I love the concept of docking your boat and walking on the pier that leads to a restaurant called Dockers. Since I was too drunk to eat anything, I'll rate their bread. It was so soft and fresh. Mmm. The waitress was really nice and my friends' food arrived promptly. Their appetizer buffet was cool, too. You could just go in, load up on the salads, ice cream, scallops, and a bunch of other appetizers, then leave without paying. However, I don't recommend that. I liked the atmosphere. It was very nonchalant and summer-like.

Cute little place, out of the way, sweet location with a great lake view. You can 'dock' your boat there for dinner; I'm told it gets very crowded in the summertime. The salad bar was fresh, as were my sandwich ingredients and excellent crispy french fries. But the menu in general is middle of the road blah boring. The corned beef in my sandwich was very lean but ice cold. That's how you can tell they don't know how to serve it. The olive relish mix in the salad bar contained canned mushrooms; dressing options were French, Italian, 1,000 Island and Ranch with fat-free packets of Italian and Ranch (no bleu cheese). I wanted the salad bar with my sandwich, and the helpful waitress pointed out it was slightly cheaper to get the sandwich 'deluxe' (includes soup and salad) than to order the salad bar separately; very thoughtful of her. Portions were generous, not huge. Prices are just right (My sandwich, fries, salad and iced tea lunch was $10), service was prompt and attentive; we were not rushed. We went back for dinner, and again, the food was edible but very dull. Service the second time was not prompt, even though they were virtually empty. That may have been a fluke, tho. Too bad someone with some culinary imagination isn't running this place. It's VERY old school food, but I've come to expect that in this 'neck of the woods'.

Dockers is THE place for Sunday brunch. They have not only awesome food, but fantastic drinks (much needed to remedy a hangover) and the waitstaff especially Jackie is awesome! She always has been attentitive and on top of getting us anything we want without being overbearing, so much so we request to be seated at her section everytime we go! Keep up the good job Dockers!

Great little restaurant on the chain. Sunday brunch is a hidden gem in the area. It does get real busy in the summertime with boat traffic, but I like that aspect of the charm.

great place to sit outside and enjoy a cocktail. The food is good, not great, but then again I havent tried everything. I will be trying the broasted chicken now that I read the other reviews. I would recommend eating here

Tasty sandwiches; good service; sat outside on deck on lake.
