I LOVE Chick-fil-A, and I was craving it as we were heading out of St. Louis, leaving Shutter Fest. This location was perfect. It was on the way home and right off the interstate. Because we were in a hurry, we went through the drive thru. The food was delicious as always, but the lemonade was very watered down. I love Chick-fil-A's lemonade because it's so tart it makes me pucker. This particular lemonade tasted more like Minute Maid. Yuck! I also asked for extra ketchup, and we were only give 3 for two people. I can eat 5 for one medium fry alone. I'm a ketchupaholic. Shame on this location for rationing condiments and serving watered down lemonade.

I've been to this location a few times and never came around to review this place. I can't believe I've only been here a few times! Service and food is immaculate! I've had chick fil A everywhere and I didn't care for it as much as this location. There's something about this store that makes me come back for more! Their chicken is very juicy and flavorful! Definitely fresh too! Other locations I've tried chicken tends to be dry or old. Their waffle fries are always hot and fresh too! The people here are super friendly! I'm very shocked considering a fast food joint, they sure go over the top! They're generous with sauces and do not charge extra! It's super clean inside and out! I've eaten at Chick-fil-a in basically every state they have them and this is the best one ever! All chick-fil-a's are clean and maintained. I love the soft music they play in the background. The staff is always super friendly. This one lived up to all Chick-fil-a standards in quality food and service. What makes them the best are the little details that I haven't seen anywhere else. -they have a sprinkle bar where kids can add their own sprinkles to their ice cream -they have little cups of Cheerios for the baby munchers -they have a step stool in the bathroom for easy access for children -they have little mouthwash cups in the bathroom to freshen your breath -they have monthly calendar events that offer specials and deals If I lived here, this would be my go-to place. Sadly, we're just passing through. Thanks to Rachel Little who was our very friendly and attentive server.

For a "fast-food" style chain, terrific. Great quality chicken grilled or fried. Exemplary service usually better than most "full service" restaurants. Love and hate how they are closed on Sunday's for families to be together. Tiny and clean little play area perfect for the kids on bad weather days. You can also trade in the activity book for an ice cream on those hot summer days. As a parent I truly appreciate the business model and its execution. Thank you.

I was very impressed with how friendly and polite all the staff is at this location. Unlike other fast food joints, or even CFA locations, this one made me feel like they actually appreciated my business. From the cashier to the managers to the staff cleaning tables, everyone was very welcoming and even come to check on you during your meal. I was asked multiple times if I needed my drink refreshed and my tray/trash was picked up before I had a chance to get up and toss it. I ordered twice during my visit and both times my food was ready within a minute of me placing the order which was pretty awesome especially it was hot and fresh as expected. In just a few years, they have become one of the top five stores in the country. The manager is hands on, always looking for some way to help someone and passes that work ethic to his employees. Today I understood. It is the quality of the employees that make so many people love Chick-Fil-A. I have eaten at Chick-Fil-A a few times and never really understood the following. As a single adult on my lunch break I have felt pestered by staff wanting to clear my table, and the drive through is just a drive through. The food isn't outstanding (I do enjoy the carrot salad though). And the prices are a little higher than other fast food joints. However, today I was a mother alone with my infant. The restaurant is very clean, even the high chairs which have wheels and each have a new disposable bib and wet wipe placed on them. The employees are very friendly and go out of their way. They are better than most waitstaff at moderately priced restaurants. They also have many events for children to make the restaurant a destination for family time and activities.

The best chick-fil-a I have ever eaten at. Friendly, clean and prompt is a serious understatement. This place is fantastic! While the food is no different than any other Chick-fil-A, the service is what sets this one apart from all others. They are courteous to you from the moment you walk in the door and know how to take care of the customer. Over the past year I've been given free sandwiches free meals and free cookies. Not because I'm a returning customer but just because. They bring your food to your table if they're busy but most of the time the food is ready before you even step away from the counter. Even during the lunch and dinner rush the maximum time I've waited for food is maybe three minutes. They have dedicated staff to keep the dining room clean and come around and ask you if you need drink refills. This place is absolutely amazing. Let's not forget the indoor play area for the kids. It's a great place to come get some energy out and have a good meal with phenomenal service.

