Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

There should be a law. Every neighborhood should be required to have an Italian restaurant like Gourmet Pizza by Carlo. It's nothing fancy, just basic, dependable Italian food at a reasonable price. It's never too busy, so seating is easy and service is good. I haven't had the pizza, but I hear it is very good. We usually get pasta or a special when we go. I am particularly fond of the pasta primavera. My kids like the spaghetti with a giant meatball. All of the food is very good, but it is standard Italian restaurant food. The restauarant is laid out like a hole-in-the-wall Italian restaurant, with a bar on one side and tables and booths on the other. Although they have a kids menu, you need to ask questions about what is on the menu to avoid surprises--enormous portions or one meatball for two kids. I especially like this restaurant because it is close to home and we can pick up and go whenever we want to. I know the food and service will be quality without being overboard.

The food here is consistently good but just be careful to check and see if it was cooked at Gourmet or at the other restaurant. And look out for Clifford Putz behind the bar who is the "guy in charge" some nights. He flunked Customer Service 101 and has all the charm of serial killer.

The best four cheese pizza that you can find in the area! Great customer service too the only sad thing is that they don't deliver

The best service and probably the best pizza on the planet and the roast chicken wants you to ask for 2nds . If you have not been here please go

The service we got from Ann was some of tee best service I have had in some time. I hope you can give her a raise or a bonus because she deserves it! The food was solid, but I would come back for her.

This is my go to spot after work for a quick dinner (it's right across the street). All of the pasta and specials are very good. The pizza is amazing (especially the 4 cheese). Their artichoke spread is one of my favorites! Nice relaxing atmosphere, especially in the bar. It's one of the best options in the area.

I'm sorry to say that things have really deteriorated. I don't know if it's because Mr. Lorenzetti died a few years ago or what, but even the pizza isn't as good as it used to be. They have not updated the menu in decades. It's usually empty these days, except for the bar, which usually has a few loud regulars. They seem to be stuck in a time warp, which would be fine, except that the food quality is starting to really suffer. All of the salads are iceberg lettuce. They don't serve bread anymore- just prepacked bread sticks and crackers that have bad ingredients. Most of the seafood is fried. Who serves Orange Roughy in 2015??? It's not sustainable. And the bar selections are horrible. They don't have any interesting wines and are usually out of everything. My parents still like it but it's definitely seen better days. There is much better pizza at Aurelio's and better food at nearly any restaurant in the area overall. I'm really sorry to say it but if they don't do something to fix it, it's going to go out of business.

This place is a family favorite. The wait staff is terrific and it's a lovely intimate setting. You can even adjust the light on the table just the way you like it. Family favorites are the cheese pizza, patty melt, soup, veal and the roast chicken.

It started out OK. The beer list is unremarkable in this age of quality brews with their most exotic being Heineken. The artichoke appetizer was pretty darn good but it went down from there as the waitress said that the flatbread that came with it was also the pizza dough. But we had already ordered the pizza! Too late! The crab and shrimp salad was good also so fortunately we were reasonably full before the pizza. The crust was horrible making Home Run Inn from the local freezer case seem awesome. Do it yourself Boboli is also way superior. The pizza was also devoid of seasoning. Where was the basil, the oregano, or anything. If you are going to hang out your shingle as a pizza place, let alone Gourmet, then you better put some more effort into it. If the italian food is good there (and i hope it is) then they should change their name to not highlight the pizza. Some of the worst pizza I have had on any continent! My six year old who is a cheese pizza-holic couldn't even eat it. The two star rating is a gift.

Above average thin crust Pizza. We had pepperoni and veggie pizzas. The veggie was excellent. We didn't try anything else.
