friend and I arrived early to get a table in the bar for a Bears game . We had called and told no reservations so arrived upon opening and proceeded to a table near the bar . Once we had our coats off, and grabbed some chairs for others coming, we were approached by a man (the owner) who told us " you can't sit there'. When we explained we were there early , others were coming etc. He replied that table is saved. In brief, he made several rude comments and we left. We later learned that he then fired one of the waitresses (a family friend) when she asked him not to treat us like that. This guy has issues and I urge women and men who respect women to not patronize this place.

I did not care for this place at all. We sat outside in the beer garten because it was a warm night, and we were placed by the door where the watresses came out. I was a little uncomfortable as the door looked like it was going to hit them in the face each time. The waitress we had was making comments about the other one which was a little unprofessional. The food was not good to me at all. My boyfriend's baked potato looked like it had been sitting. I got the nachos and they had the pour on cheese when the menu stated cheddar cheese, if I'm paying that much want real cheese, so I sent it back and got my burger as my boyfriend was already done. I thought the fries were a little stale as well. The bar area looks like fun so we may come back to have a drink sometime, but not for the food.

Jameson's has a great vibe and delicious food! There staff is a little on the not so bright or not so paying attention side but other than that it was really great!

My wife and I tried Jameson's for the first time tonight after being recommended by a friend. We really enjoyed ourselves. I felt that the food was priced fairly at $8 for sandwiches and hamburgers and a few dollars more for entrees. The wait staff was very pleasant and happy and service was fast. The food was cooked well and tasted good. There were many TVs and it was a very comfortable atmosphere. We will be back.

We came here for the Gold medal men's hockey game on Sunday. The place was jam packed & as an experienced diner / bar fly I never expected great service. Well we got it! She hustled all day long (because of the crowds). It turns out our server is actually a manager who hit the floor serving because of the unexpected crowds. I'm sure she will pass those great skills on to any new servers she trains. This is the old North woods, Poor Reds & Fireplace Inn building which I love . It's like you left IL & ended up in the North woods of WI. However this is no small time bar, the place is huge. There are plenty of Plasmas all over the place but my neck hurt from looking up after a while. We ordered Hot Wings w/ blue cheese & celery & a bowl of chili. The wings were good & very meaty. The Blue cheese dressing was a little watery but did have some chunks to it. I'm told the chili was de-lish.

Robert -- do you own a bar next door or something? Why so adamant? The other reviewers are right, the place is slammed on the weekends and if that's your thing then great. Speaking personally, I am not that big a fan of a jammed packed bar where I have to see 100s of people, so when I walked in on Saturday, I walked right out. I came back the next day though and had the Rueben. It was a good sandwich, but what was most satisfying is how inexpensive it is. My girlfriend and I ate an appetizer (southwestern egg rolls -- delicious), two sandwiches and sides and a couple of beers and it was $30. Down the street the same meal would be at least $20 more. The difference in the crowd between a Saturday and a Sunday is remarkable too. Families and kids were there when I went on Sunday. All in all, a great addition to our quiet suburb.

Nice to see a Restaurant that finds the importance of quality, service and cleanliness! I hope this one stays longer than the rest and after dining here a couple of times I see Jameson's staying in Frankfort for a LONG, LONG, LONG Time! P.S. Love the $15 Full Slab Rib Special Wednesday been coming every Wednesday for the last month and they keep getting better!