This Chick-fil-a is by far the nicest one I have ever been to. My family and I were on a road trip through St Louis and stopped to get some lunch and allow our daughter to play. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the play are was clean and fun, the bathrooms were so thoughtfully stocked. Mints, mouthwash, lotion, diapers and wipes in the stall with the changing table! Fresh flowers on every table and great food! If we lived locally we would visit regularly and take advantage of their military Monday's as well. As crowded as this place has been since it opened... and I mean CROWDED... when you step up to the counter there is a full staff there to take your oder and assist in any way imaginable! I get extremely perturbed when I am waiting to order in a busy fast-food establishment, and out of four+ registers at the counter, only one or two are in operation. That is just not the case here and after visiting a number of times, it NEVER is! Once you order, proceed to your table. Good luck with that, because like I said, this place is always packed. So be prepared to wait for a table to open. I'll be honest, I've never had to wait more than a minute or two to find a table, though. Once seated, the friendly servers will bring your order out to you. Enjoy! The atmosphere is great, the service is exceptional, and the product consistently excellent! Drink refills are always free, but getting up to the front of the counter to get one, can take a few minutes. Look, ignore the stupid political controversy about this place. Chik-fil-A is a very well managed operation with employees who are trained at a level well beyond the norm. The product is extraordinarily good! This Chik-fil-A, as with all others, is closed on Sundays (in case you didn't know). Yeah it's a religion thing... the company owner is a deeply religious (Christian) man, and believes that Sunday (the Sabbath), should be a time for spirituality and family time. Regardless of your religious viewpoint, it's nice to see a business owner, stand by his convictions and put his moral position ahead of the almighty dollar! Some things are more important than the bottom line, and I applaud him standing by his position! Note... a new Chik-fil-A is about to open in Belleville, across from SWIC. Should open sometime in December, 2012. This should take some of the customer load off the Fairview Heights location.

We order lunch for our staff at Auffenberg ford from this store on Saturdays and every time they have been amazing. The food is prepared very well and the service is top notch. We usually order for a staff of about 20 and everything is so well organized and easy. The spicy chicken sandwich is a must along with the extra crispy waffle fries! Chick-fil-A should be very proud of the operation they run at the Fairview location!!

Where do I begin, our experience started on a rainy Saturday we stopped in for a meal and decided on chick fil a because we have never been before. It was packed but the staff at the registers took orders quickly and accurately and our wait was less than 5 minutes and that's with a packed dining hall and drive thru. The lady at the register was extremely friendly and helpful on giving us ideas of what was good. After discussing it we decided on our order and she got us a fresh cookie that just came out. We had out food very very quick and it was all very fresh and tasted amazing and was way bigger than the competition. All that was amazing and me and my husband are big on customer service but what blew us away was the workers walking around the dining area they came up and asked us if they could get us a refill on our drinks and If there was even anything they could help us with. For a fast food restaurant that is epic service this is going to be a regular place for us due to great food and amazing service.

This place is the gold standard for Quick Service (aka Fast Food) restaurants. They do just about everything right. Great food, great service (very fast) and they go above and beyond what you'd expect from a Quick Service Restaurant. Flowers on the tables, employees who actually smile, employees who will run out to your car in the rain with an umbrella, dining room staff that refills your drinks, takes your trash, and brings you sauces, napkins, etc. A restroom that looks like something out of a nice, Full Service restaurant. And did I mention the food? Fresh, hot, tasty! Best chicken strips, sandwiches, nuggets, and fries of ANYWHERE. BTW, try this place for breakast. Their chicken biscuits are awesome!

This chick fil a is the best fast food experience my husband and I have ever had! In fact, my husband applauded as we were pulling out if the drive thru. Wet naps, breath mints, a cart of condiments and sauces for us to peruse and our food was practically waiting for us when we got to the window. With an 11 hr. drive ahead of us, this was a great way I start it. Kudos to the manager and company.
