This is quite possibly the worst dunkin donuts in all of Chicagoland. I have been to dunkin donuts that were straight up in the ghetto that were better than this. Only go here if you enjoy shitty service and moldy bread..... Yes, I actually got a sandwich served on moldy bread here. This place is nasty!!

My latest experience here was a horror show. Two weeks ago, I ordered an ice cream cake from the store. It was for my daughter's sixth birthday, and the friendly gentleman on the phone walked me through the order, making suggestions along the way. In the end, I ordered an Oreo ice cream cake with chocolate cake, with a Barbie theme, per my daughter's request. When I picked up the cake a week later, what I got was a white cake with chocolate ice cream, Disney Princess decorations, and my daughter's name misspelled. I was shocked by the level of incompetence...how does one get EVERYTHING wrong on an order? The woman behind the counter shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing she could do. Eventually, she decided she could take an entire dollar off (yes, that's sarcasm). Luckily, my little girl was a good sport about the whole thing, but I'm still pissed. The owner said he'd send her a gift card and hasn't. Corporate said they'd send her a gift...they haven't. The whole thing was a disaster. Avoid this location at all costs. It deserves to go out of business, and soon.

Got the crossdonut thingee for the chick and there was no line, nor was it that busy. Quick service got in and out. Didn't see the other issues that others saw but I do NOT make it a point to eat at fast food restaurants just get the food an go home. Only at actual restaurants do i sit there and actually eat.

Fairly average service but I stopped coming because they kept assuming my order. What does that mean? The woman who handles the morning shift, she has a very good memory and so as soon as she sees you walk thru the door (there is no drive thru) she then starts your drink. That's great if you want the same thing every day but then the days I want something else, I was too shy to ask her to toss that one but I finally did. The food is average here. The parking lot has multiple spots. The store is average in terms of cleanliness. There is no drive thru !! That is all.

I went out for coffee with a friend at Dunkin Donuts in Forest Park. The table options were filthy or by the crazy homeless man. So, as they were busy I asked for a wet napkin to wipe a table down and they said no, they would do it. But as it was busy they never did. So my friend cleaned it... when the rush ended like 20 minutes later the guy came out and offered to clean the table and I said that obviously we had already done this, he said that he was delayed because it was so busy. I said that actually I had requested a wet napkin and he says "Have a Nice Day" in this smug voice. Little shit! I really don't ask for a lot, don't ignore me and don't be obviously rude. I won't be back.

The worst Dunkin' I've ever seen!!! I've had a bad experience here a few years ago, my regular coffee drink with flavoring tasted like it didn't have the proper amount of flavoring. When I asked the cashier, she said something to a gentleman (in another language) and he gave a nod & replied and she added flavoring to the drink, then it was fine. I left thinking to myself, that was shady... Fast forward to last Saturday, I live nearby, the weather is not consistent & the one day that I'm not obligated to wake up early I need to do a favor for a family member at 9 am. (I'm not lazy, but I wake up around 3am Monday-Friday, so Saturday I like to hold on to my pillow, slob and snore until I wake up naturally, no alarm, ringtone, new email, text or phone call tone.) So I'm running around, returned home to retrieve something and decided to stop for an iced butter pecan coffee at 2 pm or so. I was told "I'm sorry we're out of iced coffee". Ok, really lol, out of iced coffee. It's cold coffee! I just left. This was absolutely unacceptable, your primary business is coffee. I don't care if it's hot, cold or iced coffee they should always have it ready for customers. I'm done with this Dunkin'. We need to remove this business or owner from Forest Park. We are vibrant, hard working residents who try to patronize local businesses. I need my coffee, wine and delicious food when I have the urge! Lol, we need a privately owned coffee shop that provides good service.

The service here just continues to go downhill. I'm doing laundry next door, so I decide to redeem my free coffee coupon on my DD app. I go in, no line, but I have to wait for thr cashier to count change before she acknowledged me. I then ordered my drink, when she was bringing it to the counter, another customer jumped in line and asked for help, rathet than asking him to hold on, like should be done, she sets my drink on the counter and helps him. I was amazed, appalled, and rather bothered. I just turned and walked out, I want coffee with a smile, not from the angry woman at this place.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. This is the SECOND time I've walked out of that place after waiting more than five minutes just to order coffee, because the ONE person who was working was "cooking" for the person ahead of me. They won't make a fool of me again.

Getting an afternoon snack so I ordered a bagel $1.29 on menu. Ok that's cheap. However I added cream cheese and it went to $2.50. A little more than change in my car ash tray. Sorry I felt ripped off.

I work right down the street from here and come here often for French vanilla coffee and muffins before work. Always had friendly service and good quality food. The mornings will be packed but the line moves fast. I use their bathroom a lot because my place of employment is a construction trailer with no bathroom, lol. They have never complained about it, but I always make sure I buy something so they don't think I'm just their for the bathroom

Well here we are 3 years later. Stale donuts do not occur as often but dropping frosted donuts frosted side down in a bag happens enougj to be annoying. Don't you think this would be a basic idea to not have donut stuck to the bottom of the bag? 3 stars for donuts in geneal minus 1 for poor customer delivery and understanding requests.
